Description
【0001】

【The invention's effect】
[0036]
According to the first means of the present invention, in the method for producing a laminated nonwoven fabric comprising at least two nonwoven fabrics , wherein one nonwoven fabric is bonded to the other nonwoven fabric, the one nonwoven fabric is a cutter roll and an anvil roll. And cutting the sheet into a predetermined size, holding the cut one nonwoven fabric on the surface of the anvil roll and guiding it between the needle roll and the anvil roll, and the other nonwoven fabric. a step of feeding between the laminated not via the adhesive on said needle roll and the anvil roll, entwined each other fibers the laminated nonwoven between said anvil roll and said needle roll because Te is a step of bonding so as to implement a continuous manner, the steps of cutting into a predetermined size to one of the non-woven fabric was fed between the cutter roll and the anvil roll, The one non-woven fabric held on the surface of the anvil roll is guided between the needle roll and the anvil roll, and the needle roll is laminated on the other non-woven fabric without an adhesive. By simply carrying out the step of feeding between the anvil rolls and the step of tying and laminating the laminated nonwoven fabric between the needle rolls and the anvil rolls, The fibers are intertwined, and at least two non-woven fabrics are laminated and laminated. In the obtained laminated non-woven fabric, the above-mentioned problems that occurred when pasting with an adhesive are eliminated, and There is an effect that the texture is not lost. In addition, it is possible to continuously perform the cutting of the nonwoven fabric and the bonding of the nonwoven fabric, and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
[0037]
As in the second means of the present invention, in the method for producing a nonwoven fabric provided with the first means, the needle roll has perforation means such as embossing and needles, and the perforated means provides a large number of the laminated nonwoven fabrics. It is also possible to form a plurality of perforations and entangle the fibers with each other. In the perforation, the fibers are intertwined, and at least two nonwoven fabrics are bonded and laminated.
[0038]
As in the third means of the present invention, in the method for producing a nonwoven fabric provided with the second means, the perforation may reach at least halfway of the lowermost layer of the nonwoven fabric to be bonded. In this case, at least two non-woven fabrics can be laminated by laminating each other's fibers in each perforation without penetrating embossing, needles and the like.
[0039]
According to the fourth means of the present invention, in a laminated nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus comprising at least two nonwoven fabrics, and one nonwoven fabric is bonded to the other nonwoven fabric, a needle provided with a large number of needle-like bodies A roll, a cutter roll, and an anvil roll, the anvil roll is arranged so as to be adjacent to each other between the cutter roll and the needle roll, and the one of the ones fed between the cutter roll Cut the non-woven fabric in cooperation with the cutter roll, hold the cut one non-woven fabric on the surface and guide it between the needle roll, and attach the one non-woven fabric to the other non-woven fabric with an adhesive. Laminate without intervening and feed between the needle rolls, and cooperate with the needle rolls to bond the one nonwoven fabric and the other nonwoven fabric with each other's fibers entangled Since one of the nonwoven fabrics is fed between a cutter roll and an anvil roll and cut into a predetermined dimension, the one nonwoven fabric cut is held on the surface of the anvil roll and the needle roll and the Guided between the anvil roll, laminated on the other non-woven fabric without an adhesive, and fed between the needle roll and the anvil roll, cooperating with the needle roll and the anvil roll By simply continuously entwining each other's fibers, the fibers are intertwined and at least two nonwoven fabrics are laminated and laminated. In the obtained laminated nonwoven fabric, There is an effect that the above-mentioned problems occurring when the bonding with the agent is performed are eliminated, and the touch and texture are not impaired. In addition, the nonwoven fabric can be cut and the nonwoven fabric bonded together, and the production apparatus can be simplified.
[0040]
As in the fifth means of the present invention, in the nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus provided with the fourth means, the needle roll corresponds to an interval at which the other nonwoven fabric is intermittently bonded to the one nonwoven fabric. It is also possible that a large number of needle-like bodies are provided in a part of the roll circumferential direction. In such a case, the operation of intermittently bonding the other nonwoven fabric to one nonwoven fabric can be easily performed. it can.
