Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a chemical solution injection method constructed for liquefaction countermeasures, and relates to a chemical solution injection method constructed by so-called “curved boring”.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, in order to improve the liquefied soft ground G in the ground such as the basement of the building B, the so-called “curved boring” is used instead of the vertical boring, as indicated by the symbol L in FIG. Often it is necessary to drill a plurality of curved drill holes.
Such bending boring is well known.
[0003]
However, the conventional curved boring has the disadvantage that the ground to be constructed is soft, so that the previously drilled guide hole collapses, making it impossible to insert the inner tube for injecting chemicals and perform other operations. It was.
In addition, since drilling is improved by drilling one borehole at a time, there is a wide range of soft ground to be improved. If multiple drilling holes must be drilled by bending, There is a problem that the construction period becomes very long.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, can prevent the collapse of the guide hole of the preceding drilling hole, and can reliably inject the chemical solution, and can further improve the ground improvement period. The purpose is to provide a chemical injection method that can be shortened.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The chemical solution injection method of the present invention performs simultaneous boring using a plurality of tubes each configured as a double tube comprising an outer tube and an inner tube disposed inside thereof, and a plurality of guide holes having curved portions are formed. Bending preceding drilling process for this preceding drilling, an inner pipe drawing process for pulling the inner pipe to the ground to remove the excavation monitor used in the bending preceding drilling process, and injecting seal grout into the guide hole A seal grout process for filling, a sleeve pipe insertion process for inserting a sleeve pipe and a chemical solution injection means at the tip of the inner pipe in place of the excavation monitor and inserting it into the guide hole, and an outer pipe for pulling the outer pipe to the ground A drawing process, and an injection material injection process for injecting and improving the injection material to the ground to be constructed from the guide hole protected by the seal grout.
[0006]
Prior to the execution of the chemical solution injection method of the present invention, it is preferable to carry out a multi-tube simultaneous propulsion device installation step in which a multi-tube simultaneous propulsion device that simultaneously drives and controls a plurality of tubes is installed at a predetermined position.
[0007]
Here, the excavation monitor may be a monitor provided with an injection nozzle for jetting a ground excavation jet or may be an excavator provided with a mechanical excavation bit.
[0008]
According to the chemical injection method of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the guide hole is previously sealed with the seal grout by the seal grout process in which the seal grout is injected into the guide hole to protect the inner wall of the guide hole to an appropriate range. Since the injection material is injected after protection, there is no interruption or failure of chemical injection due to collapse of the guide hole.
[0009]
In addition, according to the present invention, for example, using a multi-pipe simultaneous propulsion machine by bending boring, etc., the preliminary drilling is simultaneously performed with a plurality of double pipes, and the injection material is simultaneously injected from the plurality of inner pipes to improve the ground. I can do it. Therefore, compared with the case where only one double pipe is used, a wide soft ground area can be improved at a time, so a wide area ground improvement can be performed in a short period of time.
[0010]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, even in the soft ground where the ground improvement method cannot be applied by vertical boring due to the presence of obstacles, etc. Is possible.
[0011]
When performing the curved boring performed by the chemical injection method of the present invention, a drilling means is rotatably provided at the tip of the steel pipe, and the trajectory correcting method used in the propulsion method of propelling while excavating the ground by the excavating means, The excavation means is supported by a spring mechanism so as to be tiltable at the tip of the steel pipe, rotated by a driving source, and controlled in inclination and direction by rotation and expansion / contraction of a posture control cylinder that expands and contracts in the radial direction. It is configured to determine whether or not the trajectory correction is required, and when the trajectory correction is not required, the excavation means is rotated forward by the drive source and propelled linearly while jetting jets. A straight excavation process, and a trajectory correction process for correcting the trajectory by propelling the excavation means by tilting the excavation means in a predetermined direction when the trajectory correction is required. The trajectory correcting step includes a step of rotating the excavating means by a drive source and rotating the one-way clutch in an operating direction to dispose the posture control cylinder at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction, and extending the posture control cylinder. Tilting the excavating means in a predetermined direction and correcting the trajectory by propelling the excavating means; and, when the correction of the trajectory is completed, retracting the attitude control cylinder to return the inclination of the excavating means and restarting linear excavation It is preferable to implement a trajectory correction method having
[0012]
In carrying out this trajectory correction method, a trajectory correcting device used in a propulsion method in which excavating means is rotatably provided at the tip of a steel pipe and propelled while excavating the ground by the excavating means, wherein the excavating means is connected to the tip of the steel pipe The excavation means has a tip rotating part, and a driving source for rotating the tip rotating part via a one-way clutch is provided, and is configured to be extendable and contractable in the radial direction. A posture control cylinder is provided at the tip rotating portion and has a control means, and the control means is provided with a digging means by a drive source when it is necessary to correct the trajectory by inclining the digging means in a predetermined direction.
