【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a separation-type operation switch that has a structure in which an operation unit and a contact unit are separated and is used in a state where the operation unit and the contact unit are connected and fixed to each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a separation type operation switch that connects an operation unit and a contact unit and fixes them together by operation of a lock mechanism.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, such a separation type operation switch is configured such that an

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, according to the lock mechanism shown in FIGS. 20 to 22 described above, there remains a problem that it is difficult to ensure reliability in locking the contact portion to the operation portion.
[0008]
That is, in the lock mechanism shown in FIG. 20, there is a possibility that the operator forgets to operate the lock lever 204 (forgets to lock) due to the operator's mistake during the operation of installing the operation switch. In addition, since the locking mechanism of FIG. 22 is a one-touch type, the mounting operation may be terminated while the locking is incomplete, and the locking mechanism of FIG. 21 may be incompletely locked. is there.
[0009]
Furthermore, according to the lock mechanisms of FIGS. 20 to 22, any external force, for example, a force caused by catching of the wiring or the like, is applied to the
[0010]
When the lock is forgotten, the lock is incomplete, or the lock is released after the unintentional operation is completed, for example, as shown in FIG. There is a problem of end up. In particular, in an emergency stop switch that uses a B contact (normally closed) for the contact portion, it is very dangerous if a contact that should be opened by an emergency operation is not released.
[0011]
As measures to solve the above problems, a method of making the lock lever of the lock mechanism into a shape and structure that makes it easy to check the locked state, a function to prevent the lock mechanism from being unlocked after the lock is completed, Although methods such as adding parts with a function that can be confirmed to be securely locked are taken, all of these methods depend on the will of the operator, so complete safety measures That's not enough.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a separation type operation switch having good workability at the time of mounting and high safety.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The operation switch of the present invention includes a contact part having a contact, an operation part for opening / closing the contact of the contact part, and a lock mechanism provided in the operation part or the contact part, and fitting the operation part and the contact part. In addition, in a state where the operation unit is disposed at a fixed position of the contact unit, the operation unit and the contact unit are fixed to each other by operating the lock mechanism from the unlock position to the lock position. At the contact point, Inserting / removing the operation unit A blocking member slidable in the direction, and the blocking member Operation side And a spring that prevents the movement of the lock mechanism by being pressed against the lock mechanism, and the operation portion and the contact portion are fitted together to place the operation portion at a fixed position of the contact portion. Only when the operating part is the operating part resisting the elastic force of the spring, Direction away from the operation unit By pushing the button, the restriction of the locking mechanism by the blocking member is released, and the operation of the locking mechanism is allowed.
[0014]
According to the operation switch of the present invention, when the operation portion and the contact portion are fitted to each other and the operation portion is disposed at a fixed position of the contact portion, the lock mechanism can be operated for the first time, and the lock mechanism is unlocked. By operating from the position to the lock position, the contact portion can be locked to the operation portion. On the other hand, since the operation of the lock mechanism is restricted by the blocking means before the contact part is attached to the operation part, the lock mechanism does not move even if any external force acts on the lock mechanism, and the lock mechanism is always locked. It is held in the release position. Therefore, it is not necessary for the operator to check whether or not the lock release position exists at the time of attachment, and the workability at the time of attachment is improved.
[0015]
The operation switch of the present invention includes a contact portion having a contact, an operation portion for opening and closing the contact of the contact portion, and a lock mechanism provided in the contact portion, and is operated by fitting the operation portion and the contact portion. In a separation type operation switch that fixes the operation part and the contact part to each other by operating the lock mechanism from the unlock position to the lock position with the part arranged at a fixed position of the contact part. Means for switching between opening and closing of the contact portion in conjunction with the operation of the locking mechanism when operating from the unlocking position to the locking position and from the locking position to the unlocking position; Inserting / removing the operation unit A blocking member slidable in the direction, and the blocking member Operation side A spring that prevents the movement of the lock mechanism by being pressed toward the lock mechanism and is brought into contact with the lock mechanism, and the operation portion and the contact portion are fitted to each other to fit the operation portion to the contact portion. Only when it is placed in a fixed position, the operating part resists the elastic force of the spring and pushes the blocking member. Direction away from the operation unit By pressing the lock mechanism, the restriction of the lock mechanism by the blocking member is released, and the operation of the lock mechanism is allowed.
[0016]
According to the operation switch of the present invention, when the lock mechanism is operated from the lock release position to the lock position and from the lock position to the lock release position, opening / closing of the contact of the contact portion is switched in conjunction with the operation of the lock mechanism. Thus, the contact of the contact portion operates normally only when the contact portion is securely locked to the operation portion. Therefore, it is possible to electrically monitor the quality of the locked state.
[0017]
In addition, when using the B contact for the contact part, the B contact is turned on only when the lock mechanism is set at the lock position. In other cases, for example, the lock is forgotten, the lock is incomplete, or the work is completed. When a lock failure such as later unlocking occurs, the B contact of the contact portion is always released. Therefore, safety can be confirmed in advance.
[0018]
Furthermore, in the operation switch of the present invention, the lock mechanism can be operated only when the operation portion and the contact portion are fitted together and the operation portion is arranged at a fixed position of the contact portion, and in other states, the lock mechanism can be operated. Since the movement of the mechanism is blocked, for example, after the attachment of the contact portion is completed, if for some reason, the contact portion is unlocked → the contact portion is dropped from the operation portion, the contact portion has dropped. The lock mechanism of the contact portion is fixed at the unlock position. Therefore, even if some external force is applied to the lock mechanism of the contact portion that has fallen from the operation portion, the lock mechanism does not move, and the contact of the contact portion does not switch.
[0019]
For example, when a B contact is used for the contact part, the B contact of the contact part is opened when the unlocking of the contact part occurs, and after that, even if the contact part falls off for some reason, the B contact Is kept open. Furthermore, even if an external force acts on the locking mechanism of the dropped contact portion, the locking mechanism does not move, and the B contact of the contact portion is maintained in the open state, so there is no possibility of danger.

In the above embodiment, the number of blocking members is one, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of blocking members may be provided at the contact portion.
[0063]
In addition, by devising the number and arrangement position of blocking members and the shape of the tip of the operation unit body (the shape of the pressing part of the blocking member), the combination of the operation unit and the contact unit that can be connected and locked Since it becomes possible to specify, the blocking member can have a key function.
[0064]
In the above embodiment, an example in which the B contact is provided in the contact portion has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to an operation switch in which the A contact (normally open) is provided in the contact portion.
[0065]
Further, the present invention can be applied to various separated operation switches such as an illuminated push button switch or a selector switch in addition to a push lock turn reset push button switch used for emergency stop.
[0066]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the operation switch of the present invention, the lock mechanism can be operated only when the operation portion and the contact portion are fitted together and the operation portion is disposed at a fixed position of the contact portion. Since the lock mechanism is prevented from moving in this state, the lock mechanism will not move even if any external force is applied to the lock mechanism before the contact part is attached to the operation part. Retained. Therefore, when attaching the contact portion, it is not necessary for the operator to check whether or not the contact portion is in the unlocked position, and the workability at the time of attachment is improved.
[0067]
The operation switch according to the present invention is configured such that when the lock mechanism for fixing the operation portion and the contact portion is operated, the opening / closing of the contact of the contact portion is switched in conjunction with the operation of the lock mechanism. Therefore, the contact of the contact portion operates normally only when the contact portion is securely locked to the operation portion. Therefore, it is possible to electrically monitor the quality of the locked state. Also, when using the B contact for the contact part, the B contact is turned on only when the lock mechanism is set at the lock position. In other cases, for example, the lock is forgotten or the lock is incomplete or work When a lock failure such as unlocking after completion has occurred, the B contact of the contact portion is always released, so that no safety problem occurs.
[0068]
Furthermore, the lock mechanism can be operated only when the operation part is arranged at a fixed position of the contact part, and the movement of the lock mechanism is prevented in other states, so after the attachment of the contact part is completed, Even if the contact portion is dropped from the operation portion for some reason, the lock mechanism of the dropped contact portion is fixed at the unlock position. Therefore, even if an external force acts on the locking mechanism of the dropped contact portion, the contact of the contact portion is not switched, and safety can be improved. In particular, when the B contact is used for the contact portion, the B contact of the dropped contact portion is maintained in the separated state, so that safety can be further enhanced.
