Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grill burner that includes a main burner used for cooking and a flame holding burner that is connected to the main burner and flame-holds the main burner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, in the grill burner, the main burner 40 includes a plurality of nozzle portions 41 formed by press molding or the like and is supported sideways in the grill cabinet, and below the main burner 40, Similarly, the flame-holding burner 43 in which a flame-holding flame hole 44 (shaded portion in FIG. 5B) that also serves as a flame transfer is formed at the upper end by press molding or the like is in a state where the upper end is in contact with the lower surface of the main burner 40. It is connected. Therefore, the flame F from the flame holding flame hole 44 of the flame holding burner 43 (hereinafter referred to as “flame holding”) is formed from directly below each nozzle portion 41, so that the flame from the main flame hole 42 of the nozzle portion 41 is formed. Lifting (hereinafter referred to as “main flame”) is prevented, and proper formation of the main flame can be maintained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the grill burner, since the nozzle portion 41 of the main burner 40 and the flame holding flame hole 44 of the flame holding burner 43 are in point contact, the interference portion of the flame holding with respect to the main flame is small and the flame holding property is poor. If the position of the main flame hole and the flame holding flame hole are displaced due to secular change or thermal distortion, or if the gas input is throttled and the flame holding is reduced, the main flame will be easily lifted. .
On the other hand, when the gas grill provided with such a grill burner heats the cooked food by temporarily retaining combustion exhaust gas in the grill cabinet, the combustion of the flame holding itself may not be stabilized due to insufficient oxygen in the grill cabinet. There is.
[0004]
Accordingly, the invention described in claim 1 provides a grill burner that can reliably maintain the flame holding of the main burner regardless of the positional shift due to secular change or the like, the size of the gas input, the atmosphere in the grill cabinet, or the like. It is aimed at.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the nozzle portion of the main burner can be fitted to the upper casing forming the flame transfer hole of the flame holding burner in a connected state, and In the fitted state, a notch capable of forming a gap penetrating the flame holding burner forward and backward is provided below the nozzle portion, and a flame holding flame hole capable of introducing secondary air from the gap is provided on the lower surface of the nozzle portion. It is formed.
In addition to the object of the first aspect, the invention according to claim 2 is provided on the rear surface of the flame holding burner, in order to further stabilize the flame holding of the flame holding burner and the main flame of the main burner. In this state, a partition plate is connected to partition the gap and the lower portion of the nozzle portion of the main burner from the inside of the grill cabinet.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a grill burner, which is a double-sided grill that heats cooked food by temporarily retaining combustion exhaust gas in the grill chamber 2 and exhausting it from an exhaust hole (not shown). Installed on the left and right side plates 3. A tray 4 and a grill net 5 are provided in the grill cabinet 2, and an upper burner 6 is provided above the grill net 5. Note that only one side is shown here because of left-right symmetry.
In the grill burner 1, reference numeral 7 denotes a main burner. As shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical portion 10 and cylindrical nozzle portions 11, 11... Communicating perpendicularly to the cylindrical portion 10 are press-molded. The upper plate 8 and the lower plate 9 are caulked and joined to each other, and are supported in the grill cabinet 2 obliquely downward by about 10 ° by a mounting plate (not shown). Reference numerals 12 and 12 denote air holes formed above and below each nozzle portion 11. Further, a nozzle pipe 13 having a distal end closed and a base end connected to a gas pipe is inserted into the cylindrical portion 10, and each nozzle portion 11 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 10 in a side surface of the nozzle pipe 13. .. Are formed in the center of the main flame hole 11a.
[0007]
On the other hand, 15 is a flame holding burner, and a well-known Bunsen burner is used. As shown in FIG. 3, the flame holding burner 15 includes a plurality of through holes 20, a rear plate 16 as a casing in which a throat portion 17 and a hollow portion 18 to which gas is supplied together with primary air are linearly press-formed. The front plate 21 is caulked and joined with the middle plate 19 arranged in parallel on the straight line 20... Is supported by the end mounting plate 22 in the grill cabinet 2, and the main burner 7 is The connecting pieces 23, 23 joined to the upper end of the plate 16 are integrated by fixing between the nozzle parts 11, 11 with screws 32, 32. Further, the front plate 21 is formed in parallel with the middle plate 19 with a predetermined interval, and the upper end thereof and a bent piece 24 bent in a perpendicular direction forward at substantially the entire upper edge of the rear plate 16. In between, the flame hole 25 for a fire transfer is formed (it shows with the oblique line in FIG. 5). However, the bent piece 24 is formed with a notch 26 in which the lower portion of each nozzle portion 11 can be fitted in accordance with the position of each nozzle portion 11 of the main burner 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the notch 26 has a rectangular cut end, and forms a gap 27 penetrating the flame holding burner 15 forward and backward below the cylindrical nozzle portion 11. 11, a flame holding flame hole 28 (indicated by a dotted diagonal line in FIG. 5) communicating with the gap 27 is formed between the lower surface of the front plate 21 and the upper end of the front plate 21.
[0008]
Further, a lower partition plate 29 is connected to the flame holding burner 15 as shown in FIG. The lower partition plate 29 is a belt-like plate body that extends over substantially the entire length of the flame holding burner 15, and attachment pieces 31, 31 are extended to the folded portion 30 on the upper end side, and the attachment pieces 31, 31 are the flame holding burner. It is applied to the lower surface of the 15 connecting pieces 23, 23 and is fixed together with the connecting pieces 23, 23 by screws 32. In this fixed state, the folded portion 30 abuts against the rear plate 16 of the flame holding burner 15 (however, the upper end of the folded portion 30 is located below the notch 26 and does not close the gap 27 as shown in FIG. 4) The lower partition plate 29 is supported obliquely backward and downward. Reference numeral 33 denotes a folded portion on the lower end side of the lower partition plate 29, which comes into contact with the side plate 3 when installed in the grill cabinet 2. Since the opening 34 is formed in the side plate 3 and communicates with the outside of the grill cabinet 2, the lower side of the main burner 7 is partitioned from the inside of the grill cabinet 2 by the lower partition plate 29 and communicates with the outside of the grill cabinet 2. It becomes. The lower partition plate 29 also functions as a support member that supports the grill burner 1 when the folded portion 33 abuts against the side plate 3.
On the other hand, above the opening 34, the upper partition plate 35 is connected to the side plate 3 above the main burner 7, and the tip extended obliquely downward like a bowl is positioned at the upper end of the main flame hole 11 a of the nozzle portion 11. Therefore, the upper side of the main burner 7 is also partitioned from the inside of the grill cabinet 2.
[0009]
In the grill burner 1 configured as described above, when gas is supplied to the nozzle pipe 13 of the main burner 7 by the ignition operation of the gas grill, gas is supplied from the nozzle holes 14, 14. However, in each nozzle part 11, primary air is attracted | sucked from the air holes 12 and 12 by the injection effect at the time of gas passing through the narrow nozzle hole 14 at high speed, and it ejects as fuel gas. On the other hand, the fuel gas is also supplied to the flame holding burner 15 through the throat portion 17 by the ignition operation, and is guided to the flame transfer flame hole 25 through the through hole 20 of the intermediate plate 19. By the continuous discharge of an ignition electrode (not shown) provided on the base end side of the flame burner 15, the fire transfer flame hole 25 and the flame holding flame holes 28, 28. Therefore, the flame from each flame-holding flame hole 28 ignites the fuel gas ejected from each nozzle part 11, and a long main flame F <b> 1 is generated forward from the main flame hole 11 a of each nozzle part 11. In particular, here, an upper partition plate 35 that partitions the upper side of the main burner 7 from the inside of the grill cabinet 2 is provided on the side plate 3, and a lower partition plate 29 that partitions the lower side of the main burner 7 from the inside of the grill cabinet 2 on the flame holding burner 15. Since each is provided, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust in the grill box 2 from flowing around the flame holding burner 15 and to always suck fresh primary air outside the grill box 2 from the air holes 12 and 12.
[0010]
Since the main flame hole 11a and the flame holding flame hole 28 of each nozzle part 11 fitted in each notch 26 are partitioned only by the lower plate 9 forming the nozzle part 11, as shown in FIG. In addition, the flame holding F2 formed from the flame holding hole 28 is formed below and on both sides of the main flame hole 11a, and the main flame F1 is appropriately formed from the main flame hole 11a. As described above, by using the notch 26 to shorten the distance between the main flame hole 11a and the flame holding flame hole 28, the main burner 7 and the flame holding burner 15 are subject to secular change, thermal distortion, or the like. Even if an error occurs, the flame holding burner 15 can reliably hold the main burner 7. In particular, the notch 26 forms a gap 27 communicating with the flame-holding flame hole 28 below the nozzle portion 11 due to its terminal shape, so that the flame-holding flame hole 28 is partitioned by the lower partition plate 29. It communicates with the outside of the cabinet 2 and can obtain fresh secondary air. Therefore, reliable combustion of the flame-holding F2 can be expected regardless of the oxygen concentration in the grill box 2 being insufficient.
[0011]
As described above, according to the grill burner 1 of the above-described form, the notch 26 can increase the interference portion between the main flame F1 and the flame holding F2 (becomes line contact with respect to the conventional point contact). Lift can be effectively prevented. In particular, fresh secondary air can be introduced from the rear of the flame holding burner 15 into the flame holding flame hole 28 by the gap 27 formed by the notch 26, so that the combustion reliability of the flame holding F2 itself is also improved. be able to. Further, the notch 26 enables the main burner 7 and the flame-holding burner 15 to be connected in a substantially intimate contact state, so that the combustion exhaust enters between the two burners and prevents the main burner 7 from reaching below the main burner 7. There is also a secondary effect that the stability of the flame can be maintained.
On the other hand, the lower partition plate 29 is connected to the rear surface of the flame holding burner 15 so as to partition the gap 27 and the lower portion of the nozzle portion 11 of the main burner 7 from the inside of the grill cabinet 2 in the state of being installed in the grill cabinet 2. Further, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust in the grill box 2 from flowing around and being sucked into the gap 27 and the air hole 12, and further stabilization of combustion of the main flame F1 and the flame holding F2 can be expected. It is also possible to prevent clogging of the nozzle portion 11 due to the fat of cooked food such as fish adhering to the air holes 12.
[0012]
In the above embodiment, the end of the notch has a quadrangular shape. However, according to the shape of the nozzle part, for example, if the nozzle part is a square tube, the end of the notch is rounded, etc. It can be changed. Further, if it is only necessary to prevent only the combustion exhaust from entering the gap, the upper partition plate may be omitted.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the casing of the flame holding burner is provided with a notch capable of forming a gap when the nozzle portion of the main burner is fitted, and the secondary air is supplied to the lower surface of the nozzle portion from the gap. By forming the flame-holding holes that can be introduced, it is possible to increase the number of interference portions between the main flame and the flame-holding, and to effectively prevent the main flame from being lifted. In particular, since the fresh secondary air can be introduced from the rear of the flame holding burner into the flame holding hole due to the gap formed by the notch, the reliability of combustion of the flame holding itself can be improved. In addition, the main burner and the flame holding burner can be connected in a close contact state by the notch, so that the combustion exhaust enters from between both burners and prevents the main burner from reaching below the main burner, thereby stabilizing the main flame. There is also a secondary effect that it can be maintained.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the clearance and the lower part of the nozzle portion of the main burner are arranged on the rear surface of the flame holding burner in the grill chamber in the grill chamber. By connecting the partition plates, the combustion exhaust in the grill can be prevented from flowing around and sucked into the gaps and air holes, and the combustion of the flame holding burner flame holding and the main flame of each nozzle part can be prevented. Further stabilization can be expected. Moreover, the clogging of the nozzle part due to the adhesion of fat in the cooked product can be effectively prevented.
