Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slide rail locking mechanism used for a moving part such as a drawer of furniture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of slide rail, an outer rail (outer rail), an inner rail slidable with the outer rail (inner rail), and the upper and lower refractive edges of the outer rail and inner rail hold the ball rotatably. There is a slide rail configured to include a ball holder. As a slide rail locking mechanism, there is one described in Patent Document 1. Some lock mechanisms have a lock function using balls held by a ball cage. In this locking mechanism, the outer rail is pressed to provide a small protrusion, and the ball held by the ball holder moves and rides on the small protrusion so that the locking function is exhibited. That is, when the inner rail is housed in the outer rail or pulled out from the outer rail, the ball held by the ball holder moves to the small protrusion, and the ride-up lock is applied.
[0003]
However, the ball locking mechanism has a problem that the locking force varies depending on the manufacturing lot due to processing errors when manufacturing the outer rail and the inner rail, and it is necessary to perform processing again to satisfy a certain locking force. It was. In addition, since the small protrusions for locking were provided by pressing the outer rail, there was a problem that the small protrusions were worn away by friction with the hardened steel ball and the locking force became weaker by continuous use. .
[0004]
Moreover, there exists a thing described in patent document 2 as a locking mechanism of a slide rail. This locking mechanism is provided as a mechanism for pulling out the moving side rail.
