Claims (8)
- 鋳造パーツ(1)と、金属シートの形成によって得られた縦型スリーブ(30)とを備える冷却ガスタービンエンジンのブレードであって、鋳造パーツはその両端に第1および第2の開口を有する縦型キャビティ(10C)を具備する縦型ボディを含んでおり、スリーブはキャビティ内に取り付けられ、第1の開口の壁に溶接またはろう付けすることによって保持されており、スリーブの端部(30I)はスライドを形成する第2の開口(10G)を自由にスライドすることができ、スリーブの端部(30I)とスライド(10G)は、加工によって形成されている表面に沿って相互に摺接しており、スリーブ(30)が封止インサート(30S)と一体であり、封止インサート(30S)は接続チューブ(TL)への接続を形成する部分(30’S2)を含んでいる、前記ブレード。
- 固定ノズルブレードを形成する、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- ブレードのボディの各端にプラットフォーム(10E、10I)を有する固定ノズルブレードを形成する、請求項2に記載のブレード。
- 封止インサート(30S)が、スリーブ(30)の端部(30I)とスライド形成開口(10G)の壁との間に介在している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 一方の端に第1の開口を、反対の端に、加工リワークを形成する超過厚さを有する壁を備えている第2の開口(10G)を有する鋳造パーツにおいてブレードのボディを作成するステップと、
端部(30I)を有するスリーブ(30)を形成するステップと、
加工公差を考慮する所定の遊びを有するスライドにおいて端部がスライドするように、ブレードのボディの第2の開口(10G)の超過厚さを有する壁を加工するステップと、
ブレードのボディにスリーブ(30)を取り付け、第1の開口の壁にスリーブをろう付けまたは半田付けするステップ、
とを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のブレードの製造方法。 - 封止インサート(30S)はスリーブの端部(30I)とブレードのボディの第2の開口の壁との間に配置されている、請求項5に記載の方法。
- スリーブ(30)はブレードのボディ内に設置され、封止インサート(30S)は端部と第2の開口の壁間に配置されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 封止インサートはスリーブの端部に溶接または半田付けされている、請求項7に記載の方法。
