本発明は、飲料水供給や非常用水確保のための水槽にあって、これら給水設備における地震時の給水配管破損による貯留水流出を防止するための緊急遮断弁の設置構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
飲料水供給や非常用水確保のための水槽はパネル単位体による組立式又は一体式のものであって、主として地震時に貯留水の流出を防止するために緊急遮断弁が設置されているが、省スペ−スの関係からこの遮断弁は水槽の内側に設置されることが多い。この場合、遮断弁を支持するために遮断弁の固定部を水槽の底部に、遮断弁からの給水取出口を水槽の側面に固定するのが一般的であった。

図2は組立式水槽におけるかかる遮断弁の支持法を示す概要図であり、21は水槽の側部、22は水槽の底部であり、遮断弁23の固定部24は底部22に固定され、側部21に遮断弁23の給水取出口25を固定したものである。

このため、取付部位に用いられるボルトが折れたり抜けたりし、場合によっては水槽が破損することもあり、例え遮断弁23が正常に機能して水槽外部への給水を遮断したとしてもこの破損部から貯留水が流出してしまうという事態となってしまう。更には、遮断弁23が大型となった場合には、取付面の形状の違いや静水圧による取付面の撓み量の違い等により2つの取付部位が異なる設置環境となり、固定部24又は給水取出口25の周辺より貯留水の漏水が懸念される。

本発明は以上のような従来技術に鑑みてなされたものであり、地震等の発生にあっても遮断弁の取付部位に不具合が生じない遮断弁の設置構造を提供するものである。

請求項1に記載の本発明の要旨は、水槽内部に緊急遮断弁を設置した水槽内への遮断弁設置構造であって、前記水槽の底面に取付けられたエルボ管と、前記エルボ管と接続された緊急遮断弁と、前記水槽の底面に取付けられ前記緊急遮断弁の給水取出口と同一面で固定される遮断弁固定部と、を有することを特徴とする水槽内への遮断弁設置構造にかかるものである。請求項2に記載の本発明の要旨は、前記水槽の底面が、一枚のパネル単位体であることを特徴としている。請求項3に記載の本発明の要旨は、前記遮断弁固定部が、前記水槽の底面にボルト及びナットによって固定されていることを特徴としている。

本発明は上記したように水槽への遮断弁の給水取出口と固定部を同一面に設けることを特徴とするものであって、このため、水槽に設置される遮断弁及びエルボ管、更には水槽が地震時に一体となって同じ動きをとる設置構造となったものである。又、給水取出口と遮断弁固定部を同一面に取付けたことは取付面形状が同じであり、かつ、水圧による撓み変位量も同一となり完全な一体化が形成され取付部位からの貯留水の漏水の懸念もなくなる。

特に水槽がパネル単位体を用いて組立てた組立式水槽の場合は同一パネルに給水取出口と遮断弁固定部を取付けるとより効果的となる。

以下、本発明を実施例をもって更に詳細に説明する。
図1は本発明の実施例を示す概念図である。図中、符号1は組立水槽の側面でありパネル単位体にて構成されている。2は底面であり、これ又パネル単位体にて構成されている。3は緊急遮断弁であり、その固定部4はこの例では底面2にボルト及びナットにて取付けられ、給水取出口5も又エルボ管6を介して底面2に取付けられたものである。図中、7、8は取付用のボルト及びナットである。これらが取付けられた底面2は一枚のパネル単位体であり、2枚以上のパネル単位体に跨がっていないことが好ましいことは言うまでもない。図中、符号11は給水取出口5より水槽外部に水を給水するための短管であり、これに更に図示しない鋼管が接続されて配水がなされることとなる。

本発明の緊急遮断弁取付構造は以上の構成をもつものであり、地震の発生の際にも遮断弁3の固定部4と給水取出口5が同一の面に取付けられているためにその地震に対する揺れが全体として取付面と同一の揺れとなり、この揺れによって固定部に不具合を生じることが極めて低減したものである。
