本発明は映像・音響機器等に搭載されるスピーカに関するものであり、詳しくは薄形化を図ったスピーカに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の技術を図2のダンパーを有する通常のスピーカの半断面図により説明する。同図によると、10は振動板であり、内周をマグネットとヨークとトッププレートから構成された磁気回路13の磁気空隙13aにコイル部を嵌め込んだボイスコイル12に接着結合するとともに、振動板10の外周部(エッジ部)10aを介してフレーム11の外周部11aに接着結合している。9はダンパーであり、外周をフレーム11に、内周をボイスコイル12に接着結合しているものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述の図2の従来のスピーカでは、振動板10はダンパー9によってもボイスコイル12を介して支持されているため、ローリングも起こりにくく、大入力印加に対しても異常音を発生することは少なかったが、支持構造としてのダンパー9の使用は薄形化の実現を困難にし、薄形機器への搭載は困難であった。

また、上述の図3の従来のスピーカはダンパーを使用するものでないため薄形のスピーカの提供を可能とするが、振動板10自体がフレーム11に固定されているのみであるため、音声信号を入力した時に振動板10がローリングを起こしやすく、大入力時に異常音を発生する要因となっており、高耐入力化は困難であった。

本発明は上記課題を解決しようとするもので、薄形で高耐入力可能なスピーカを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明のスピーカは、少なくとも環状の磁気空隙が設けられるとともにフレームが結合された磁気回路と、上記磁気空隙にコイル部が嵌め込まれたボイスコイルと、内周が上記ボイスコイルの外径より外側の上記磁気回路またはその近傍のフレームに結合され外周が上記フレームに結合された支持部材と、外周が上記支持部材の中間部分に結合されるとともに内周が上記ボイスコイルの上部に結合された振動板とで構成すると共に、更に、上記支持部材の外周側を上記支持部材の内周側に対して振動方向において上方に離間した位置としたものであり、薄形でローリングの抑制された優れたスピーカの提供を可能としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のスピーカの請求項1に記載のものは、少なくとも環状の磁気空隙が設けられるとともにフレームが結合された磁気回路と、上記磁気空隙にコイル部が嵌め込まれたボイスコイルと、内周が上記ボイスコイルの外径より外側の上記磁気回路またはその近傍のフレームに結合され、外周が上記フレームに結合された支持部材と、外周が上記支持部材の中間部分に結合されるとともに内周が上記ボイスコイルの上部に結合された振動板とで構成すると共に、更に、上記支持部材の外周側を上記支持部材の内周側に対して振動方向において上方に離間した位置としたものである。
以上の構成により、振動板の外周を内周が上記ボイスコイルの外径より外側の上記磁気回路またはその近傍のフレームに結合され、外周が上記フレームに結合された支持部材の中間部でも支持する構成とすることで、薄形で且つローリングを抑制した高耐入力を可能とした優れたスピーカの提供を可能とすると共に、更に、上記支持部材の外周側を内周側より振動方向に対して離間した構成としたことにより、振動軸方向に距離を確保してよりローリング抑制機能の向上が図れるものである。

本発明の請求項に記載のものは、振動板の外周が結合された支持部材の貼り合わせ部から外側の外周部に目止め処理を施した目止め処理部を設けた構成としたことにより、この支持部材の中間部より外側もエッジの機能を果たし、低域の音圧レベルと低域再生の向上が図れるものである。

以下、本発明のスピーカの一実施の形態について図1により説明する。

図1は本発明の一実施の形態のスピーカの半断面図である。同図によると、支持部材1は外周部1aと内周部1bと振動板5の外周端部との貼り合せ部1cから構成されており、外周端部1aoはフレーム2の外周部と貼り合わせ、内周端部1biはボイスコイル4の外径より外側の磁気回路3またはその近傍のフレーム2に貼り合わせている。また、前記1ao,1biは振動軸方向に距離Lを確保して貼り合わされている。3aは磁気空隙であり、ボイスコイル4が挿入されている。振動板5の外周部は支持部材1の貼り合せ部1cに接合し、内周部は前記ボイスコイル4に固定されている。

尚、上記実施の形態では、内磁型の磁気回路3を用いたスピーカについて説明したが、外磁型の磁気回路を用いたスピーカについても同様の構成をとり効果を得ることができる。また、上記実施の形態では振動板5の内径がボイスコイル4のボビンの外径に接合された構造のスピーカについて説明したが、ドーム型振動板を用いて、ボイスコイル4のボビンの上端部に振動板5の内周部を接合しても良いことは言うまでもない。また、上記実施の形態は、支持部材1が通気性のある部材を前提に説明したが、支持部材1の材質を通気性の無い部材にし、内周部側に通気用の穴を施しても同じ効果を得ることができる。

以上のように本発明のスピーカは、上述のごとく支持部材を用いて構成したことによって、スピーカの薄形化を図りながら、ローリングを抑制して高耐入力化を可能とした優れたスピーカの提供を可能とするものである。
