【0001】

[0011]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an irradiation direction variable headlamp device that can irradiate light along a road on which an automobile is going to travel with a simple configuration.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the above object is provided at the left and right ends of the front part of the automobile, the lamp for irradiating light substantially toward the front of the automobile, and the lamp on the rotating shaft. A drive control unit that swings around and moves the light irradiation direction in a horizontal direction, a lighting device that supplies power to the lamp, and a detection unit that detects a steering angle. In the irradiation direction variable headlamp device that swings the lamp based on the steering angle detected by the detection means, the drive control means pre-reads the change in the steering angle when the steering angle largely fluctuates, This is achieved by an irradiation direction variable headlamp device characterized by swinging the lamp.
[0013]
In this first aspect, the drive control means swings the ramp based on the steering angle detected by the detection means, and if the steering angle fluctuates greatly, the steering angle is pre-read, and then The ramp is swung regardless of the steering angle.
Thus, at the corner entrance, when the driver operates the steering in accordance with the corner, the drive control means largely swings the ramp to the left or right on the basis of the change in the steering angle, and enters the corner. It comes to irradiate light along.
At the corner exit, when the driver returns the steering to the corner, based on the change in the steering angle, the drive control means swings the lamp toward the front and emits light toward the front. Irradiate.
Therefore, when passing through the corner, the irradiation direction of the light from the lamp does not deviate from the road, and the light is irradiated along the road.
[0014]
The irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the second aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the first aspect, wherein the drive control means is configured such that the steering angle is a predetermined angle from a maximum value at a predetermined time immediately before. When it becomes smaller than the range, the ramp is returned to a predetermined swivel angle without being based on the steering angle.
In this second aspect, when the steering angle becomes smaller than a predetermined angle range from the maximum value in the immediately preceding predetermined time, the drive control means determines that the vehicle has reached the corner exit, and turns the lamp on. By returning to a predetermined swivel angle, light can be emitted from the lamp along the traveling direction of the automobile.
[0015]
The irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the third aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the second aspect, wherein the predetermined swivel angle is 0 degree.
In this third aspect, when the steering angle becomes smaller than a predetermined angle range from the maximum value in the immediately preceding predetermined time, the drive control means determines that the automobile has approached the corner exit, and the lamp is turned on. By returning the swivel angle to 0 degrees, light can be emitted straight from the lamp toward the front of the automobile.
[0016]
The irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the second aspect, wherein the predetermined swivel angle is a maximum swivel angle corresponding to the maximum value of the steering angle. The angle is a predetermined ratio.
In this fourth aspect, when the steering angle becomes smaller than the maximum value in the predetermined time immediately before the predetermined angle range, the drive control means determines that the automobile has approached the corner exit, and the lamp is turned on. By returning the swivel angle to a predetermined ratio between the maximum angle and 0 degrees, light can be irradiated in an oblique direction shifted to one side in the front direction of the automobile.
As a result, the light from the lamp is irradiated in an intermediate direction between the maximum swivel angle and 0 degrees, so that the light can also be irradiated in the direction along the corner, and the lamp can be operated at the steering angle. In either case, the lamp can be swung more quickly when swiveling at a swivel angle corresponding to the above or a swivel angle of 0 degrees.
[0017]
An irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, wherein the drive control means is configured to adjust the lamp to a predetermined swivel angle. When the steering angle does not fall below the predetermined angle after a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the swing, the ramp is swung based on the steering angle.
In the fifth aspect, when the steering control does not fall below the predetermined angle after the predetermined time has elapsed after the driving control means starts swinging the ramp to the predetermined swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle, the drive control means Determines that the car is still running in the corner and swings the ramp based on the steering angle at that time.
As a result, when the vehicle is still driving in the corner even though the ramp is returned to the predetermined swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle, the drive control means sets the ramp based on the steering angle after a predetermined time. By swinging, light can be emitted from the lamp along the corner.
[0018]
An irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, wherein the drive control means is configured to adjust the lamp to a predetermined swivel angle. When the steering angle returns to a predetermined angle or less after a lapse of a predetermined time from the start of the swing, the swivel angle of the ramp is swung to 0 degrees.
In the sixth aspect, when the steering control returns to the predetermined angle or less after the predetermined time has elapsed after the driving control means starts swinging the ramp to the predetermined swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle, The drive control means determines that the automobile is traveling at the corner exit, and swings the lamp at a swivel angle of 0 degrees.
As a result, after the ramp is returned to the predetermined swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle, if the automobile is traveling at the corner exit, the drive control means swings the ramp to the swivel angle 0 degree after a predetermined time. By doing so, it is possible to irradiate light from the lamp along a straight road from near the corner exit.
[0019]
An irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the first aspect, wherein the drive control means increases the steering angle at a predetermined angular velocity or more by a predetermined angle or more. Sometimes, the ramp is swung to the maximum swivel angle without being based on the steering angle.
In this seventh aspect, when the steering angle increases at a predetermined angular velocity or more and a predetermined angle or more, the drive control means determines that the automobile has approached the corner entrance and turns the ramp to a predetermined maximum swivel. By swinging to an angle, light can be emitted from the lamp along the traveling direction of the automobile.
[0020]
The irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the eighth aspect of the present invention is the irradiation direction variable headlamp device according to the seventh aspect, wherein the drive control means has a predetermined time from the start of swinging of the lamp to the maximum swivel angle. When the steering angle does not exceed a predetermined angle after the lapse, the ramp is swung based on the steering angle.
In this eighth aspect, the drive control means starts driving control when the steering angle does not exceed the predetermined angle after a predetermined time has elapsed after the ramp starts to swing to the maximum swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle. The means determines that the automobile is going straight and swings the ramp based on the steering angle at that time.
As a result, when the vehicle is traveling straight ahead even though the ramp is swung to the maximum swivel angle by pre-reading the steering angle, the drive control means swings the ramp based on the steering angle after a predetermined time. By moving, light can be emitted from the lamp along the traveling direction of the automobile.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the drive control means swings the ramp based on the steering angle detected by the detection means, and the steering angle is prefetched when the steering angle varies greatly. Then, the ramp is swung regardless of the steering angle at that time.
[0046]
In this way, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an extremely excellent irradiation direction variable headlamp device that can irradiate light along a road on which an automobile is to travel with a simple configuration.
