Description
本発明は、硬い表面を洗浄するための洗浄道具に好適な流体放出機構にも関する。
本発明は、洗浄道具と接続し、キャップ部分、係合部分、及び流体移送チェック弁を有する装備品と共に使用するのに好適な流体放出機構にも関する。
本明細書全体にわたって記載されるあらゆる最大限度数の中には、それよりも低いあらゆる限度数も、本明細書に明確に記載されたものとして包含されると理解すべきである。本明細書全体にわたって記載されるあらゆる最小限度数の中には、それよりも高いあらゆる限度数も、本明細書に明確に記載されたものとして含まれる。本明細書全体にわたって記載されるあらゆる数値範囲には、当該より広い数値範囲内に含まれるより狭い数値範囲も、すべて本明細書に明確に記載されたものとして含まれる。
他に指定がない限り、本明細書の明細、実施例、及び請求の範囲におけるすべての割合、比率、及び百分率は重量基準であり、すべての限度数は、当該技術分野において許容可能な通常の程度の精度で使用される。
前記の考察は、本発明によって取り扱われ、それは、次の詳細な開示から明らかである。
図1に関し、貯蔵器に好ましくは取り外し可能に取り付けることができる流体移送装備品が表されている。
他の実施形態では、装備具10は、貯蔵器の「王冠」部分のフィニッシュに取り付けられてもよく、また追加のキャップ部分が、貯蔵器の基部部分に取り付けられてもよいので、貯蔵器が逆さにされる時、ユーザは追加のキャップを通して貯蔵器を充填し得る。
前述の装備品は、受け部材を有する任意の流体放出機構と共に使用可能であることを、当業者は理解するであろう。
本発明のもう1つの態様は、流体放出機構、特に、前述の流体移送装備品と組み合わせて使用できる受け部材を含む流体放出機構を有する洗浄道具に関する。
先に検討したように、流体放出装備品は、図9に表されるような流体を充填した貯蔵器に取り付けることができ、逆さにされ、次に、受け部材を有する洗浄道具の流体放出機構に接続され得る。
任意選択に、しかし好ましくは、推移部材62は、実質的に耐漏えい的な手法で受け部材42の室242の下部部分を封止するためのディスク部分362を備えている。
Claims (20)
- 上面及び前記上面への開口部を有するドッキング部材と、
流体移送チェック弁を有する装備品の係合部分を受ける受け部材であって、室を画定する内側表面を有する壁、前記係合部分によって係合可能である上部入口に隣接する上部部分、及び下部出口に隣接する下部部分を有し、前記受け部材の少なくとも一部分が前記ドッキング部材の前記開口部まで伸び、前記受け部材が前記ドッキング部材に接続し、ノズル部材と流体連通である、受け部材と、
前記流体移送チェック弁を可動的に作動する作動手段であって、前記受け部材に接続し、前記受け部材の前記室の中に位置する作動手段と
を備える流体放出機構。 - 推移部材を更に備え、
前期推移部材は上部開口部及び下部開口部を有するほぼ中空の本体を備え、
流体が、前記推移部材の前記上部開口部から前記下部開口部まで流れ得、
前記上部開口部は、前記室の中に位置する請求項1に記載の流体放出機構。 - 前記推移部材の前記下部開口部が、前記ノズル部材と流体連通である請求項2に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記作動手段が、前記推移部材に接続したロッドである請求項3に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記推移部材が、前記作動ロッドと前記推移部材の前記上部開口部との間に位置する接触部材を備える請求項4に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記接触部材が、実質的に漏れないように、前記室を上部室及び下部室に分離し、前記接触部材が前記受け部材の前記内側表面に封止して接触する時、流体が前記上部室から前記下部室まで流れ得ない請求項5に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記受け部材が実質的に変形可能である請求項6に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記推移部材に圧力が加えられる時、前記受け部材が、ほぼ放射状に外向きに変形して、
前記接触部材が前記内側表面に封止して接触するのを停止し、流体が重力によって前記上部室から前記下部室まで流れる請求項7に記載の流体放出機構。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流体放出機構であって、
前記装備品が、
第1流体移送開口部を有するキャップ部分を備える流体移送装備品であって、
前記係合部分が、前記キャップ部分の前記第1流体移送開口部から伸びるとともに、空洞を画定する壁、及び前記第1流体移送開口部と流体連通である第2流体移送開口部を備え、
前記流体移送チェック弁が、流体が前記流体移送装備品まで流れるのを制御可能に防ぎ、前記係合部分に接続し、少なくとも一部分が前記係合部分の中に位置する
流体移送装備品が接続される流体放出機構。 - 請求項9に記載の流体放出機構であって、
前記流体移送装備品が、
フィニッシュ部分を有する、流体を充填した貯蔵器を更に備え、
前記キャップ部分が、取り外し可能に前記フィニッシュ部分に取り付けられ、
前記流体を充填した貯蔵器が逆さになっている、流体放出機構。 - 請求項9に記載の流体放出機構であって、
前記キャップ部分が、外部の大気と流体連通である排出開口部と、前記排出開口部と流体連通である排出弁とを備える、流体放出機構。 - 請求項11に記載の流体放出機構であって、
前記流体移送チェック弁が、実質的に漏れないように、前記第1流体移送開口部を制御可能に閉じる、流体放出機構。 - 請求項11に記載の流体放出機構であって、
前記流体移送チェック弁が、実質的に漏れないように、前記第2流体移送開口部を制御可能に閉じる、流体放出機構。 - ハンドルと、
上面を有するモップヘッドであって、第1及び第2回転軸線を有するユニバーサルジョイントで、前記モップヘッドの前記上面が前記ハンドルに回転可能に接続されるモップヘッドと、
前記ハンドル及び前記モップヘッドと連通する管であって、前記管の少なくとも一部分が前記ユニバーサルジョイントの中に位置する管と、
前記ユニバーサルジョイントの中に位置する前記管の前記一部分に接続した弾性部材とを備える流体接続機構が接続される請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の流体放出機構。 - 前記管が変形可能である、請求項14に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記ハンドルが前記モップヘッドにほぼ平行である、請求項15に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記弾性部材が、前記ユニバーサルジョイントの中に位置する前記管の前記一部分の中に位置する、請求項14に記載の流体放出機構。
- 前記弾性部材がばねである、請求項14に記載の流体放出機構。
- ハンドルと、
上面を有するモップヘッドであって、第1及び第2回転軸線を有するユニバーサルジョイントで、前記モップヘッドの前記上面が前記ハンドルに回転可能に接続されるモップヘッドと、
前記ユニバーサルジョイントの中に位置し、ほぼコルゲート形状を有する弾性管部材と
を備える流体接続機構が接続される請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の流体放出機構。 - 流体を貯蔵器から移送し、前記流体を外部環境まで放出する機構であって、
前記機構は、第1要素及び第2要素を含み、
a)前記第1要素が、
(i)前記第1要素を前記貯蔵器に取り外し可能に取り付ける手段と、
(ii)前記第2要素を係合し、かつ前記貯蔵器と前記第2要素との間に流体連通を提供する管状係合部材であって、前記手段(i)から外向きに伸びる管状係合部材と、
(iii)前記貯蔵器と前記第2要素との間の前記流体の流れを制御する弁手段であって、前記係合シャフトの中に、少なくとも部分的に存在する弁手段と、
(iv)任意選択に有する排出手段であって、流体が、前記貯蔵器から流れる時、前記貯蔵器内の圧力を等しくする排出手段と
を関連して、備える流体移送装備品を含み、
並びに
b)前記第2要素が、
(v)前記係合シャフトを嵌め込むための受けオリフィス、及び前記流体の放出のために前記外部環境まで導く出口オリフィスをもつ壁を有する受け部材であって、前記壁が、前記係合シャフトの周囲に環状の封止を提供する可撓性、弾性材料を含む受け部材と、
(vi)前記受け部材の中に位置し、前記弁(iii)と可動的に係合する作動手段と、
(vii)前記作動手段に、前記弁を操作するのに充分な動きを生じさせるために、前記第2要素と結合した手段と
を備える流体放出装備品を含む
機構。
