Abstract
【解決手段】廃水処理設備における最初沈殿池から発生する初沈汚泥と最終沈殿池から発生する余剰汚泥とを混合して貯留し、この混合汚泥に凝集剤を添加して1次凝集処理を行い、次に1次凝集処理を終えた混合汚泥をその汚泥濃度が6〜8%となるように濃縮処理し、次いで濃縮処理後の混合汚泥に凝集剤を添加して2次凝集処理を行い、さらに2次凝集処理を行った混合汚泥を脱水処理を施すことを特徴とする汚泥の処理方法。

Claims (2)
- 廃水処理設備における最初沈殿池から発生する初沈汚泥と最終沈殿池から発生する余剰汚泥とを混合して貯留し、この混合汚泥に高分子凝集剤を0.5〜2%添加して1次凝集処理を行い、次に1次凝集処理を終えた混合汚泥をその汚泥濃度が6〜8%となるように無端ベルトの汚泥の搬送先側が高くなるように2〜12度の傾斜角で配設されたベルト式濃縮機を用いて濃縮処理し、次いで濃縮処理後の混合汚泥に凝集剤を添加して2次凝集処理を行い、さらに2次凝集処理を行った混合汚泥をろ過を基本とした脱水機を用いて脱水処理を施すことを特徴とする汚泥の処理方法。
- 廃水処理設備における最初沈殿池から発生する初沈汚泥と最終沈殿池から発生する余剰汚泥とを混合して貯留する汚泥貯留槽と、前記汚泥貯留槽から抜き出された混合汚泥に高分子凝集剤を0.5〜2%添加して1次凝集処理を行なう1次凝集処理槽と、1次凝集処理を終えて前記1次凝集処理槽から抜き出された混合汚泥をその汚泥濃度が6〜8%となるように濃縮処理する、無端ベルトの汚泥の搬送先側が高くなるように2〜12度の傾斜角で配設されたベルト式濃縮機と、前記高濃度濃縮機により濃縮処理を終えて排出された混合汚泥に凝集剤を添加して2次凝集処理を行なう2次凝集処理槽と、2次凝集処理を終えて前記2次凝集処理槽から抜き出された混合汚泥を脱水処理するろ過を基本とした脱水機とからなることを特徴とする汚泥の処理システム。
