【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列棚等に載置することにより用いられ、商品の自動前出しが可能な商品陳列ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、図９に示す商品陳列ケース５０の各商品陳列棚５１に、多種類の商品５２が豊富に陳列されている。商品５２は手前の方から売れてゆくため、必然的に前の部分が空くことになり、従って、奥にある商品５２を手前に出す所謂前出し作業が必要となる。この為、種々の自動又は半自動の前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が多数提案されている。例えば、収納ケース５３の底部に多数のローラ５４が商品陳列ケース５０の扉５５側に下り勾配となるように取り付けられた商品陳列ユニット５６がある（特開平８−２４０９１号公報参照）。この商品陳列ユニット５６は、商品５２の仕切り機能を有する側板５７、５７の幅寸法が決められているから、それに適合する商品５２のみが利用できる。従って、商品５２のサイズに合わせた複数種類の商品陳列ユニット５６を取り揃える必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の商品陳列ユニット５６は、商品５２のサイズに合わせた複数種類のものを取り揃える必要があるから、その費用が高く管理も煩雑となりやすい。また、この商品陳列ユニット５６はサイズが決まっているから、商品陳列ケース５０内の各商品陳列棚５１の模様替えするときの自由度が低く、やりずらい。更に、ローラ５４は商品収納ケース５３の底部全面に多数配設されているから、商品陳列ケース５０の製作費用が高くなりがちである。また、常時商品を前方に弾圧する自動前出し商品陳列具の場合、弾圧力が強すぎたり、仕切板の設定位置次第で商品との接触があったりすると商品を変形、破損する等の問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、円滑な自動前出しを維持しつつ、商品のサイズに合わせて設定出来て模様替えが容易で、しかも在庫管理も少なくてすみかつ構造も簡単な商品陳列ユニットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、ケース上又は別個に仕切り板を設け、その仕切り板に沿って進退移動する押さえ部をケース上に設けると共に、この押さえ部の進退移動終端に位置するケース上又は位置設定機の前端部に商品止め板を設けて、押さえ部を商品止め板側に弾圧することで商品押さえ機を構成し、この商品押さえ機を商品陳列棚に載置する位置設定機により位置決めすれば、商品のサイズに合わせて設定出来、商品のサイズごとの商品陳列ユニットを多数在庫管理する必要のないことを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項１に係る発明は、ケース上を進退移動自在な押さえ部を前方又は前記ケースの一端にある商品止め板に常時弾圧し、前記ケースの一側に前記押さえ部の進退移動方向に沿って仕切り板を設けてなる商品押さえ機と、前記商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ機の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板の少なくとも反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、位置設定機によって商品押さえ機を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。また、押さえ部の可動板を仕切り板の反対側に９０度回転させれば、この可動板にて幅広の商品でも商品止め板側に常時弾圧可能となる。また、可動板と商品との当接角度を大きくするよう調整すれば、商品が後倒れ状態に維持でき前倒れを防止できる。

また、本請求項２に係る発明は、ケース上にこれを二分した状態に仕切り板を設け、前記ケース上を前記仕切り板に沿って進退移動自在な押さえ部を前記仕切り板の片側又は両側に位置させ、前記押さえ部の進退移動方向の一端に位置するケース上又は前方端に商品止め板を設け、該商品止め板に前記押さえ部を常時弾圧してなる商品押さえ機と、前記商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ機の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板の少なくとも反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、一台の商品押さえ機にて仕切り板の両側にある２列の商品を商品止め板側に弾圧出来るようになる。

また、本請求項３に係る発明は、ケース上を進退移動自在な押さえ部を前方又は前記ケースの一端にある商品止め板に常時弾圧してなる商品押さえ具と、前記商品押さえ具と離間し、且つ前記押さえ部の進退移動方向に沿って設置される商品仕切り板と、前記商品押さえ具及び前記商品仕切り板の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ具及び前記商品仕切り板を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ具の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板側又は前記仕切り板の反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、位置設定機によって商品押さえ具及び商品仕切り板を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。

また、本請求項４に係る発明は、請求項１記載の２以上の商品押さえ機と、請求項２記載の１以上の商品押さえ機と、前記双方の商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて双方の商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記各商品止め板側に複数列の各商品を前記各押さえ部により常時弾圧することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、双方の商品押さえ機の最小の組み合わせで、各サイズの商品を多数列作ることが出来る。

また、本請求項５に係る発明は、更に、高さが前記ケースの高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成された商品表示具を前方端に設けることを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、ＰＯＳ機能が付与されると共に、ケース内に弾性体を収納させたことに伴う上げ底の印象を緩和できる。

また、本請求項６に係る発明は、更に、サンプルを載置する箱部の高さが少なくとも前記ケースの高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成されたサンプル載置箱を前方端に設けることを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、サンプル同時陳列機能が付与されると共に、ケース内に弾性体を収納させたことに伴う上げ底の印象を緩和できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態をあげて本発明を図１〜８に基づいて詳述する。
図１は本発明の第１の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットを示す斜視図、図２は本発明の第１の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットを示す断面図、図３は本発明の第１の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットの商品押さえ機の一部を示す正面図（Ａ）と背面図（Ｂ）である。図において、商品陳列ユニット１は、２台の商品押さえ機２と、これらを載置する位置設定機３とからなる。２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂは勝手違いであり、実質的に同じものであるから、商品押さえ機２ａについて説明する。即ち、商品押さえ機２ａは、ケース４上を進退移動自在な押さえ部５をケース４の一端にある商品止め板６に常時弾圧し、ケース４に押さえ部５の進退移動方向に沿って仕切り板７を設けてなる。

この商品押さえ機２ａは、一体に構成され位置設定機３に対して着脱自在である。商品押さえ機２ａのケース４は、細長い上板１０の一側に同じ細長い側板１１が取り付けられ、他側に側板の役割も果たし同時に商品１２を仕切る前記仕切り板７が設けられ、更に、このケース４の長手方向一端に上記商品止め板６が取り付けられ、他端に側板１３が設けられることで、構成されている。このケース４の上板１０には長孔１４が明けられ、この長孔１４により押さえ部５の自在な進退移動がガイドされる。

上記押さえ部５は、基台２０の上部に可動板２１が仕切り板７の反対側に少なくとも９０度回転出来るように取り付けられている。即ち、可動板２１に軸２２があり、この軸２２が基台２０上部の支持板２３の挿入孔２４に嵌められ回転出来るようになって、押さえるべき商品１２が幅広であったり、当接しずらい形状であっても対応出来るようになっている。基台２０の下部は、ケース４の長孔１４内を進退移動するためのスライド溝２５を有する係合部２６に形成されている。この係合部２６にはコイルスプリング状の弾性体２７の一端を掛けるための掛け孔板２８が取り付けられている。一方、ケース４の前記商品止め板６に隣接した部位に側板１５が取り付けられ、その側板１５にも弾性体２７の他端を掛けるための掛け孔板１６が取り付けられている。この掛け孔板１６と係合部２６の掛け孔板２８との間に弾性体２７が掛けられるから、この弾性体２７はケース４内に収納されて外部からは見えないようになっている。

そして、押さえ部５を弾性体２７の弾性力に抗して商品止め板６から離し、その間に商品１２を挟むことが出来、商品１２を取り出すと、押さえ部５は弾性体２７の弾性力により商品止め板６側に移動し、商品１２が残っていれば、再び商品１２を商品止め板６側に移動させ、自動前出しが可能となる。なお、この弾性体２７は、この実施例では引っ張りバネのコイルスプリングが使用されているが、これに限定されず、板バネや弾発バネを使用してもよく、そのための変形は本発明の範囲内である。

前記位置設定機３は、深溝３０及び線条溝３１を有し、深溝３０に前記商品押さえ機２ａの商品止め板６を差し込み、かつ線条溝３１に前記側板１１及び仕切り板７の下部に形成した同形状の凸部１１ａ及び７ａを嵌めることで、位置設定機３に商品押さえ機２ａが装着される。この際、線条溝３１は細かい間隔で多数あるから、商品１２のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機２ａを任意に装着でき、この状態で、例えば図５の商品陳列ケース５０に載置すればよい。また、位置設定機３には係合片３２及びそれを受ける係合部（不図示）が設けられ、位置設定機３同士が必要数接続されうるから、幅寸法に対し制約がない。

図４は本発明の第２の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット１ａであり、図１〜図３に示す商品陳列ユニット１と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図４に示す商品陳列ユニット１ａと図１〜３に示す商品陳列ユニット１との相違点は、２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂの間に別体の商品押さえ機２ｃを位置設定機３に装着して、２列の商品１２を自動前出し状態に置いている点にある。この商品押さえ機２ｃは、上述の２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂをそれらの仕切り板７を背中合わせにした状態のもので、その他の構成は全く同じである。

次に、上記構成になる商品陳列ユニット１、１ａの使用方法を説明する。
まず、商品陳列ユニット１を使用する場合は、陳列商品１２のサイズに合わせて２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂを位置設定機３に装着し、その状態で商品止め板６側を手前に来るようにして、図５に示すような商品陳列ケース５０の商品陳列棚５１に載置する。そして、２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂの押さえ部５を弾性体２７の弾性力に抗して商品止め板４から離し、必要数の商品１２を挟むようにして各ケース４上に置く。商品１２を取り出すと、押さえ部５は弾性体２７により商品止め板６側、即ち、商品取り出し側に移動するから、商品１２を自動前出しすることになる。なお、上述のように、先に位置設定機３に２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂを装着してから商品陳列棚５１に載置しても、逆に、商品陳列棚５１に位置設定機３を載置し、その後位置設定機３に２台の商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂを装着しても結果は同じで、行い易い方を選択することになる。

次に、商品陳列ユニット１ａを使用する場合は、まず商品押さえ機２ａを位置設定機３に装着し、商品１２のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機２ｃを位置設定機３に装着し、更に、別の商品１２のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機２ｂを位置設定機３に装着する。その状態で商品陳列ケース５０の商品陳列棚５１に載置する。この際商品１２のサイズが大きく、１台の位置設定機３では不足する場合、必要数の位置設定機３を継ぎ足してゆく。後は商品陳列ユニット１の場合と同様にして商品１２を各ケース４上に置けば、２列の商品１２について、自動前出し出来ることになる。そして、商品１２が幅広であったり、その形状が押さえ部５に当接しずらいような場合は、押さえ部５の可動板２１を仕切り板７の反対側に回転させて対応する。

更に、３列以上の商品１２を自動前出しする場合は、商品押さえ機２ａと２ｂとの間に必要に応じた複数個の商品押さえ機２ｃを継ぎ足し、それに伴って位置設定機３も継ぎ足してゆけばよい。すなわち、商品１２の列数には制限がない。

なお、商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂが設置される位置としては、特に制限されないが、商品陳列ユニットの両側、すなわち商品陳列棚の両端部とすることが、見栄え及びスペースの有効利用の点からも好ましい。

図５は本発明の第３の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット１ｂであり、図４に示す商品陳列ユニット１と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図５に示す商品陳列ユニット１ｂと図４に示す商品陳列ユニット１との相違点は、商品押さえ機２ｄの仕切り板の片側にのみ押さえ部５を設けた点及び位置設定機３の前端部に商品表示具６０を連接して設けた点にある。この商品表示具６０は所謂ポップ表示であり、商品名、価格等の商品情報を記載したカードをカード挿入溝６１に挿入して使用される。これにより、特に、箱状の比較的固い商品を陳列する場合、本実施の形態例においても第１の実施の形態と同様の効果を奏するため、実質部品点数が減り有利である。また、商品表示具６０は高さがケース４の高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成されるため、ＰＯＳ機能が付与されると共に、ケース内に弾性体を収納させたことに伴う上げ底の印象を緩和できる。この商品表示具６０は位置設定機３と一体形成されたものであっても、位置設定機の深溝３０に係合する形態のものであってもよい。

図６は本発明の第４の実施の形態の商品陳列ユニット１ｃであり、図４に示す商品陳列ユニットと同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図６に示す商品陳列ユニット１ｃと図４に示す商品陳列ユニット１ａとの相違点は、図４で使用する商品押さえ機２ａにおいて、商品押さえ部と商品仕切り部を分離した点、位置設定機の前端部内側の縦壁に線状溝３１の細かい間隔（ピッチ）に相当する係合溝３３を設けた点及び商品止め板６ａを別途に位置設定機の深溝３０に係合させて形成した点にある。商品押さえ具２ｅ及び２ｆは、ケース４上を進退移動自在な押さえ部５を前方に常時弾圧してなる。中間の仕切りに使用される商品仕切り板７ａは棚板上の前後方向に延在して配置される鉛直に設けた仕切板を備え、前端部は深溝３０に係合し、仕切板の下部は位置設定機の線状溝３１に係合することにより固定される。両側端に設置される商品仕切り板７ｃは仕切板の下部が位置設定機の線状溝３１に係合する代わりに隣接する商品押さえ具２ｆの下部係合溝７４に係合する以外、商品仕切り板７ａと同様である。本第４の実施の形態によれば、位置設定機によって商品押さえ具及び商品仕切り板を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来る。このため、商品を破損、変形することなく弱い力で前方に付勢できるよう僅かな隙間が必要であるという自動前出しの繊細な要求を満足することができる。

図７は本発明の第５の実施の形態の商品陳列ユニット１ｄであり、図６に示す商品陳列ユニットと同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図７に示す商品陳列ユニット１ｄと図６に示す商品陳列ユニット１ｃとの相違点は、図６で使用する商品仕切り板７ｂに設置安定性を高める基板７３を設けた点及び商品表示具の代わりに商品止め板が取付けられたサンプル箱７０を設けた点にある。すなわち、中間及び両端に使用できる商品仕切り板７ｂは図８に示すように、仕切板７２、位置設定機の深溝３３に係合する前端係合部７１、位置設定機の線状溝３１に係合する係合片部７４及び仕切板７２の底面の一部で後端部に位置する基板７３よりなる。これにより仕切り板は安定する。サンプル箱７０はサンプルを載置する箱部７１の高さが少なくともケース４の高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成したもので、箱部７１の後部には商品止め板７８が設けられている。本第５の実施の形態によれば、サンプル品同時陳列機能を有する他、第４の実施の形態と同様の効果を奏する。

位置設定機としては、上記実施の形態例に限定されず、例えば図１に示す位置設定機３において、線条溝の無い形態のものでもよい。この場合は、深溝３０に商品押さえ機２ａなどの商品止め板６を差し込むことで固定すればよい。また、位置設定機３は商品押さえ機２ａ、２ｂ、２ｃを位置決めする位置に設置してあればよく、必ずしも連続的に継ぎ足す必要はない。

また、押さえ部５の基台の上部に形成される可動板の他の形態としては、例えば、複数の板材から成る可動板を結合ピンにより押さえ部５に回動可能に取付け、この複数の板材を扇状に展開するような形態としてもよいし、基台に対して可動板をヒンジ構造により取り付け、水平面と可動板とで形成される角度が調整できる構造としてもよい。このヒンジ構造型のものは自立性のない商品の前出しに特に有利であり、商品を後ろ倒し状態で前出しが出来る。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項１の発明によれば、位置設定機によって商品押さえ機を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方側に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。従って、商品のサイズに関係なく自動前出し出来、商品のサイズに合わせた商品押さえ機の在庫管理も不要である。

請求項２の発明によれば、一台の商品押さえ機にて仕切り板の両側にある２列の商品を商品止め板側に弾圧出来るようになる。従って、上記効果に加え、商品押さえ機の数を減らすことが出来る。

請求項３の発明によれば、位置設定機によって商品押さえ具及び商品仕切り板を商品のサイズに合わせて個別に位置決め出来る。このため、商品を破損、変形することなく弱い力で前方に付勢できるよう僅かな隙間が必要であるという自動前出しの繊細な要求を満足することができる。

請求項４の発明によれば、双方の商品押さえ機の最小の組み合わせで、各サイズの商品を多数列作ることが出来る。従って、上記効果に加え、少数多品目の陳列商品に対し最小の費用にて、自動前出しを維持出来る。

請求項５及び請求項６の発明によれば、ＰＯＳ機能又はサンプル品同時陳列機能が付与されると共に、ケース内に弾性体を収納させたことに伴う上げ底の印象を緩和できる。また、請求項７の発明によれば、押さえ部の可動板を仕切り板の反対側に９０度回転させれば、この可動板にて幅広の商品でも商品止め板側に常時弾圧可能となる。従って、より一層商品のサイズや形状による制約がなくなり、自動前出しを維持出来る。
