繊維強化樹脂製竿管に長孔を設け、該長孔に配設して、釣糸を竿管内に導入する導入孔を有する長孔用ガイド部材を配設しており、
該長孔用ガイド部材の後側であって、竿管表面から離れた位置に硬質のガイド部材を保持した枠体が、該硬質ガイド部材の保持部の前側部から前方に延伸すると共に、前記長孔用ガイド部材に近づく方向の傾斜部を有し、該傾斜部から更に前記導入孔に対応した第1の孔を形成した延伸部を有し、
前記傾斜部には前記第1孔とは離隔し、前記硬質ガイド部材を通過した釣糸を挿通させて前記導入孔に導く第2の孔を設けており、
該第2の孔の前端位置では、該前端の裏面位置とその位置に対面する竿管表面又は長孔用ガイド部材との間の隙間寸法が、釣糸が噛み込まないよう釣糸直径よりも大きい
