Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a telephone device, and more particularly to a telephone device system having a calling number callback function.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Telephone is widely spread and utilized as a means of solving the problem of location or distance by allowing two or more persons at remote locations to interact with each other in real time. As telephone devices become widespread, various functions have been added to improve the convenience. Examples of these additional functions include a free dial and a callback function. In the former case, when a call is made with a specific telephone number, the charge of the call charge, that is, charging is made not to the caller but to the callee. As a result, the caller can freely make a call without worrying about billing, the callee can provide the service required by the caller, and the caller can obtain valuable information and needs.
[0003]
In addition, the latter, that is, the callback function, has received the latest attention in international calls and the like. If there is a difference in call charges between the two countries, confirming this call in a low-rate country that has received a call from a high-rate country, and then making the call economically by calling back from the low-rate country (callback) Can be done.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The callback method can also be applied to domestic calls. For example, in a company with a large number of salespeople, each salesman lends a mobile phone such as PHS, and when there is a call to the company, the company's phone system detects this and calls back. All communications from mobile phones will be charged to the company, making accounting processing simple.
[0005]
However, making a service contract such as a toll-free system for each mobile phone is complicated and not economical. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a telephone device system that does not have the above-mentioned disadvantages by adding a function of detecting a call from a predetermined specific telephone and making a callback.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the telephone device system according to the present invention employs the following characteristic configuration.
[0007]
(1) In a telephone device that transmits from a calling terminal provided with a callback function to a button telephone system having a plurality of extension terminals and communicates with the extension terminal;
The button telephone system that has received a call from the calling terminal performs a calling number analysis process to determine whether the received calling terminal is a callback target, and when the calling terminal is a callback target, The button telephone system disconnects the communication path after calling several times with respect to the call from the calling terminal, performs a pseudo call to the extension terminal that the caller has sent,
The button telephone system automatically captures a line in response to a pseudo-incoming call from the extension terminal, and transmits the call to the calling terminal that is the callback request destination.
The telephone device system in which the calling terminal waiting for the callback communicates in response to the incoming call callback from the key telephone system.
[0008]
(2) The pseudo incoming call is displayed on the extension terminal indicating that a callback is requested, ringing, or an LED (light emitting diode) display for notifying by voice, for example, blinking red LED, or voice to the terminal. The telephone device system according to (1), which performs notification.
[0009]
(3) The telephone device system according to (1) or (2), in which a normal incoming call process is performed when the calling terminal is not a callback target.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, a preferred embodiment of the telephone device system of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0015]
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are operation sequence diagrams in the case of making a call from a general telephone and a callback transmission compatible telephone, respectively. FIG. 3 shows an operation flowchart in the case of FIG. 2, wherein (A) shows a calling number analysis process, (B) shows a pseudo incoming call response process, and (C) shows a calling number confirmation process.
[0016]
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the caller receives an incoming call to the company's

(5) If the line to which the calling number callback function is set is an ISDN line, and the callback request is received, call release processing (REL CMP issuance) is performed at the end of calling
[0023]
Note that the terminal to be pseudo-incoming depends on the system setting, such as the same terminal as that at the time of normal incoming call or a terminal set in advance for receiving a callback request.
[0024]
Callback request incoming calls are applied to individual (extension) incoming calls such as ISDN line sub-address incoming calls. In that case, a pseudo call is made to an individual terminal (sub address or the like).
[0025]
As described above, according to the telephone device system of the present invention, a call-back request transmission function is added to a caller terminal (general phone, PHS, mobile phone, button phone, etc.). This calling terminal is provided with a timer or the like when calling back, and automatically disconnects after a few calls. Furthermore, if the calling number can be identified, the terminal automatically disconnects with a call several times when the callback is transmitted, and transitions to a callback waiting state. When an incoming call is received, a calling number confirmation process 50 (see FIG. 3C) is performed to determine whether or not the calling number matches the number of the callback call. Respond only if the numbers match. This makes it possible to make a call with the target party without fail. If they do not match, the terminal 10, 10 'is notified by an LCD, ringing, etc. that the incoming call is from a party other than the callback partner. Note that it is possible not to accept incoming calls other than callbacks.

If necessary, the caller uses the
[0027]
Although the preferred embodiment of the telephone device system of the present invention has been described in detail, it will be understood that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As will be understood from the above description, the calling terminal can make a call without any contract with the service and without incurring a call charge by adding a callback request sending function regardless of the manufacturer. It is possible to reduce costs and improve office efficiency. In addition, since each caller does not pay himself / herself when the personal terminal is used for the company, the personal terminal can be used for the company.
