この発明は、工作機械主軸、繊維機械、或いは高速モータ等の様に、停電時にモータが高速でフリーランすると周囲の人間に危険を及ぼしたり、その他の不都合を生ずる場合や停電時に作動する機械式非常ブレーキを設置できない場合に用いられる回生制動式インバータの停電時運転継続方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
図7に示す様に、インバータ13は、交流電源2を整流器14で整流し、平滑コンデンサ15で平滑した直流母線電圧をスイッチング素子16でスイッチングして所望の周期の電力を得てモータ17を駆動する。
インバータ13は、制御装置18により制御され、そのための制御電源19はインバータ13の直流母線電圧20から得る。
交流電源の停電は、交流電源に接続された電圧検出リレー21又は電磁接触器補助接点によって検知することができる。停電後短時間で復電した際の再加速を要する場合には、電圧検出リレー21を用いる。かくして、定速運転後停電を検出すると、軽負荷の場合には、モータ17を減速制御させて、モータ17から戻ってくるエネルギーでインバータ13の直流母線電圧20を保ちながらモータ17を最後まで減速停止させることができた。
しかしながら、負荷の重い場合或いは加速運転中の停電の場合には、直流母線電圧が急低下してしまい、低電圧異常でトリップしてしまい、インバータ13が動作不能となってしまった。
一般に、インバータ13の平滑コンデンサ15の容量は、コストや寸法の関係で、100%負荷時に停電すると、約15〜20msec.程度の間電圧を維持できる能力しかない。
これに対して、電圧検出リレー21の応答時間は、図8に示す様に、10〜20msec.程度となり、更に、インバータ13の制御装置18のスキャン時間が5〜10msec.程度、モータ17の速度トルク応答時間にいたっては数十msec.〜数百msec.もかかるため、加速中や重負荷時には検出や応答が間に合わず、直流母線電圧はP矢線の様に急降下するので、インバータ13が低電圧トリップしてしまうことがほとんどであった。
軽負荷の場合は回生電圧によって直流母線電圧が維持されるため、出力周波数に見られる様に直線的に減速制御される。減速の途中で復電した場合は、この場合も電圧検出リレーKの検出が10〜20msec.遅れるのであるが、Q矢線に示す様に加速に転じることもできる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の通り従来技術によれば、定速軽負荷時の停電に際しては回生制動に転ずることができるものの、モータの加速時や重負荷時の停電に際しては回生制動に転ずることができなかった。
そこでこの発明の目的は、インバータの加速時あるいは重負荷時であってもすばやく停電時に回生制動に転ずることができるインバータの停電時運転継続方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本願請求項1記載のインバータの停電時運転継続方法は、交流電源を整流して平滑コンデンサで平滑した直流母線電圧のスイッチング出力によって駆動される速度発電機なしベクトル制御方式インバータの停電時運転継続方法において、交流電源の停電の際に、インバータの直流母線電圧の低下を検知して、加速時は加速制御を中止するとともにトルクフォーシング量をトルク指令系に加算し回生制動を強制起動し、減速終了前に前記トルクフォーシング量を解除することを特徴としている。
以上のようにすることにより、速度発電機なしベクトル制御方式の場合においてはトルクフォーシング量をトルク指令系に加算することで、速やかに回生制動に入ることができることとなる。
また、請求項2記載のインバータの停電時運転継続方法は、交流電源を整流して平滑コンデンサで平滑した直流母線電圧のスイッチング出力によって駆動される速度発電機付きベクトル制御方式インバータの停電時運転継続方法において、交流電源の停電の際に、インバータの直流母線電圧の低下を検知して、加速時は加速制御を中止するとともにトルク補償量をトルク指令系に加算して回生制動を強制起動し、減速終了後に前記トルク補償量を解除することを特徴としている。
以上のようにすることにより、速度発電機付きベクトル制御方式の場合においてはトルク補償量ををトルク指令系に加算することで、速やかに回生制動に入ることができることとなる。
そして、請求項3記載のインバータは、交流電源を整流して平滑コンデンサで平滑した直流母線電圧のスイッチング出力によって駆動される速度発電機なしベクトル制御方式インバータにおいて、あらかじめトルクフォーシング量を設定したトルクフォーシング源と、前記直流母線電圧が所定値以下に低下したときオンし減速完了前にオフになるトルクフォーシングスイッチと、トルク指令に前記トルクフォーシング量を加算して新たなトルク指令を生成する加算器と、を備えることを特徴としている。
以上のようにすることにより、速度発電機なしベクトル制御の場合においてはトルクフォーシング量をトルク指令系に加算することで、速やかに回生制動に入ることができることとなる。
さらに、請求項4記載のインバータは、交流電源を整流して平滑コンデンサで平滑した直流母線電圧のスイッチング出力によって駆動される速度発電機付きベクトル制御方式インバータにおいて、あらかじめトルク補償量を設定したトルク補償源と、前記直流母線電圧が所定値以下に低下したときオンし減速完了後にオフするトルク補償スイッチと、トルク指令に前記トルク補償量を加算して新たなトルク指令を生成する加算器と、を備えることを特徴としている。
以上のようにすることにより、速度発電機付きベクトル制御の場合においてはトルク補償量ををトルク指令系に加算することで、速やかに回生制動に入ることができることとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図によって本発明を更に詳細に説明する。
図1は、速度発電機なしベクトル制御方式の場合の制御系の要部を説明するためのブロック図であり、

インバータ1は、交流電源2の給電を受けてモータ3を運転制御する。制御系が加速速度指令を発して加速運転中に交流電源2が停電すると、インバータ1の直流母線電圧が低下を始める。
直流母線電圧の低下を検知すると少なくともA時点には加速を中止して、直流母線電圧の低減を少なくする。
次いで、少なくとも時点Bには、トルクフォーシングスイツチ5が一定時間閉路されて、負荷、慣性、モータ容量等を勘案して設定したトルクフォーシング量がトルクフォーシング源6からトルク指令系に加算される。
このとき、トルクフォーシング量はスリップ演算器7にも入力するので、スリップ補償量も加算されることになる。このトルクフォーシング量の加算により、回生トルクが強制的に発生せしめられ、直流母線電圧が回復維持され、直線的な減速がもたらされる。
この間、トルクフォーシング量をそのままにしておくと、インバータ3が逆方向回転にまで進行してしまうので、減速途中でトルクフォーシングスイッチ5を開路してトルクフォーシング量を解除してやり、通常トルク指令に戻してやる。その後、インバータ1はベースブロックされて、トルク指令量、スリップ補償量が解除される。

この場合、インバータ3に速度発電機8が設けられており、モータ回転数に比例する量が制御系にフィードバックされる。この場合も、交流電源2の停電は、インバータ1の直流母線電圧の低下として検知される。
直流母線電圧の低下が検知されると、A時点では加速を中止し直流母線電圧の低減を阻止し、B時点では減速を開始するとともに、トルク補償スイッチ9を閉路して、トルク補償源10からあらかじめ設定したトルク補償量をトルク指令系に加算する。この時、トルク補償量はスリップ演算器7にも入力するので、スリップ補償量も加算されることになる。
すると、初期に大きな回生トルク指令が出力されて強制的に回生制動に引き込まれる。
その後、加算したトルク補償量は、速度ループ内で自然にキャンセルされるのでトルク補償スイッチ9はそのままにしておく。
制動が完了してインバータ1がベースロックされるとトルク補償スイッチ9を開路し、トルク補償とトルク指令とスリップ補償とを解除する。

電圧周波数方式の場合は、トルク分を直接制御することができないので、スリップ分だけ加算して回生制動に引き入れる。
交流電源2が停電すると、インバータ1の直流母線電圧の低下によってそれが検知される。直流母線電圧の低下が検知された後少なくともA時点には、加速制御が中止されて直流母線電圧の低減が阻止され、続いてB時点には減速が開始されるとともにスリップフォーシングスイッチ11が閉路されて、スリップフォーシング源12からスリップフォーシング量がスリップ補償系に加算される。
すると、ソフトスタータ最終出力周波数特性は実線の様に変化し、暫時急減速して回生制動に引き入れた後一定率で減速し、最低出力周波数以下になると、インバータ1はベースロックしてスリップフォーシングスイッチ11を開路し、スリップフォーシング量を零にし、通常のスリップ補償に戻される。
尚、一旦回生制動に入った後に復電して再加速する場合は、速度発電機付きベクトル制御方式で加算したトルク補償量と、電圧周波数制御方式で加算したスリップフォーシング量は、再加速中に徐々に減らして行き、再加速完了時に元に戻しておく。速度発電機なしベクトル制御方式の場合は、トルクフォーシング解除後であればそのまま再加速してよいが、解除前の場合はトルクフォーシング量を徐々に減らして行く必要がある。

【発明の効果】
以上の通り、本発明によれば、交流電源を整流して平滑コンデンサで平滑した直流母線電圧のスイッチング出力によって駆動されるインバータの停電時運転継続方法において、交流電源の停電の際に、インバータの直流母線電圧の低下を検知して、加速制御を中止することによりインバータの直流母線電圧の低減を阻止するとともに付加的回生制御量を制御系に加算して回生制動を強制起動するものであるので、加速制御中であっても、迅速かつ安定して回生制動に移行でき、設備の安全性、安定性が得られる効果がある。
