【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hydraulic device for a cargo handling vehicle such as a wheel loader, and more specifically, a large volume of pressure oil (hereinafter referred to as pressure oil) is supplied only when working equipment such as a bucket or a boom is used. The present invention relates to a hydraulic apparatus having a hydraulic circuit that can unload pressure oil to a main valve to an oil tank at times other than during work.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a prior art related to this type of hydraulic apparatus, there is a hydraulic apparatus described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-105153. In this publication, there is provided a low-pressure unload valve that returns the entire amount of hydraulic oil discharged from the main pump to the main hydraulic circuit when the main valve is not operated and finely operated, and the hydraulic pressure of the main hydraulic circuit It is disclosed that a high-pressure unload valve is provided that returns the entire amount of hydraulic oil discharged from the main pump or the steering operation pump to the main hydraulic circuit when the value becomes equal to or greater than a set value.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the hydraulic device described in the above-described conventional publication has the following disadvantages. That is,
{Circle around (1)} The above hydraulic apparatus is provided with one “low pressure unload valve” controlled by a pilot valve and one “high pressure unload valve” controlled by the pressure on the main valve side (cylinder side). Accordingly, since the oil discharged from the pump passes through two or more valves, the passage resistance of each valve is added and the hydraulic resistance is increased. Furthermore, since two valves, a low pressure unload valve and a high pressure unload valve, are provided, piping is connected to each valve, the structure becomes complicated, and the manufacturing cost increases.
[0004]
(2) In the conventional hydraulic devices including the hydraulic device described in the above publication, generally, when the operating angle of the operating lever of a working device such as a boom or a bucket is small, the flow area of the main valve is small, and the pump When large volume pressure oil flows from the pump side, the pump side becomes high pressure. For this reason, even if an attempt is made to adjust the flow rate with the opening area on the tank port side of the main valve in a high pressure state, the flow rate difference due to the area difference is large, and fine adjustment is difficult.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and the unloading valve allows the hydraulic circuit to be unloaded at both high pressure and low pressure. In other words, the main valve is only operated when the cargo handling equipment is operated. It can be on-loaded, and the pressure loss of the pressure oil passing through the piping can be reduced, the piping structure of the entire system can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the unload valve can be easily installed in the existing hydraulic circuit. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hydraulic device in a cargo handling vehicle that can be equipped and can adjust a pilot pressure when on-road.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a hydraulic system for a cargo handling vehicle according to the present invention is provided with at least two main pumps driven by an engine mounted on the cargo handling vehicle, and the pressure oil from each of these main pumps is connected to an oil supply pipe. A pilot valve for operating the main valve is provided, and pressure oil is supplied to the pilot valve from the assist pump through an assist oil supply pipe. The unloading valve for returning the total amount of pressure oil discharged from the main pump to the tank when the main valve is not operated and finely operated is provided with the main pump in at least one of the oil supply pipes. The unloading valve is interposed between the main valves and the main pump Wherein the total amount of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the main pump (to unload) to return to the tank and constituted even when the hydraulic pressure discharged into et the main valve exceeds a set value.
[0007]
According to the hydraulic device of the present invention having the above-described configuration, in an operation that does not require a large volume of pressure oil, the total amount of pressure oil discharged from at least one main pump of two or more main pumps is stored in the tank. Since it can be returned, the pressure loss of the pressure oil passing through the pipe leading to the main valve can be reduced. Further, since the oil supply pipe that reaches the main valve using the common unload valve is unloaded even when the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the horsepower consumed by the engine due to the pressure oil can be suppressed. For this reason, the conventional hydraulic structure that achieves unloading at high pressure and low pressure by using two different types of unloading valves is complicated and expensive, and the oil supply to the main valve passes through the two valves. However, such inconvenience is eliminated, the piping structure of the entire apparatus is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Moreover, since only an unloading valve needs to be interposed, it can be easily mounted on an existing hydraulic circuit. Therefore, particularly in a cargo handling vehicle such as a wheel loader, when the boom is raised, a large volume of pressurized oil can be supplied from two or more main pumps to the main valve, and the boom can be raised instantaneously. On the other hand, so-called energy saving can be achieved, for example, by suppressing the engine output and preventing noise by unloading the main pump except during work.
[0008]
As the unloading valve, a pilot pressure control type unloading valve in which a low pressure type unloading valve and a pilot control valve are combined together through a relief valve and a throttle valve can be used.
[0009]
With this configuration, it is basically possible to unload even under high pressure using a low pressure type unloading valve, and only one pilot pressure control type unloading valve needs to be interposed. Simplify and reduce manufacturing costs. Further, the pilot pressure control type unload valveAbout the baBy adjusting the spring force that urges the lube body to the open state, it is possible to control the pilot pressure when on-loading.
[0010]
Since this pilot control valve enables pressure adjustment when on-loading, the on-loading timing can be arbitrarily set by the action of the pilot pressure.
[0011]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the unload valve is interposed between the main pump and the main valve in each oil supply pipe.
[0012]
With this configuration, the pressure oil supplied from the plurality of main pumps to the main valve can be unloaded at a low pressure and a high pressure, and the pressure loss of the pressure oil passing through the plurality of pipes leading to the main valve can be reduced.
[0013]
As the opening area on the tank port side of the main valve gradually decreases in accordance with the movement of the spool inserted into the valve body in the fine operation region where the main valve does not require a large volume of pressure oil, The opening area on the cylinder port side can be configured to gradually increase.
[0014]
With this configuration, the spool of the main valve moves slightly in the fine operation region where the operation angle of the pilot valve operating lever is small, but the large volume of pressurized oil returns to the oil tank by the operation of the unload valve, and the main valve Because it does not flow, fine operation can be performed easily and accurately. Moreover, the passage resistance in the piping is small, and the pressure loss is also reduced.
