本発明は、主として、輸液バッグの口部を閉鎖する口栓に関する。特には、本発明は、輸液バッグの製造後、納入先であるユーザーにおいて充填されるまでの輸送中等において、一時的に異物等の混入を未然に防ぐために使用される口栓に関する。

【従来の技術】
輸液充填後の口部を閉鎖するキャップは通常ゴム製のキャップが採用されているが、上記したユーザーで輸液を充填されるまでの輸送中の保護のために一時的に使用されるような口栓は未だ使用されておらず、口栓なしの状態でユーザーに輸送されるのが通常であった。しかしながら、このような輸送状態では、輸送中にゴミ等の異物が混入するおそれがあるし、輸液のような人体に直接関係し、もし混入されれば人体に重大な影響を及ぼす可能性を持つ内容物を収納する容器においては異物の混入は絶対に避けられなければならない。

そのために、輸液バッグの輸送中等、製造から輸液注入時までの間も口栓が必要となっている。輸液バッグには、その下端にゴム製のキャップを嵌合し針と空気穴を形成する大径の口部があり、その上端に前記口部より小径の口部がある。従って、従来の輸液バッグには、径の異なる2種の口栓を用意しなければならなかった。

【従来の技術の問題点を解決する手段】
そこで、本発明は、口内径の異なる2つの口部を有する容器を閉鎖する口栓であって、容器口部を閉鎖するための天板周縁部を構成し、口部の外径より大きな外径の鍔部と、天板から一方側に伸びるよう形成され、小口径口部を閉鎖する小径閉鎖部と、天板から一方側に伸びるよう形成され、前記小径閉鎖部より短い長さの大口径口部を閉鎖する大径閉鎖部とを有し、さらに、前記小径閉鎖部および大径閉鎖部は、小口径口部内および大口径口部内にそれぞれ嵌合可能に挿入されるよう構成されている事を特徴とする口栓を提供する。
例えば、口栓1の天板2の外周端に、輸液バッグに施栓した時、輸液バッグ4口部の外径より大きい外径の鍔部3を有し、口栓1の天板2から下向きに伸びる、輸液バッグの小径口部5を閉鎖する小径閉鎖部6と大径口部7を閉鎖する大径閉鎖部8を形成する。さらに、小径閉鎖部6および大径閉鎖部8は、小径口部5内および大径口部7内にそれぞれ嵌合可能に挿入される。小径閉鎖部6の長さは、小径口部5を十分に閉鎖でき、抜けない程度に保持されるように、大径閉鎖部8より長く、好ましくは、その長さは、大径閉鎖部8の約2倍以上にするのが良い。両閉鎖部6,8の先端から半径方向内方に傾斜している傾斜部9を有すると、施栓をスムーズに行えるようになる。この栓のために使用される合成樹脂は、LLDPE(直鎖状低密度PE)、LDPE(低密度PE)または、HDPE(高密度PE)等の比較的軟質の樹脂が採用される。又、この発明の口栓は、1個の口栓で2種の径の異なる容器口部に嵌合するので、例えば、プラスチック製石油容器等、多用途に応用できる。

【実施例】
図1は、本発明の口栓の概略説明図を示し、図2は、本発明の口栓が使用される2室構造の輸液バッグを示し、図3は、小口径口部に嵌合した本発明の口栓を示し、図4は、大口径口部に嵌合した本発明の口栓を示す。
2のように、輸液バッグ4には、ほぼ中央部付近にくびれ部10をヒートシールして、仕切り壁を形成して、2室バッグが形成されるものがある。この2室バッグの両端縁に、異なる2種類の輸液を充填するための大小2つの口部5,7が形成され、小径口部5側に輸液バッグ吊り下げ部11が形成されている。2個の口部5,7からそれぞれ異なる輸液が充填された後、2つの口部5,7は、ゴム栓で閉鎖される。実際の使用状態においては先ず、2室に分離している仕切り壁10を破り、2種の輸液を混合した後、大径口部7を閉鎖したゴム栓に注射針と空気導入針を差し込んで、輸液を使用する。本発明の口栓は、この様な輸液バッグに対して、成形後ユーザーに輸送され、充填されるまでの間に輸液バッグ内に異物が入らない様に、口部を閉鎖する仮栓であり、図1,3及び図の様な構造を有する。

すなわち、口栓1の天板2の外周端に、輸液バッグに施栓した時、輸液バッグ4口部の外径より大きい外径の鍔部3を有し、口栓1の天板2から下向きに伸びる、輸液バッグの小径口部5を閉鎖する小径閉鎖部6と大径口部7を閉鎖する大径閉鎖部8を形成する。小径閉鎖部6の長さは、小径口部5を十分に閉鎖でき、抜けない程度に保持されるように、大径閉鎖部8より長く、好ましくは、その長さは、大径閉鎖部8の約2倍以上にするのが良い。両閉鎖部6,8の先端から半径方向内方に傾斜している傾斜部9を有すると、施栓をスムーズに行えるようになる。こののために使用される合成樹脂は、LLDPE(直鎖状低密度PE)、LDPE(低密度PE)または、HDPE(高密度PE)等の比較的軟質の樹脂が採用される。大径口部7を閉鎖したとき、図1の左図や図の通り、バッグ口部のフランジ7aと口栓天板周縁部間には、鍔部3により隙間ができるので、輸液充填前に口栓を外しやすくなっている。又小径口部5を閉鎖した時は、図1の右図や図のとおり、大径の閉鎖部が口部天面5aに当接した状態で閉鎖されているので、輸液充填前に口栓を容易に取り外し易くなっている。小径閉鎖部6は、図1,3及び図4の実施例では大径閉鎖部の長さの少なくとも2倍程度の長さに形成されており小径の口部に閉鎖された時でも、小径の閉鎖部による密封、保持が十分に保たれる。14は、周状膨出部で口栓を強く口部5,7に固定するのに役立つ。小径閉鎖部6及び大径閉鎖部8は、円筒状に成形してもよいし、図5のようにその周囲に1本以上のスリット15をもつ円筒状に成形してもよい。尚、図5のスリット15は、大小閉鎖部6,8の上端部から下端部まで切り取られたように形成されているが、大小閉鎖部6,8又はその一部のみに形成してもよく、更にスリット15に代えて凹溝を設けてもよい。これらのスリット15、凹溝は口栓挿入時に大小閉鎖部6,8がたわみ易くなるように設けられ、口栓挿入をスムースにする。

(作用効果)
1)輸液バッグ成形後〜輸送されユーザーにより充填される前までに、その中に異物、虫類の混入が防止できるので、極めて衛生的である。
2)大小2つの口内径の異なる口部を閉鎖する小径閉鎖部と大径閉鎖部を併せ持つ1つの口栓としたので、1個の口栓で大小両方を共用でき、樹脂の節約、コストダウンを計れる。
3)2種類のサイズの口栓を製造する場合と比べて、本願の共用栓は、搬送〜打栓までの作業工程及び作業設備が半分で済む。
