Description
The present invention relates to an ejector which is a momentum transporting pump that is a decompression unit for decompressing a fluid and that transports fluid by a entrapping action of a working fluid ejected at high speed, and circulates the decompression unit for decompressing the coolant and the coolant It is effective when applied to a refrigerator, an air conditioner for vehicles, a water heater, etc. that employs an ejector as a pump means.
Conventionally, a variable flow type ejector capable of adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the nozzle of the ejector is known from Patent Document 1 (hereinafter referred to as Conventional Example 1). In Conventional Example 1 of FIG. 5, the
Accordingly, the flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the
However, since the
In addition, since one
In view of the above point, in the ejector, it is an object that you to improve the mixing performance of the suction flow of the driving current and the gas phase refrigerant in the gas-liquid two-phase state by an inexpensive structure.
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention described in claim 1, a compressor (11) that compresses the refrigerant, a radiator (12) that dissipates and cools the high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor (11), And an ejector applied to a refrigeration cycle having an evaporator (16) for evaporating the decompressed low-pressure refrigerant,
An ejector body (17) in which a high-pressure space (19) into which high-pressure refrigerant flows is formed;
In the ejector body (17), a suction space (24) formed on the downstream side of the refrigerant flow with respect to the high-pressure space (19) and sucking the low-pressure refrigerant ,
A low-pressure pipe member (21) disposed in the high-pressure space (19) and having a low-pressure refrigerant passage (21a) in which the low-pressure refrigerant flows into the suction space (24).
Of the outer peripheral surface (21e) of the low-pressure pipe member (21), it is formed at the downstream side portion of the refrigerant flow of the low-pressure refrigerant and is cylindrical toward the downstream end (21d) of the low-pressure pipe member (21). The outer peripheral taper shape (21f) so that the thickness of
Of the inner wall (17b) of the ejector body (17) forming the high-pressure space (19), the high-pressure space (19) is formed at a portion facing the outer peripheral tapered shape (21f) toward the downstream side of the refrigerant flow of the high-pressure refrigerant. ) and the inner wall tapered (17c) so as to reduce,
An inner wall tapered (17c), formed with the outer peripheral tapered (21f), and a spout which high-pressure refrigerant is ejected at high speed to the suction space (24) (25),
The entrainment action of the high-pressure refrigerant ejected from the ejection opening (25) at high speed, and so the low-pressure refrigerant of the low pressure refrigerant passage (21a) is sucked into the suction space (24) inside,
The taper angle of the outer peripheral taper shape (21f) is larger than the taper angle of the inner wall taper shape (17c),
The portion where the distance between the inner wall tapered shape (17c) and the outer peripheral tapered shape (21f) is the closest is the jet port (25),
By the inner wall tapered (17c), the flow passage area of the high-pressure refrigerant flowing from the high-pressure space (19) to the spout (25) is gradually reduced,
The high pressure refrigerant is decompressed and expanded by reducing the flow passage area of the high pressure refrigerant at the jet outlet (25),
The flow passage area of the high-pressure refrigerant formed between the inner wall taper shape (17c) and the outer circumference taper shape (21f) is gradually enlarged on the downstream side of the refrigerant flow with respect to the jet port (25) . It is characterized by that.
According to this, the high-pressure refrigerant jetted from between the inner wall tapered and (17c) and the outer peripheral tapered (21f) into the suction space (24), it sucks the low-pressure refrigerant of the low pressure refrigerant passage (21a). At this time, the high-pressure refrigerant is ejected circumferentially into the suction space (24), and the low-pressure refrigerant is sucked from the inside of the circumferential high-pressure refrigerant . Thus, for example, in comparison with the case where the high-pressure refrigerant from the nozzle as in Patent Document 1 is ejected, it is possible to increase the contact area between the low-pressure refrigerant to be sucked high-pressure refrigerant, thereby improving the mixing performance.
Moreover, since the flow passage area of the high-pressure refrigerant from the high-pressure space (19) toward the jet outlet (25) is gradually reduced, it is possible to prevent the refrigerant passage from being suddenly contracted and expanded. Therefore, the energy loss of the refrigerant due to the sudden contraction and rapid expansion of the refrigerant passage can be reduced.
Further, in the conventional examples 1 and 2, a nozzle is used to depressurize the refrigerant . However, in the invention of claim 1, the shape corresponding to the nozzles in the conventional examples 1 and 2 has an inner wall portion (17b) and a low-pressure pipe. It forms with the outer peripheral surface (21e) of a member (21). Therefore, the nozzle is not necessary, and the cost of the ejector can be reduced as compared with the conventional examples 1 and 2.
In the conventional example 2, a plurality of nozzles are arranged in a pseudo-annular manner to improve the mixing performance. However, as described above, the nozzle is not necessary in the present invention. Cost can be reduced.
Moreover, in invention of Claim 2, in the ejector of Claim 1, the opening degree of a jet nozzle (25) is obtained by displacing the low-pressure pipe member (21) in the streamline direction (R) of the refrigerant. Displacement means (23) for changing the pressure is provided.
According to this, when the displacing means (23) displaces the low-pressure pipe member (21) in the streamline direction (R) of the refrigerant , the inner wall portion (17b) and the low-pressure pipe member ( The distance between 21) and the outer peripheral surface (21e) changes. That is, since the opening degree of the jet outlet (25) changes, the flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the ejector can be changed.
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows the correspondence with the specific means as described in embodiment mentioned later.
(First embodiment)
In this embodiment, the ejector according to the present invention is applied to a refrigeration cycle of a vehicle air conditioner, and FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the refrigeration cycle according to the present embodiment. In FIG. 1, 11 is a
The high-pressure refrigerant that has entered the liquid phase flows into the
The refrigerant that has flowed out of the
The
Next, the
The gas-
Further, an
Next, the refrigerant flow downstream side end of the gas
Further, in the outer
The portion where the distance between the inner
A mixing
Next, the operation of the refrigerant in the
This high-speed refrigerant flow jetted into the mixing
Next, the operation of the variable flow mechanism that varies the flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the
Next, the operational effects of the first embodiment will be described. (1) The high-pressure refrigerant is ejected into the
In the present embodiment, when the high-pressure refrigerant passes between the outer
(2) The high-pressure refrigerant is decompressed and expanded by reducing the flow passage area of the high-pressure refrigerant between the outer
By the way, in the prior art examples 1 and 2 (FIGS. 5 and 6), the
In the second conventional example, a plurality of
Further, since the flow path area of the high-pressure refrigerant gradually decreases between the outer peripheral
(3) The flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the
In the present embodiment, the stepping motor applies a rotational force to the gas
As a result, when the
By the way, when the ejector using the nozzle is downsized, the refrigerant passage of the nozzle becomes relatively small, so that the flow rate of the refrigerant cannot be increased. However, in the present embodiment, since the refrigerant is ejected in a substantially annular shape by the above-described configuration, the flow rate of the refrigerant does not decrease even when the ejector is downsized.
(Second Embodiment)
The outer peripheral
Also in the outer
In this embodiment, the effects (1) and (3) described in the first embodiment can be exhibited.
(Other embodiments)
Although the example which applied this invention to the vehicle air conditioner was shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, you may apply this invention not only to a vehicle air conditioner but to vapor compression-type cycles, such as a heat pump cycle for water heaters.
Moreover, although the example which air-conditions a vehicle interior was shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, the space for cooling is not restricted to a vehicle interior, For example, the inside of a refrigerator etc. may be sufficient.
In the above-described embodiment, the type of the refrigerant is not specified, but the refrigerant can be applied to a vapor compression cycle such as a fluorocarbon refrigerant, an alternative fluorocarbon such as an HCFC or HFC, an HC natural refrigerant, or carbon dioxide. Anything is acceptable.
