【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an engine control device for a construction machine having a function of automatically stopping (auto-stopping) an engine in order to save fuel, reduce exhaust gas, and reduce noise when not working.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a shovel or crane, when a preset auto-stop condition (for example, the gate lever that opens and closes the operator's entrance / exit is opened = the operator goes out of the machine), A technique for automatically stopping the operation is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Such an auto-stop function works in principle when not working, but there are situations in the actual site where auto-stop control is not desired even when not working.
[0004]
For example, when working at night, the machine itself does not work, but you do not want to stop the engine because you want to use the work light installed on the machine as field lighting, or do not work during the waiting time in summer or winter However, cooling and heating are when you want to keep driving .
[0005]
As a countermeasure for these points, it provided the selection switch for switching enabling / disabling of the automatic stop control by the operation of the operator, considered that the automatic stop control as described above to disable the automatic stop control in a situation where not want to act It is done.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-41069
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the selection switch is used, there is the hassle of having to operate the selection switch both when it is disabled and when it is enabled. This is inconvenient.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above problem, the engine is in not want exercising automatic stop control like situations be started, there is provided an engine control system for a construction machine which can automatically disable the automatic stop control.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 includes an engine as a power source, an engine switch for starting / stopping the engine, and an engine for performing auto-stop control for automatically stopping the engine when a preset auto-stop condition is satisfied. A control means and a signal output means, wherein the engine control means invalidates the auto stop control when starting the engine, and invalidates the auto stop control when an invalidity cancellation signal is output from the signal output means. The signal output means is configured to output an invalid cancellation signal when the gate lever that opens and closes the entrance / exit of the operator is first closed after the engine is started. .
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an engine as a power source, an engine switch for starting / stopping the engine, and an engine for performing auto-stop control for automatically stopping the engine when a preset auto-stop condition is satisfied. A control means and a signal output means, wherein the engine control means invalidates the auto stop control when starting the engine, and invalidates the auto stop control when an invalidity cancellation signal is output from the signal output means. The signal output means is configured to cancel the operation when a specified operation is performed such that a predetermined operation body is operated first after the engine is started among the plurality of operation bodies that command the operation of the plurality of actuators. It is configured to output an invalidity cancellation signal.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an engine as a power source, an engine switch for starting / stopping the engine, and an engine for performing auto-stop control for automatically stopping the engine when a preset auto-stop condition is satisfied. A control means and a signal output means, wherein the engine control means invalidates the auto stop control when starting the engine, and invalidates the auto stop control when an invalidity cancellation signal is output from the signal output means. The signal output means outputs an invalid release signal when a specified operation is performed such that the operating body that commands the operation of the actuator is first operated in a predetermined pattern after the engine is started. It is comprised as follows.

[0016]
In addition, switching from invalid to valid is also automatically performed (no special operation is required), so there is no troublesome operation and forgetting to return compared to a system in which the manual switch is switched effectively.
[0017]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claims 2-4, the objective of confirming a work start more strictly and invalidating an auto stop control can be achieved to the maximum.
[0018]
By the way, when taking the configuration to cancel the invalidation of the auto stop control after waiting for the auto stop valid condition to be satisfied, the engine operation is wasted when the operator gets off without performing any operation after starting the engine. It becomes.
[0019]
In this regard, according to the configuration of

The operation of this point will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0031]
First, in step S1, it is determined whether or not an engine start operation has been performed based on a signal from the
[0032]
The auto stop control is automatically set to be invalidated together with the engine start operation (step S3), and the auto stop control is not performed even if the auto stop condition is satisfied until it becomes valid in step S5.
[0033]
Thus, after the engine is started, the engine 1 is operated in a state where the automatic stop control does not work.
(B) At the night work site, the machine itself can be used without working, and the work light installed in the machine can be used as site lighting.
[0034]
(B) During the waiting time in summer and winter, cooling and heating can continue to be operated, although no work is performed.
[0035]
However, in this state, since the auto stop control does not work when the work is started after that, the purpose of the control is lost.
[0036]
Therefore, when the gate lever closing operation that is always performed before the operator enters the aircraft and starts work is first detected (when a signal from the
[0037]
Then, when the engine is stopped by the engine switch 12 (YES in step S6), the engine 1 is stopped in step S7.
[0038]
Thus, after the engine is started, the auto stop control is automatically disabled until the operator performs the gate lever closing operation, which is an intentional operation to actually start work. Can respond to the request not to stop.
[0039]
Moreover, since both invalid setting and switching from invalid to valid are automatically performed as described above, there is no inconvenience of operation as in the case of switching with a manual switch, and there is no fear of forgetting operation and forgetting to return.
[0040]
Since the automatic stop control is switched to the effective state when the gate lever closing operation, which is an essential operation before the work is first detected, it is possible to reliably prepare the automatic stop control to work when the work starts.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 1, a
[0042]
Second embodiment (see FIGS. 3 and 4)
Only differences from the first embodiment will be described.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 3, the shovel has a

In the second embodiment, among the operation signals from the
[0045]
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, after the start operation of the engine 1 is performed in steps S11 and S12 and the engine 1 is started, and the auto stop control is disabled in step S13, the first gate lever closing signal is set. When the first operation signal of at least one of the boom, arm, and bucket is input (YES in step S14), it is assumed that the condition for switching to auto stop control is satisfied, and auto stop control is enabled in step S15. Switch.
[0046]
In addition, after this, when the engine stop operation is performed in steps S16 and S17, the point that the engine 1 stops is the same as steps S6 and S7 of the first embodiment (FIG. 2).
[0047]
As described above, since the automatic stop control is effectively switched only by a combination of two kinds of operations (gate lever closing and excavation operation lever operation), a single work intention operation (gate lever closing operation) is performed as in the first embodiment. ), It can be confirmed more accurately that the work is started, compared with the case where only the switching is performed.
[0048]
In particular, among these operations, since at least one of boom operation, arm operation, and bucket operation related to excavation work that is the main work of the excavator is performed (at the time of designated operation), it is determined that the work starts. It becomes.
[0049]
Further, since the turning and traveling operations are not used for the effective switching judgment base, for example, the turning function and the traveling movement function of the machine required when using the machine as a lighting tower can be utilized.
[0050]
By the way, as a variation of the designation operation in the second embodiment,
(I) The operation amount of any one of the boom operation, the arm operation, and the bucket operation is greater than or equal to a predetermined value;
(Ii) One or more of the three operations described above may be performed as a condition for switching to the automatic stop control enabled state in a pattern designated in advance (for example, simultaneous pulling operation of the arm and the boom). .
[0051]
When the above conditions (i) and (ii) are employed, the automatic stop control is effectively switched when the work start becomes more realistic, so that the invalid state of the control can be utilized immediately before the work.
[0052]
Further, when the condition (i) is adopted, it is possible to ensure a function of lightly operating the boom, arm, and bucket in order to assist the turning and traveling movement of the machine. For this reason, the freedom degree when using a machine for another use spreads.

On the other hand, in the case of NO, it is determined whether or not the engine 1 is in operation based on the signal from the

Thereafter, as in the first and second embodiments, the engine 1 is stopped when the engine is stopped in steps S27 and S28.
[0058]
According to this configuration, even when the

[0060]
Reference form 2 (See Figs. 7 and 8)
In a construction machine, there is a case where it is desired to leave the engine 1 for a certain period of time without performing work (for example, to keep auto-stop control disabled) for warming up after the engine is started.
[0061]
Therefore, in the second embodiment, in response to this request, as shown in FIG. 7, the
[0062]
That is, after the engine 1 is started in steps S31 and S32 and the automatic stop control is invalidated in step S33, a preset time (for example, 30 minutes) T1 has elapsed based on the signal from the
[0063]
Here, when the set time T1 has elapsed, the automatic stop control is validated in step S35, and if there is an engine stop operation, the engine 1 is automatically stopped (steps S36 and S37).
[0064]
By doing so, the engine operation is ensured within the set time T1, so that the engine 1 can be reliably warmed up.
[0065]
Third embodiment (see FIGS. 9 and 10)
As in both the first and second embodiments, when the auto-stop control condition indicating the start of work is satisfied, the invalidity of the auto-stop control is solved. After the engine is started, the operator does not perform any operation. If you get off at, useless engine operation will be performed.
[0066]
Therefore, in the third embodiment, as a solution to this problem, a
[0067]
That is, after the engine 1 is started in steps S41 and S42 and the automatic stop control is disabled in step S43, it is determined in step S44 whether or not the automatic stop valid condition is satisfied.
[0068]
If NO (not established), the
[0069]
When YES is determined in the step S44, the process proceeds to a step S47 and the auto stop control is made effective even within the set time T2.
[0070]
Thereafter, the same determination as in each of the embodiments described above is performed (step S48) and the engine is stopped (step S49).
[0071]
In this way, even when the auto-stop effective condition is not satisfied, the auto-stop control becomes effective after the set time T2 has passed, so that useless engine operation can be avoided.
[0072]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first to fifth aspects of the invention, when the engine is started (when the engine is only started), the automatic stop control is automatically invalidated. For use when working lights installed on the machine are used as on-site lighting, or when you do not want to use auto-stop control during the summer and winter waiting periods, such as when you do not work but continue cooling and heating. be able to.
[0073]
Then, when actually entering the work, that is, when the gate lever closing operation, which is an essential operation before performing the work in claim 1, is performed first, the designated operations on the plurality of operating bodies are claimed in
[0074]
In addition, since switching from invalid to valid is automatically performed (no special operation is required), there is no troublesome operation and forgetting to return as compared with a method of switching effectively by a manual switch return operation.
[0075]
Moreover, according to the invention of Claims 2-4, the objective of confirming a work start more strictly and invalidating an auto stop control can be achieved to the maximum extent.
[0076]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, even when the auto stop valid condition is not satisfied, the auto stop control becomes effective after the set time has elapsed, and therefore, wasteful engine operation can be avoided .
