Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, for example, the secondary lining concrete is placed on the back surface of the secondary lining panel mainly used when secondary lining the inner wall of the tunnel, which is primarily laid by a segment or the like. The present invention relates to a temporary beam for reinforcing and supporting the next lining panel from the surface side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, secondary lining has been applied for the purpose of preventing leakage of primary lining tunnels, but the primary lining surface is used for placing secondary lining concrete on the primary lining surface. A secondary lining panel that remains in the tunnel as a secondary lining outer surface is attached to the support work with H-shaped steel, etc., which is attached at an appropriate pitch to the secondary lining concrete formwork. A secondary lining concrete is placed on the back surface of the panel. In addition, since such a secondary lining is not limited to a tunnel but may be applied to a structure such as a wall surface subjected to primary lining, the present invention can be applied to a secondary lining of a structure other than a tunnel.
[0003]
In the above-mentioned secondary lining, there is a problem that it takes time to attach a panel, which will be a mold for secondary lining, to a support on site, resulting in a prolonged construction period. The reason for this is that a panel that becomes a formwork is bolted to the support work, or the panel is temporarily placed on the outer surface of the panel in order to prevent the panel from bulging to the inner surface of the tunnel due to the placement of concrete for secondary lining. This is because it takes time to apply the presser beam member and to bolt the beam member to the support work, and it also takes time and effort to remove the temporary beam member from the support work.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is a problem due to the attachment and detachment mode of the temporary beam member for reinforcing the panel used for the secondary lining such as the tunnel as described above, that is, it takes time and effort to attach and remove the support beam. It is an object of the present invention to provide a temporary beam for reinforcing a panel for secondary lining, which is equipped with a detachable structure that can eliminate the difficulty described above.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the temporary beam of the present invention that reinforces and supports the secondary lining panel made for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problem is that the left and right supporters that support the left and right sides of the secondary lining panel At the left and right ends of the beam member formed approximately the same length as the distance between the support sides, the intermediate portion is fixed to the beam member, and the hook portion is locked to the back surface of the support side from the axis. It is formed on, and a locking member which the rear end side is formed in the lever portion from the front Kijiku, by rotation of the locking member, wherein the hanging hook is locked in the support side, with is is disengaged, during withdrawal The hanging portion is provided so as to be turned to the panel surface side after the concrete is placed.
[0006]
In the present invention, in the state in which the lever portion is turned and the hook portion of the locking member is locked to the back surface of the support side of the support work, the restraining member that prevents the lever portion from turning is the turning position of the lever portion. It is set as the structure provided corresponding to.
[0007]
In the present invention, the hooks of the left and right locking members provided on the beam member are locked to the support side of the support through the already installed secondary lining panel, so that the support is attached to the support first. A small hole for turning the locking member to enter the back side of the support side of the support work must be formed in a portion corresponding to the hanging portion of the secondary lining panel. The small hole is filled with a filler such as an epoxy resin after the temporary beam member is removed after the secondary lining concrete is placed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outline of a state in which a secondary lining panel of the present invention and a temporary beam are constructed in a primary-covered tunnel, and FIG. 2 is an overall view showing an arrangement state of the temporary beam of the present invention for panel reinforcement. FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view of part A in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view of the first stage of mounting the temporary beam of the present invention on the left side (part A of FIG. 2) of the temporary beam for panel reinforcement. FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan sectional view of the second stage of mounting the temporary beam at the site shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a plan sectional view after removing the temporary beam, and FIG. 7 is another example of the temporary beam of the present invention. It is the top view which abbreviate | omitted the middle.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, 1 is a segment that has already been installed as a primary lining for a tunnel built on natural ground E, 2 is along the outer surface of the segment 1 in order to construct a secondary lining on the outer surface of the segment 1 The installation interval of the support 2 is the width of the front of the panel 3, which will be described later, which also serves as the formwork for the secondary lining. It is installed with the span suitable for Reference numerals 2a and 2b denote left and right support sides facing the outside of the support work 2 in the support work 2.
[0010]
As the secondary lining panel 3 reinforced and supported by the temporary beam of the present invention, it is preferable to use a non-combustible lightweight board for water leakage countermeasures previously proposed by the present applicant as Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-156768. In other words, this incombustible lightweight board is formed in a curved shape that matches the curved surface of the tunnel so that the incombustible plastic foam is wrapped with a core material and the core material is wrapped with a nonflammable fiber-reinforced plastic outer skin material. However, the secondary lining panel 3 is not limited to the non-combustible lightweight board of the above example, but may be a secondary lining panel formed of other materials and structures.
[0011]
In FIG. 2, the secondary lining panel 3 of the present invention is formed to have a front width slightly smaller than the distance between the cores of the left and right supporters 2, 2, and on the back surface thereof is substantially equidistant in the horizontal direction. Are provided with three rib-like members 4 parallel to each other. On the left and right sides of the rib-like member 4, a notch 4a having a size (depth) that can fit almost the entire width (left and right lengths) of the opposing support sides 2a and 2b of the left and right supporters 2 and 2 is provided. , 4b are formed slightly larger than the left and right lengths (full widths) and thicknesses of the support sides 2a, 2b. 5 is a space in which the concrete for secondary lining formed between the panel 3 and the segment 1 of the temporary lining surface is placed.
[0012]
In the left and right cutouts 4a and 4b, the panel 3 has two support sides 2a and 2b opposed to each other of the left and right support works 2 and 2 by using the cutout shape of the cutouts 4a and 4b. It is attached to.
[0013]
Here, the right side of the panel 3 in FIG. 2 is first positioned so that the right notch 4b of the rib-like member 4 faces the support side 2b of the right support 2 and the support side 2b is the notch 4b. This panel 3 is pressed so that it may enter.
[0014]
In this way, when the support side 2b of the right support 4 is inserted into the right notch 4b of the panel 3, the left end of the rib-like member 4 is in relation to the support side 2a of the left support 2. The notch 4a is located at the same level as the support side 2a. In other words, the back surface on the left side of the panel 3 is disposed at a level where it hits the front surface of the support side 2 a of the support 2. Therefore, if the panel 3 is shifted slightly in parallel to the left side, the left and right sides of the panel 3 are substantially equal to the support sides 2a and 2b of the left and right supporters 2 and 2 by the action of the left and right springs 5a and 5b. Held in a positional relationship.
[0015]
As described above, when the present invention panel 3 for secondary lining is mounted on each support construction 2 to cover the primary lining surface (segment 1), the space 5 on the primary lining surface and the back side of the panel 3 is provided. The concrete for the secondary lining is lined with the concrete. However, if the panel is installed in the state shown in FIG. 2, the panel 3 may bulge to the inside of the tunnel due to the concrete placement pressure. In the present invention, the panels 3 attached to the respective supports 2 are reinforced and supported by the temporary beams 6 of the present invention that are temporarily installed on the same support 2. This point will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0016]
The temporary beam 6 of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 uses a square steel pipe and is formed in a horizontally inverted inverted trapezoidal shape as viewed from a plane that is obliquely cut with its left and right sides toward the near side. Although used, in the present invention, the material and form of the temporary beam 6 are not limited to those illustrated.
[0017]
The temporary beam 6 according to the present invention has hook portions 7a at the oblique cut portions on both the left and right side ends, with the tip side wrapping around the back surfaces of the support sides 2a and 2b of the support 2 and sandwiching the sides 2a and 2b from the back surface. In addition, a locking member 7 is attached to each of which the rear part from the hook part 7a is fixed to the wall surface of the beam 6 by the shaft 8 and the rear part from the shaft 8 is formed in the lever part 7b.
[0018]
As for the said locking member 7, the lever part 7b is centering on the axis | shaft 8 so that the hook part 7a may go around to the back surface of the support sides 2a and 2b, and the support side 2a or 2b of the support work 2 may be clamped in the said hook part 7a. An annular restraining member 9 for restraining the standing lever portion 7b to the standing position when it is erected (turned and displaced from the state shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 5) is a wall 6a on the front side of the temporary beam 6. Is provided on the outer surface. Reference numeral 9a denotes a mounting seat for the restraining member 9, and 9b denotes a leading end locking portion of the restraining member 9.
[0019]
To pass the hanging portions 7a of the left and right locking members 7 in the beam 6 from the outer surface of the panel 3 attached to the support 2 to the back side of the support sides 2a, 2b of the support 2, the hanging portion of the panel 3 A space (hole) through which the hook portion 7a can be inserted is required at a portion corresponding to 7a. For this reason, in the present invention, the temporary holes 3a are formed in advance on the left and right sides of each panel 3 at portions corresponding to the hooking portions 7a. An example of the form of the hole 3a is a tapered tapered hole as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 corresponding to the form of the hanging portion 7a, but the form of the hole 3a is not limited to this and is arbitrary. .
[0020]
In the present invention, the temporary beam 6 of the present invention having the above-described configuration is applied to the front surface of the panel 3 at approximately equal intervals in parallel in the horizontal direction, for example, about 2 to 3 per panel 3 (see FIG. 1, refer to FIG. 2). In this state, the lever portion 7b of the left and right engaging members 7 is erected, and this state is held by the restricting member 9 (see FIG. 5). By hanging the hanging portions 7a, 7a of the members 7, 7 around the back sides of the support sides 2a, 2b of the left and right supporters 2, 2, each temporary beam 6 is placed on the front surface of the panel 3. It is temporarily installed in the support work 2 (see FIG. 5).
[0021]
When the secondary lining panels 3 mounted on the left and right sides of the respective supports 2 are reinforced by the temporary beams 6 as described above, the back surface of each panel 3 and the primary lining surface The secondary lining concrete Co is placed in the space 5 between and cured. When the secondary lining concrete Co is placed and cured, the temporary beam 6 is removed. When the restraining member 9 is removed from the lever portion 7b and the locking member 7 is returned to the original posture before mounting, The temporary beam 6 can be removed from the front surface of each panel 3, but when the portion of the locking member 7 located on the secondary lining side is removed from the hole 3a provided in the panel 3, Since the concrete Co is not struck, the cavity g remains. Thus, in the present invention, the secondary lining is completed by filling the cavity g with a filler such as an epoxy resin as an example and solidifying it.
[0022]
The temporary beam 6 of the present invention described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5 has another form illustrated in FIG. The temporary beam 6 of the present invention in FIG. 7 is different from the temporary beam 6 in FIGS. 3 to 5 in the form of a restraining member 9 provided on the locking member 7. That is, in the temporary beam 6 of the present invention shown in FIG. 7, a nut member 91a is provided on the inner surface of the front wall 6a of the beam 6, and a long hole 7c opened in the lever portion 7b of the locking member 7 is provided in the nut member 91a. A constraining member 91 is provided in which a head 91b with a washer is screwed with a bolt 91c acting as a stopper.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the temporary beam of the present invention for reinforcing the panel for secondary lining is, so to speak, on the support side of the support formed by a steel plate or the like without using any bolts and nuts for the support. Since it can be attached in a one-touch operation, a temporary beam for reinforcing the secondary lining panel can be attached and installed with labor-saving and easy work contents.
[0024]
In addition, the temporary beam of the present invention, which is labor-saving and easily attached as described above, is a member other than bolts and nuts in an attached state, and is a locking member and its restraining member by one-touch operation or simple operation. Thus, since the mounting state is mechanically restricted, there is no possibility that the temporary beam will be unattached when the secondary lining concrete is placed.
[0025]
Further, even the temporary beam of the present invention firmly attached as described above can be removed simply by rotating the locking member in the direction opposite to the direction of attachment. The problem of requiring a lot of labor and time for removing the temporary beam, such as a temporary beam that has been bolted to the support, can be solved at a level that is almost perfect.
