▲1▼電流値を次第に小さくする;
▲2▼通電時間を次第に小さくする;
▲3▼▲1▼と▲2▼を同時に行なう;
【0026】
▲1▼電流値を次第に小さくする;
▲2▼通電時間を次第に小さくする;
▲3▼▲1▼と▲2▼を同時に行なう;
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power steering device for a vehicle such as an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a steering apparatus for a vehicle, particularly a steering apparatus for an automobile, a power assist mechanism (power steering apparatus) for steering operation is widely used. For this reason, most automobiles produced in the factory are now standard equipment, and there is an increasing number of repairs and replacements by dealers (dealers) regardless of whether they are new or used. As such a power steering device, a torque detection means detects a steering torque applied to a handle shaft via a steering handle, and a driving force corresponding to the steering torque is applied from an auxiliary power generation means such as an electric motor to a steering wheel. What to give is common (refer patent document 1 or 2).
[0003]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, when the applied steering torque is removed by holding the steering handle stationary at the neutral position in the steering direction in order to perform the initial setting of the steering control of the power steering device, the torque detection means returns the origin corresponding to the assembly error in manufacturing. An initial torque including torque and residual torque due to incomplete return of the steering handle is detected and indicated. Of these, the origin torque cannot be removed without disassembling / adjusting the torque detection means, but it exists as a unique value (constant value) for the device and can be calibrated (corrected). Can be identified, the influence on steady steering control is relatively small. On the other hand, regarding the residual torque, if the residual torque remains (mixed) in the initial torque detection value at the time of initial setting, the state shifts to a steady steering control state and the incomplete return of the steering handle is resolved. The residual torque is likely to cause the steering control to malfunction. Then, rather than the column assist type power steering device (Patent Document 2) in which the auxiliary power generation means and the torque detection means are provided in the steering column, they are provided in the vicinity of the steering shaft (rack teeth). In the case of (Patent Document 1), the distance between the steering handle and the torque detection means becomes longer, and is more susceptible to the residual torque.
[0006]
Regardless of which method is used in Patent Documents 1 and 2, conventionally, any of the following operations (1), (2), (3) is required at the time of assembly / inspection in factory production or repair / replacement at a dealer. Was also done manually.
(1) Operation to hold the steering handle stationary at a neutral position in the steering direction (2) Reduce (remove) residual torque that appears as hysteresis by rotating the steering handle by rotating it slightly around the axis of the steering wheel. Operation (3) The operation of detecting the initial torque by the torque detecting means while the steering handle is held stationary at the neutral position in the steering direction is reduced so that the residual torque approaches 0 in (2) above (ideally The power steering device is standard equipment, such as increased production costs at factories and misalignments due to lack of personnel at dealers, etc. It was a problem when doing so.
[0007]
The problem of the present invention is that the residual torque can be easily reduced to a level that does not hinder the steering control without requiring skilled skills and long-time adjustment work, thereby reducing costs and stabilizing performance. An object of the present invention is to provide a power steering device that can be used.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In order to solve the above problems, the power steering apparatus of the present invention
In a power steering apparatus in which a steering torque applied to a steering wheel shaft via a steering handle is detected by a torque detection unit, and a driving force corresponding to the steering torque is applied from an auxiliary power generation unit to a steering wheel.
A virtual torque value to be applied to the steering handle is set from a state in which the steering handle is held stationary at a neutral position in the steering direction, and the steering handle is moved in a predetermined direction around the handle axis using the auxiliary power generating means. reduce the residual torque appears as hysteresis between the Rukoto is finely rotational movement between the steering handle and the torque detection means, the absolute value of the actual rotational angle detecting by said torque detecting means, the virtual torque value when said steering wheel is less than the target rotation angle is assumed to small rotation about the handle axis, issues a command you decrease sets the target rotation angle by inverting and reducing set the sign of the virtual torque value by A residual torque reduction command means ;
Using the auxiliary power generating means, the steering handle is rotated in a minute direction while being alternately inverted around the handle axis, and when the target rotation angle becomes 0 or less as time passes, the auxiliary power generating means performs a minute rotation. Initial torque detection command means for issuing a command to end the movement and detect the initial torque under the reduced state of the residual torque by the torque detection means;
Initial torque storage command means for issuing a command to store the initial torque in the initial torque storage means of the steering control unit as a correction value of the steering torque;
It is characterized by providing.
[0009]
According to this power steering device, by using auxiliary power generation means such as an electric motor already provided for steering control, the residual torque can be reduced (removed) with high accuracy without introducing large-scale equipment. Can be done in a short time. Accordingly, since the initial torque is detected by the torque detecting means after the residual torque is reduced (removed), the residual torque remaining (mixed) ratio in the initial torque detection value becomes small, and the steady steering control state is achieved. It is possible to prevent erroneous operation of the steering control when shifting, and the stability of the control is improved. For example, when a torsion bar and one angle detection sensor (for example, a strain gauge) are used as the torque detection means, the origin torque is 0, so that the initial torque can be almost zero, and the steady steering control state In some cases, it may not be necessary to add correction to the detected torque value.
[0010]
In order to solve the above problems, the power steering device of the present invention is specifically:
A steering torque applied to the handle shaft via the steering handle is detected by a torque detecting means including a torsion bar and a pair of angle detection sensors installed apart from each other in the axial direction, and a driving force corresponding to the steering torque is detected. In the power steering device that gives the steering wheel from the auxiliary power generating means,
A virtual torque value to be applied to the steering handle is set from a state in which the steering handle is held stationary at a neutral position in the steering direction, and the steering handle is moved in a predetermined direction around the handle axis using the auxiliary power generating means. the Rukoto is finely rotational motion to reduce the residual torque appears as hysteresis between said torque detecting means and the steering wheel, the absolute value of the actual rotational angle detecting at an angle detection sensor of the torque detection means to, When the steering torque is greater than or equal to a target rotation angle assumed to be slightly rotated around the handle axis by the virtual torque value, the target rotation angle is set to decrease by reversing and setting the positive / negative of the virtual torque value. A residual torque reduction command means for issuing a command to
Using the auxiliary power generating means, the steering handle is rotated in a minute direction while being alternately inverted around the handle axis, and when the target rotation angle becomes 0 or less as time passes, the auxiliary power generating means performs a minute rotation. An initial torque detection command means for issuing a command for ending motion and detecting, by the torque detection means, an initial torque mainly caused by a difference between the origin positions of the pair of angle detection sensors in a state where the residual torque is reduced;
Initial torque storage command means for issuing a command to store the initial torque in the initial torque storage means of the steering control unit as a correction value of the steering torque;
It is characterized by providing.
[0011]
In order to solve the above problems, the power steering device of the present invention is more specifically,
A steering torque applied to the handle shaft via the steering handle is detected by a torque detecting means including a torsion bar and a pair of angle detection sensors installed apart from each other in the axial direction, and a driving force corresponding to the steering torque is detected. In a power steering apparatus in which a command signal for giving to a steered wheel from an electric motor as auxiliary power generating means is transmitted from a steering control unit,
From a state where the steering handle is held stationary at a neutral position in the steering direction, a virtual torque value to be applied to the steering handle is set, and the steering handle is minutely moved around the handle axis line in a predetermined direction using the electric motor. the Rukoto rotated motion reduces the residual torque appears as hysteresis between said torque detecting means and the steering wheel, the absolute value of the actual rotational angle detecting at an angle detection sensor of the torque detecting means, the virtual when the above target rotation angle which the steering wheel is assumed to be very small rotation about the handle axis by the torque value, the command decrease sets the target rotation angle by inverting and reducing set the sign of the virtual torque value A residual torque reduction command means for generating
Using the electric motor, the steering handle is rotated minutely while alternately reversing around the handle axis, and when the target rotation angle becomes 0 or less over time, the minute rotating movement by the electric motor is terminated. An initial torque detection command means for issuing a command for detecting an initial torque mainly caused by a difference between the origin positions of the pair of angle detection sensors under the reduced state of the residual torque by the torque detection means;
Initial torque storage command means for issuing a command to store the initial torque in the initial torque storage means of the steering control unit as a correction value of the steering torque;
It is characterized by providing.
[0012]
According to these power steering devices, the residual torque can be reduced (removed) with high accuracy in a short time as described above. Therefore, as an initial torque detected at the time of initial setting of the power steering apparatus, an origin inevitably generated in manufacturing in a torque detection means including a torsion bar and a pair of angle detection sensors in a state where residual torque is reduced (removed) as much as possible. Torque can be detected as accurately and quickly as possible.
[0013]
In the case where an electric motor such as a stepping motor is used as the auxiliary power generating means, it is possible to stably give a minute rotational motion of, for example, ± 2 ° or less to the steering handle, which is comparable to a skilled technician. Adjustment work (residual torque reduction work) can be realized. Further, by storing the initial torque detected after reducing (removing) the residual torque as a steering torque correction value in the steering control unit provided for performing steering control of the power steering device, This can also contribute to improvement of control stability in the steering control.
[0014]
At this time, the residual torque reduction command means, the initial torque detection command means, and the initial torque storage command means are stored in the steering control unit together with the initial setting program, and the initial setting program is activated by a specific trigger signal transmitted from the outside of the vehicle. It is good to do so. For example, if you connect a portable terminal device (such as a small tester) that can send a specific trigger signal to the steering control unit on the vehicle side, you can perform the initial setting of the steering control unit without bringing it into the production factory. It becomes easy to repair and replace various parts and parts structures constituting the power steering device at the stage of a supplier or the like.
