BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pneumatic radial tire used in an aircraft such as a jet passenger aircraft, and in particular, an inner belt formed of a cord extending in a substantially circumferential direction while zigzag and protecting the inner belt from a failure caused by an injury such as a cut. The present invention relates to a pneumatic radial tire for an aircraft having a belt constituted by an outer belt.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the intensifying competition for increasing efficiency in the air transportation industry, there has been an increasing demand for reducing the weight and improving high-speed durability of pneumatic tires for aircraft. In order to meet this demand, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-8-207510, a pneumatic radial tire including a radial carcass, a belt, and a tread is provided. (1) The belt is on the side close to the carcass. (2) The inner belt intersects the tire equator plane at an angle A of 5 to 15 degrees and bends at both ends of the belt while zigzagging. (3) The outer belt intersects the tire equatorial plane at an angle B larger than the angle A and is cut at both ends of the belt. The outer cord consists of multiple outer belt plies embedded in rubber. (4) The width of the inner belt is a regular rim. The ground contact width is about the same or slightly larger than when the regular internal pressure is filled in the tire after assembling the rim, and the ground contact width is about 0.9 to 1.15. (5) The outer belt The width is 0.6 to 0.85 of a ground contact width when a normal rim is filled in a normal rim and a normal load is applied to the normal rim and a normal load is applied. Preferably, in the vicinity of both ends of the outer belt, the distance between the cord on the innermost belt ply in the radial direction and the cord on the innermost belt ply in the radial direction is equal to or larger than the cord diameter of the outer belt ply. A pneumatic radial tire for aircraft, which is characterized by the above, has been proposed, and the intended purpose has been achieved.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In JP-A-8-207510, the distance between the outermost belt ply cord in the radial direction and the innermost belt ply cord in the radial direction in the conventional pneumatic radial tire for aircraft as described above is disclosed. It is disclosed that the cord diameter of the outer belt ply is larger than that of the outer belt ply, which is useful for obtaining a pneumatic radial tire for aircraft that suppresses or prevents belt separation failure and has excellent high-speed durability. Yes. However, a specific method for ensuring the distance between such codes is not disclosed. Aircraft pneumatic tires are strongly demanded to be lighter, so the rubber sheet for securing the distance between the cords is naturally made as small as possible in width and thickness. It must be placed only where needed at the end of the belt. Depending on the arrangement of the rubber sheet between the narrow widths, a step may be formed at the inner end in the tire axial direction of the rubber sheet, and the end of the outer separation belt layer jumps up under the influence of the step, and distortion occurs at the jumped end. There is a problem of local concentration and causing separation failure. In a normal tire, the above steps are leveled by stitching work that can be put in the tire molding process, but the cords extending in the circumferential direction while being zigzag by being bent at both ends of the belt are embedded in rubber. In aircraft radial radial tires with an inner endless belt layer, the rigidity of the inner endless belt layer is so great that the above steps cannot be leveled by the stitching operation, and the outer separation belt A tire is produced in which the end of the layer springs up, causing a problem of separation failure.
[0004]
In addition, aircraft tires, when a predetermined amount of tread rubber is worn, are buffed to remove the remaining old tread rubber, etc., and so-called retreaded tire base tires are manufactured. Tread rubber, reinforced fabric layer, cushion rubber, etc. are pasted and reused as retreaded tires. When this renewed tire is used and the tread rubber is worn out by a predetermined amount, the remaining old tread rubber is buffed and removed from the tire, and new tread rubber is pasted. , Repeatedly reused. In this way, aircraft tires are typically renewed and reused at least 5-6 times. In the case of the tire with the end of the outer separation belt layer bounced up as described above, the cord of the bounce-up part is exposed in the process of buffing and removing the old tread rubber remaining to regenerate the tire. As a result, there may be a problem that the tire's retreadability is impaired.
[0005]
The object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and maintain the weight reduction of the tire, while maintaining the weight reduction of the tire, and the pneumatic radial for the aircraft excellent in durability and retreadability (rehabilitation).・ To provide tires.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a tire according to the present invention is a pneumatic radial tire including a radial carcass, a belt and a tread. (1) The belt is close to an inner belt and a tread on a side close to the carcass. (2) The inner belt is composed of a plurality of endless belt layers in which cords extending substantially in the circumferential direction are zigzag by being bent at both ends of the belt and embedded in rubber. ) The outer belt is composed of at least two cross-separating belt layers in which cords cut at both ends of the belt are embedded in rubber, and (4) a pair of right and left between the end portions of the inner belt and the outer belt. (5) the inner edge P in the tire axial direction of the inter-belt rubber sheet is (6) the end of the second to nth belt layers forming the outer side belt, which is arranged at a peripheral distance of 7 mm or more away from the edge Q1 of the innermost first belt layer of the side belt in the tire axial direction. The edges Q2 to Qn are arranged so as to avoid a region in the vicinity of 1 to 6 mm in peripheral distance from the inner edge P in the tire axial direction of the rubber sheet between the belts to the outer side in the tire axial direction. This is a pneumatic radial tire for aircraft.
[0007]
In the present specification, the “crossing and separating belt” means at least two rubber-coated cord layers formed by embedding a plurality of cords cut at both ends of the belt in the coated rubber, in the code direction. It means a belt formed by laminating tire equator lines at an acute angle with respect to the circumferential direction of the tire so as to be opposite to each other, and there are many cord end portions at both ends of the belt.
[0008]
In order to achieve the above object, in the tire of the present invention, the
[0009]
In order to achieve the above object, in the tire of the present invention, at least a pair of thin left and right thin interlayer rubber sheets are disposed between the end portions of the belt layer forming the outer belt, and the interlayer The inner edge R of the rubber sheet in the tire axial direction is separated from the edge Q of the belt layer arranged adjacent to the outer side in the radial direction of the interlayer rubber sheet by a peripheral distance of 7 mm or more in the tire axial direction. When there is a remaining belt layer that forms the outer belt on the radially outer side of the belt layer that is disposed and is disposed adjacent to the radially outer side of the interlayer rubber sheet, the edge of the remaining belt layer Q is preferably arranged so as to avoid a region in the vicinity of 1 to 6 mm in peripheral distance from the inner end edge R of the interlayer rubber sheet to the outer side in the tire axial direction.
[ 0010 ]
In order to achieve the above object, in the tire of the present invention, the inter-belt rubber sheet is a thin rubber sheet having a thickness of 0.3 to 3 mm , and the interlayer rubber sheet is thick. A thin rubber sheet having a thickness of 0.3 to 3 mm is preferable. In order to manufacture the tire of the present invention provided with the inter-belt rubber sheet and the interlayer rubber sheet, the intermediate rubber sheet is formed by attaching a narrow squeegee rubber layer separately in the molding process. However, the belt coating / rubber layer may be partially built up. In addition, the rubber sheet between these may be the same rubber as the coating rubber of the belt, or may be a different rubber.
[ 0011 ]
The radial tire for aircraft according to the present invention is configured as described above, and in particular, a pair of left and right thin rubber belts between the belts are arranged between the end portions of the inner belt and the outer belt. The inner edge P in the tire axial direction of the inter-belt rubber sheet is disposed at a periphery distance of 7 mm or more from the end Q1 of the innermost first belt layer of the outer belt in the tire axial direction. The remaining edges Q2 to Qn of the remaining second to n-th belt layers forming the outer belt are in the vicinity of 1 to 6 mm in peripheral distance from the inner edge P in the tire axial direction of the rubber sheet between the belts in the tire axial direction. Since it arrange | positions so that an area | region may be avoided, the malfunction by the code | cord | chord of the above outer side cutting | disconnection belt layers jumping up is eliminated.

In the separation resistance evaluation test, the test tire was filled with an internal pressure of 13.6 kg /
[ 0025]
As a result of the evaluation test of the separation resistance, the tires of Examples 1 to 3 had no abnormality after 1000 cycles and 1500 cycles, but the tire of Comparative Example 1 had no abnormality after 1000 cycles. After 1500 cycles, separation was found at 8 places on the circumference, and in the tire of Comparative Example 2, separation was found at 1 place on the circumference after 1000 cycles, and separation occurred almost all the way after 1500 cycles. It was. As a result of the above-described evaluation test of retreadability (rehabilitation), no cord exposure occurred in the tires of Examples 1 to 3, but cord exposure occurred in the tires of Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
[ 0026 ]
The results of the above evaluation test are shown in Table 1 together with an outline of the test tire.
