【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列棚等に載置することにより用いられ、商品の自動前出しが可能な商品陳列ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、図9に示す商品陳列ケース50の各商品陳列棚51に、多種類の商品52が豊富に陳列されている。商品52は手前の方から売れてゆくため、必然的に前の部分が空くことになり、従って、奥にある商品52を手前に出す所謂前出し作業が必要となる。この為、種々の自動又は半自動の前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が多数提案されている。例えば、収納ケース53の底部に多数のローラ54が商品陳列ケース50の扉55側に下り勾配となるように取り付けられた商品陳列ユニット56がある(特開平8−24091号公報参照)。この商品陳列ユニット56は、商品52の仕切り機能を有する側板57、57の幅寸法が決められているから、それに適合する商品52のみが利用できる。従って、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類の商品陳列ユニット56を取り揃える必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の商品陳列ユニット56は、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類のものを取り揃える必要があるから、その費用が高く管理も煩雑となりやすい。また、この商品陳列ユニット56はサイズが決まっているから、商品陳列ケース50内の各商品陳列棚51の模様替えするときの自由度が低く、やりずらい。更に、ローラ54は商品収納ケース53の底部全面に多数配設されているから、商品陳列ケース50の製作費用が高くなりがちである。また、常時商品を前方に弾圧する自動前出し商品陳列具の場合、弾圧力が強すぎたり、仕切板の設定位置次第で商品との接触があったりすると商品を変形、破損する等の問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、円滑な自動前出しを維持しつつ、商品のサイズに合わせて設定出来て模様替えが容易で、しかも在庫管理も少なくてすみかつ構造も簡単な商品陳列ユニットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、ケース上又は別個に仕切り板を設け、その仕切り板に沿って進退移動する押さえ部をケース上に設けると共に、この押さえ部の進退移動終端に位置するケース上又は位置設定機の前端部に商品止め板を設けて、押さえ部を商品止め板側に弾圧することで商品押さえ機を構成し、この商品押さえ機を商品陳列棚に載置する位置設定機により位置決めすれば、商品のサイズに合わせて設定出来、商品のサイズごとの商品陳列ユニットを多数在庫管理する必要のないことを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項1に係る発明は、ケース上を進退移動自在な押さえ部を前方又は前記ケースの一端にある商品止め板に常時弾圧し、前記ケースの一側に前記押さえ部の進退移動方向に沿って仕切り板を設けてなる商品押さえ機と、前記商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ機の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板の少なくとも反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、位置設定機によって商品押さえ機を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。また、押さえ部の可動板を仕切り板の反対側に90度回転させれば、この可動板にて幅広の商品でも商品止め板側に常時弾圧可能となる。また、可動板と商品との当接角度を大きくするよう調整すれば、商品が後倒れ状態に維持でき前倒れを防止できる。

また、本請求項2に係る発明は、ケース上にこれを二分した状態に仕切り板を設け、前記ケース上を前記仕切り板に沿って進退移動自在な押さえ部を前記仕切り板の片側又は両側に位置させ、前記押さえ部の進退移動方向の一端に位置するケース上又は前方端に商品止め板を設け、該商品止め板に前記押さえ部を常時弾圧してなる商品押さえ機と、前記商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ機の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板の少なくとも反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、一台の商品押さえ機にて仕切り板の両側にある2列の商品を商品止め板側に弾圧出来るようになる。

また、本請求項3に係る発明は、ケース上を進退移動自在な押さえ部を前方又は前記ケースの一端にある商品止め板に常時弾圧してなる商品押さえ具と、前記商品押さえ具と離間し、且つ前記押さえ部の進退移動方向に沿って設置される商品仕切り板と、前記商品押さえ具及び前記商品仕切り板の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて前記商品押さえ及び前記商品仕切り板を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記商品止め板側に商品を前記押さえ部により常時弾圧するものであって、前記商品押さえ具の押さえ部は、前記仕切り板側又は前記仕切り板の反対側に回転自在な可動板を有することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、位置設定機によって商品押さえ具及び商品仕切り板を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。

また、本請求項4に係る発明は、請求項1記載の2以上の商品押さえ機と、請求項2記載の1以上の商品押さえ機と、前記双方の商品押さえ機の位置決めをする位置設定機と、からなり、前記位置設定機にて双方の商品押さえ機を位置決めし、商品陳列棚上に載置して、前記各商品止め板側に複数列の各商品を前記各押さえ部により常時弾圧することを特徴とする商品陳列ユニットを提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、双方の商品押さえ機の最小の組み合わせで、各サイズの商品を多数列作ることが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態をあげて本発明を図1〜8に基づいて詳述する。
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットを示す斜視図、図2は本発明の第1の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットを示す断面図、図3は本発明の第1の実施形態である商品陳列ユニットの商品押さえ機の一部を示す正面図(A)と背面図(B)である。図において、商品陳列ユニット1は、2台の商品押さえ機2と、これらを載置する位置設定機3とからなる。2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bは勝手違いであり、実質的に同じものであるから、商品押さえ機2aについて説明する。即ち、商品押さえ機2aは、ケース4上を進退移動自在な押さえ部5をケース4の一端にある商品止め板6に常時弾圧し、ケース4に押さえ部5の進退移動方向に沿って仕切り板7を設けてなる。

この商品押さえ機2aは、一体に構成され位置設定機3に対して着脱自在である。商品押さえ機2aのケース4は、細長い上板10の一側に同じ細長い側板11が取り付けられ、他側に側板の役割も果たし同時に商品12を仕切る前記仕切り板7が設けられ、更に、このケース4の長手方向一端に上記商品止め板6が取り付けられ、他端に側板13が設けられることで、構成されている。このケース4の上板10には長孔14が明けられ、この長孔14により押さえ部5の自在な進退移動がガイドされる。

上記押さえ部5は、基台20の上部に可動板21が仕切り板7の反対側に少なくとも90度回転出来るように取り付けられている。即ち、可動板21に軸22があり、この軸22が基台20上部の支持板23の挿入孔24に嵌められ回転出来るようになって、押さえるべき商品12が幅広であったり、当接しずらい形状であっても対応出来るようになっている。基台20の下部は、ケース4の長孔14内を進退移動するためのスライド溝25を有する係合部26に形成されている。この係合部26にはコイルスプリング状の弾性体27の一端を掛けるための掛け孔板28が取り付けられている。一方、ケース4の前記商品止め板6に隣接した部位に側板15が取り付けられ、その側板15にも弾性体27の他端を掛けるための掛け孔板16が取り付けられている。この掛け孔板16と係合部26の掛け孔板28との間に弾性体27が掛けられるから、この弾性体27はケース4内に収納されて外部からは見えないようになっている。

そして、押さえ部5を弾性体27の弾性力に抗して商品止め板6から離し、その間に商品12を挟むことが出来、商品12を取り出すと、押さえ部5は弾性体27の弾性力により商品止め板6側に移動し、商品12が残っていれば、再び商品12を商品止め板6側に移動させ、自動前出しが可能となる。なお、この弾性体27は、この実施例では引っ張りバネのコイルスプリングが使用されているが、これに限定されず、板バネや弾発バネを使用してもよく、そのための変形は本発明の範囲内である。

前記位置設定機3は、深溝30及び線条溝31を有し、深溝30に前記商品押さえ機2aの商品止め板6を差し込み、かつ線条溝31に前記側板11及び仕切り板7の下部に形成した同形状の凸部11a及び7aを嵌めることで、位置設定機3に商品押さえ機2aが装着される。この際、線条溝31は細かい間隔で多数あるから、商品12のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機2aを任意に装着でき、この状態で、例えば図5の商品陳列ケース50に載置すればよい。また、位置設定機3には係合片32及びそれを受ける係合部(不図示)が設けられ、位置設定機3同士が必要数接続されうるから、幅寸法に対し制約がない。

図4は本発明の第2の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット1aであり、図1〜図3に示す商品陳列ユニット1と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図4に示す商品陳列ユニット1aと図1〜3に示す商品陳列ユニット1との相違点は、2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bの間に別体の商品押さえ機2cを位置設定機3に装着して、2列の商品12を自動前出し状態に置いている点にある。この商品押さえ機2cは、上述の2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bをそれらの仕切り板7を背中合わせにした状態のもので、その他の構成は全く同じである。

次に、上記構成になる商品陳列ユニット1、1aの使用方法を説明する。
まず、商品陳列ユニット1を使用する場合は、陳列商品12のサイズに合わせて2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bを位置設定機3に装着し、その状態で商品止め板6側を手前に来るようにして、図5に示すような商品陳列ケース50の商品陳列棚51に載置する。そして、2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bの押さえ部5を弾性体27の弾性力に抗して商品止め板4から離し、必要数の商品12を挟むようにして各ケース4上に置く。商品12を取り出すと、押さえ部5は弾性体27により商品止め板6側、即ち、商品取り出し側に移動するから、商品12を自動前出しすることになる。なお、上述のように、先に位置設定機3に2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bを装着してから商品陳列棚51に載置しても、逆に、商品陳列棚51に位置設定機3を載置し、その後位置設定機3に2台の商品押さえ機2a、2bを装着しても結果は同じで、行い易い方を選択することになる。

次に、商品陳列ユニット1aを使用する場合は、まず商品押さえ機2aを位置設定機3に装着し、商品12のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機2cを位置設定機3に装着し、更に、別の商品12のサイズに合わせて商品押さえ機2bを位置設定機3に装着する。その状態で商品陳列ケース50の商品陳列棚51に載置する。この際商品12のサイズが大きく、1台の位置設定機3では不足する場合、必要数の位置設定機3を継ぎ足してゆく。後は商品陳列ユニット1の場合と同様にして商品12を各ケース4上に置けば、2列の商品12について、自動前出し出来ることになる。そして、商品12が幅広であったり、その形状が押さえ部5に当接しずらいような場合は、押さえ部5の可動板21を仕切り板7の反対側に回転させて対応する。

更に、3列以上の商品12を自動前出しする場合は、商品押さえ機2aと2bとの間に必要に応じた複数個の商品押さえ機2cを継ぎ足し、それに伴って位置設定機3も継ぎ足してゆけばよい。すなわち、商品12の列数には制限がない。

なお、商品押さえ機2a、2bが設置される位置としては、特に制限されないが、商品陳列ユニットの両側、すなわち商品陳列棚の両端部とすることが、見栄え及びスペースの有効利用の点からも好ましい。

図5は本発明の第3の実施形態の商品陳列ユニット1bであり、図4に示す商品陳列ユニット1と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図5に示す商品陳列ユニット1bと図4に示す商品陳列ユニット1との相違点は、商品押さえ機2dの仕切り板の片側にのみ押さえ部5を設けた点及び位置設定機3の前端部に商品表示具60を連接して設けた点にある。この商品表示具60は所謂ポップ表示であり、商品名、価格等の商品情報を記載したカードをカード挿入溝61に挿入して使用される。これにより、特に、箱状の比較的固い商品を陳列する場合、本実施の形態例においても第1の実施の形態と同様の効果を奏するため、実質部品点数が減り有利である。また、商品表示具60は高さがケース4の高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成されるため、POS機能が付与されると共に、ケース内に弾性体を収納させたことに伴う上げ底の印象を緩和できる。この商品表示具60は位置設定機3と一体形成されたものであっても、位置設定機の深溝30に係合する形態のものであってもよい。

図6は本発明の第4の実施の形態の商品陳列ユニット1cであり、図4に示す商品陳列ユニットと同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図6に示す商品陳列ユニット1cと図4に示す商品陳列ユニット1aとの相違点は、図4で使用する商品押さえ機2aにおいて、商品押さえ部と商品仕切り部を分離した点、位置設定機の前端部内側の縦壁に線状溝31の細かい間隔(ピッチ)に相当する係合溝33を設けた点及び商品止め板6aを別途に位置設定機の深溝30に係合させて形成した点にある。商品押さえ具2e及び2fは、ケース4上を進退移動自在な押さえ部5を前方に常時弾圧してなる。中間の仕切りに使用される商品仕切り板7aは棚板上の前後方向に延在して配置される鉛直に設けた仕切板を備え、前端部は深溝30に係合し、仕切板の下部は位置設定機の線状溝31に係合することにより固定される。両側端に設置される商品仕切り板7cは仕切板の下部が位置設定機の線状溝31に係合する代わりに隣接する商品押さえ具2fの下部係合溝74に係合する以外、商品仕切り板7aと同様である。本第4の実施の形態によれば、位置設定機によって商品押さえ具及び商品仕切り板を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来る。このため、商品を破損、変形することなく弱い力で前方に付勢できるよう僅かな隙間が必要であるという自動前出しの繊細な要求を満足することができる。

図7は本発明の第5の実施の形態の商品陳列ユニット1dであり、図6に示す商品陳列ユニットと同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、その相違点についてのみ説明する。すなわち、図7に示す商品陳列ユニット1dと図6に示す商品陳列ユニット1cとの相違点は、図6で使用する商品仕切り板7bに設置安定性を高める基板73を設けた点及び商品表示具の代わりに商品止め板が取付けられたサンプル箱70を設けた点にある。すなわち、中間及び両端に使用できる商品仕切り板7bは図8に示すように、仕切板72、位置設定機の深溝33に係合する前端係合部71、位置設定機の線状溝31に係合する係合片部74及び仕切板72の底面の一部で後端部に位置する基板73よりなる。これにより仕切り板は安定する。サンプル箱70はサンプルを載置する箱部71の高さが少なくともケース4の高さと同等又はそれ以上に形成したもので、箱部71の後部には商品止め板78が設けられている。本第5の実施の形態によれば、サンプル品同時陳列機能を有する他、第4の実施の形態と同様の効果を奏する。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項1の発明によれば、位置設定機によって商品押さえ機を商品のサイズに合わせて位置決め出来、その状態で商品陳列棚上に載置し、その際商品止め板側を商品陳列棚の前方側に来るようにして、商品止め板と押さえ部との間に商品を置けば、商品の自動前出しを維持出来しつつ、商品のサイズに関係無く商品陳列棚上の模様替えが出来る。従って、商品のサイズに関係なく自動前出し出来、商品のサイズに合わせた商品押さえ機の在庫管理も不要である。
