【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power transmission line sensor that is provided on a power transmission line tower and can be used for an overhead power transmission line fault monitoring system, a fault section or fault point location system, and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to a power transmission line sensor that is not easily affected by output due to another phase power transmission line or weather, and that is easy to install.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-51274 or the like is known as a fault location system for detecting a fault caused by a disconnection of a power transmission line, a lightning strike, or the like, or specifying a position of the fault that has occurred. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-152501 discloses a fault location system that is provided with a sensor for detecting a surge caused by a failure in a transmission line tower and can accurately identify a failure location even when there is a branch or a long distance. A publication is proposed.
[0003]
Sensors provided on such transmission line towers include contact type sensors directly connected to power transmission lines such as current transformers (CT, ZCT, etc.), instrument transformers (PD, PT, etc.), etc. And a non-contact type sensor that detects an electric field and a magnetic field. Among these, a sensor that can be attached and detached without directly touching the power transmission line and is easy to construct is a non-contact type sensor.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, ordinary power transmission towers have multiple lines. For example, in a square tower with two lines arranged side by side, each phase is arranged vertically for the mechanical strength of the tower, etc., and each line is evenly provided on the left and right, and the lines are arranged so that the lines are parallel. is doing. For this reason, when a non-contact type sensor for detecting an electric field and a magnetic field is provided in a steel tower, it may be affected by an electric field and a magnetic field generated by different phases and lines.
Also, in a non-contact sensor that measures the potential difference between the transmission line and the ground using the partial pressure of the air space capacity and the predetermined capacity of the capacitor, the air space capacity depends on the weather, so it is unstable. There is a problem that there is.
[0005]
Furthermore, in addition to correcting the above problems, the non-contact sensor installation work requires fine adjustment of the distance and angle from the line to be measured so that the unbalanced signal values of each sensor do not appear. Since the installation location is high, work efficiency is poor and the burden on the worker is large. For this reason, there is a demand for a sensor that does not require fine adjustment work and has good mounting workability.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, is not easily affected by the output due to another phase of the transmission line, weather, etc., and can reduce the adjustment associated with the installation of the sensor. It aims at providing the sensor for electric wires.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The power transmission line sensor of the present invention includes a

Also, the power transmission line has two lines, and each of the sensor units has a line of each phase as a vertex, and passes through the vertex from two lines selected from other two phases or lines of each phase of another line. It is assumed that it is provided on the side surface of the transmission power line tower on the measurement power transmission line side, which is surrounded by the two straight lines and is substantially positioned on a straight line that bisects the acute angle side of the two straight lines.
Furthermore, the
The correction circuit unit may further include surge detection means for performing surge detection based on at least one of the voltage signal, the current signal, the zero phase voltage, and the zero phase current.
[0009]
The “current sensor” may be arbitrarily selected as long as it can measure the absolute value or the relative value of the current flowing through the transmission line in a non-contact manner. As an example of this, it is possible to use a magnetic sensor that measures magnetism generated with energization. In addition to the method using the coil recited in
Further, the “voltage sensor” may be arbitrarily selected as long as it can measure the absolute value or the relative value of the potential supplied to the transmission line in a non-contact manner. Examples thereof include a pyroelectric type in addition to the vibration capacity type recited in
The “surge” refers to a pulse generated when a power transmission line such as a disconnection or lightning strikes. The term “substantially positioned” means that it is not necessary to be disposed so as to be strictly on a straight line. Specifically, it can be within 50 cm square (preferably within 30 cm square, more preferably within 20 cm square) from the corresponding point of the steel tower located on the straight line.
[0010]
The “correction circuit unit” can be provided with any output means. This output means uses display means for displaying numbers, wired output means for appropriately amplifying and outputting by electric wires or optical fibers, etc., and wireless devices such as a dedicated wireless device, mobile phone, PHS phone, and wireless LAN device. And a wireless output means for transmitting.
In addition, a GPS receiver is provided in the correction circuit unit to correct the reference time. Furthermore, the position information of the GPS receiver can be added to the output from the wired output means and the wireless output means. By outputting the position information, the receiving side can easily identify information transmitted from a plurality of power transmission line sensors and easily reconstruct power transmission line network information and the like.
[0011]
The sensor unit and the correction circuit unit may be integrated, or may be connected as a separate body by wire or wirelessly. By making the sensor unit and the correction circuit unit separate, only the sensor unit can be provided on the power transmission line side, and the correction circuit unit can be provided at an arbitrary position of the steel tower, so that workability can be improved.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the power transmission line sensor of the present invention, the voltage sensor and the current sensor are integrated to facilitate attachment to the power transmission line tower. Further, by providing the correction circuit unit, it is possible to obtain a signal value that has been automatically corrected by the correction circuit unit without performing fine position adjustment and signal value correction. For this reason, there is no need for high accuracy in the mounting of the sensor unit, and it can be a simple mounting operation, shortening the mounting operation of the transmission line sensor and reducing the burden on the operator. it can.
Furthermore, since a change in signal value due to changes in weather, temperature, etc. is automatically corrected by the correction circuit unit, a correct signal value can always be obtained.
[0013]
Further, by limiting the arrangement position of the sensor unit to a predetermined range in advance, it becomes easy to arrange the sensor unit at a position where the influence of other lines is small, and a more accurate signal value can be obtained.
Furthermore, by providing the current sensor and the voltage sensor in one container and making the container a part of the voltage sensor, it is possible to provide a sensor unit with less internal structure and good workability.
Moreover, a failure point locating system can be easily constructed by providing the transmission line sensor with surge detection means necessary for determining the failure of the transmission line and its position.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the power transmission line sensor of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. This power transmission line sensor is provided in the power

The output means 32 is not limited to the wireless transmission by the PHS telephone, but a display means for displaying with numbers, a wired output means for appropriately amplifying and outputting with an electric wire, an optical fiber, etc., a dedicated wireless device, a mobile phone And an output unit such as a wireless output unit that transmits using a wireless device such as a wireless LAN device.
[0021]
The power source of the power transmission line sensor is not particularly limited and can be arbitrarily selected. Examples of this include a battery that is charged by a solar cell, a wind power generator, or the like, induced power from a transmission line, and the like.
[0022]
2. Arrangement of Transmission Line Sensor The position where the
[0023]
The straight line L is an acute angle of the two straight lines La ′ and Lb ′ that connect the phases (a ′) and (b ′) of other lines and the phase to be measured (c) in the sensor unit 2c that measures the phase (c). A straight line that bisects the side. On this straight line, the distance is about the same as that of each of the phases (a ′) and (b ′), and the electric field and magnetic field generated from the phases (a ′) and (b ′) cancel each other and the influence is mitigated. For this reason, since it is difficult to be influenced by the phases (a ′) and (b ′), correction can be reduced, and more accurate current signal values and voltage signal values can be obtained.
[0024]
Further, the position where the sensor unit 2c is disposed bisects the acute angle side of the two straight lines Lb ′ and Lc ′ that connect the phases (b ′) and (c ′) of other lines and the phase to be measured (c). It can also be on the straight line L ′. At this position, the influence of the phases (b ′) and (c ′) can be reduced. Furthermore, it can be on a straight line that bisects the acute angle side of the two straight lines Lb and La ′ that connect the phases (b) and (a ′) and the phase to be measured (c).
[0025]
Furthermore, the position where the sensor unit 2c is disposed does not have to be strictly above the straight lines L, L ′, etc., and there may be a deviation within 50 cm square. This is because there is a distance of several meters from the phase (c) of the transmission line to the sensor unit 2c, and this degree of deviation is not greatly affected by other phases and can be eliminated by correction by the
The other sensor units 2a and 2b are arranged in the same manner as the sensor unit 2c described above.

3. Signal Correction Processing A method for correcting current signals and voltage signals obtained from the
The current signal and voltage signal output by the
[0027]
Therefore, the power
Since both the zero-phase current and the zero-phase voltage can be corrected by the same method, the description is common.
[0028]
(1) Batch Correction Method This correction method is a method of performing correction by adding a common correction value to the signal value of each phase. In the present method, when no failure occurs as shown in FIG. 6, when the combined value of each phase appears as S in a steady state, a correction value obtained by reducing the scalar of S to one third as shown in FIG. In this method, correction is performed by obtaining F and calculating and subtracting the correction value F from each signal value.
By performing this correction, the zero-phase current signal and the zero-phase voltage signal at the time of non-failure become substantially zero, and can be easily distinguished from non-zero at the time of failure.
[0029]
(2) Individual correction method This correction method checks whether the signal value of each phase is within the allowable range, and if it is out of the allowable range, the phase to be corrected by the combination of phases outside the allowable range is determined. This is a method of determining and correcting only the relevant phase. A combination table for determining the correction phase is shown in Table 1 below.
[0030]
This table is a table representing whether or not the signal values of the other two phases are within the allowable range when the signal value of a certain phase is zero. For example, when (a) phase is 0 degree and signal value is zero, other (b) and (c) phases are acceptable if they are approximately sin2 / 3 times and sin4 / 3 times the maximum value. It can be said to be within range. In this case, the phase (a) can be determined to be correct if it is within the allowable range even when the other two phases are examined. However, as a result of examining the other phases, if the phase is outside the allowable range, it is determined that the phase (a) does not indicate a correct signal value.
[0031]
[Table 1]
[0032]
A. As shown in Example 8 of Table 1, when the signal values of all phases are within the allowable range, they are output as they are without correction.
B. As shown in Examples 1 to 3, if two-phase signal values are outside the allowable range at the same time, it is considered that the signal value has changed in only the remaining one phase. The signal is corrected to the same degree as the two phases so that the combined value of the three phases becomes zero. For example, as shown in Example 1, when the phase (a) is checked only within the allowable range and the other (b) and (c) phases are out of the allowable range, the signal of the (a) phase Assuming that the value is abnormal, the signal value of the phase (a) is corrected so that the combined value of the three phases becomes zero. Further, the correction value F of the signal value of the (a) phase signal is a value obtained by dividing the scalar of the three-phase vector composite value same as “(1) Batch correction method” to one third.
[0033]
C. As shown in Example 4, when all three phases are out of the allowable range, the signal values of all phases are corrected. The correction at this time is the same as “(1) Batch correction method”. D. As shown in Examples 5 to 7, when the signal value of only one phase falls outside the allowable range, it is considered that the correct determination was not made for the other two phases. Need to do.
[0034]
In this individual correction method, the zero-phase current signal and the zero-phase voltage signal at the time of non-failure are substantially zero as in “(1) collective correction method”, and can be easily distinguished from non-zero at the time of failure. Further, more accurate signal values can be used by correcting only signal values that appear to be abnormal using the combination table.
[0035]
(3) Correction processing timing, etc. The correction value F used for each of the above correction processes is not always obtained, but is obtained at an arbitrary timing. For this timing, when the power of the power
Even if the correction value is determined in this way, both the surge current and the surge voltage that occur at the time of the failure are changes that occur in a short period of time, so the combined value S used for the correction is not affected, and the main correction is performed. It can be easily detected as a change in the zero-phase current signal and the zero-phase voltage signal.
In order to avoid correction with an abnormal signal value such as noise, an average value obtained from several correction values F can be used. Further, the correction value F is not limited to the above “one third”, and other sizes can be used.

Such a transmission line sensor can be synchronized with a transmission line sensor on another line or a transmission line sensor on another tower from accurate current time information. The power transmission line sensor can be used as a sensor for a monitoring device, a fault section locating device, a fault locating device, and the like by further providing arbitrary means. Further, at least one of the sensor unit and the correction circuit unit can be integrally provided in each device.
[0043]
In addition, in this invention, it can be set as the Example variously changed within the range of this invention not only according to the said Example but according to the objective and the use. That is, in the present power transmission line sensor, the three sensor units and the correction circuit unit are separate from each other, but the correction circuit unit can be integrated with any one of the sensor units. Such a power transmission line sensor can reduce the number of wirings and the number of installation work, and can further improve workability. In addition, the correction circuit unit may be divided and provided in each sensor unit, or a correction circuit that can handle a plurality of sensor units can be provided.
