Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an axle device that is employed in various industrial vehicles such as a construction vehicle in which a bucket device (working device) is mounted on a front portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a large construction vehicle, a propeller shaft from a transmission (drive unit side) is linked to an input side (drive pinion gear) of an axle device such as a front axle or a rear axle. Such a conventional axle device is configured by incorporating a differential and a wet multi-plate brake device into a differential body. In the wet multi-plate brake device, the brake disc and the brake ring whose temperature has increased during braking are cooled by the lubricating oil.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above-described conventional configuration, the heat generated in the multi-plate brake device portion is difficult to diffuse, and the temperature rise (overheating) in the multi-plate brake device portion is conspicuous. As a result, problems such as a reduction in braking ability and deterioration of the brake disc occur. For this, it is conceivable to circulate the lubricating oil by incorporating a pump, but in this case, the whole axle device is increased in size and cost.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an axle device that can automatically supply lubricating oil to a multi-plate brake device with a simple structure and low cost. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, in the axle device according to
[0006]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the invention, the rotation of the propeller shaft can be transmitted to the pair of axle shafts via a differential or the like, and the desired braking action can be performed by the operation of the multi-plate brake device. At that time, in the ring gear, the lubricating oil is picked up at the time of forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the picked-up lubricating oil can be collected by the first oil gutter through one of the collection receiving portions , The lubricating oil that has passed through the collection receiving portion can be collected without passing through by colliding with the baffle body. The lubricating oil collected by the first oil gutter in this way is made to flow in the front-rear direction in the bowl- shaped main body, and then flows out from the outflow opening at the end to the second oil gutter , and from the second oil gutter to the multi-plate It can flow on the brake device. Thereby, the multi-plate brake device can be cooled by the lubricating oil. Furthermore, after the first oil gutter is positioned in the differential body through the opening, the cover body is fixed to the differential body side, so that the first oil gutter can be disposed so as to be opposed to a desired height above the ring gear. The two oil gutters can be fixed to the differential body side after being positioned in the differential body through the opening.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the rotation of the propeller shaft can be transmitted to the pair of axle shafts through a differential or the like, and the desired braking action can be performed by the operation of the multi-plate brake device. At that time, in the ring gear, the lubricating oil is picked up at the time of forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the picked up lubricating oil can be collected by the first oil gutter through one of the collecting receiving portions , and at this time, it is picked up and collected. Lubricating oil that has passed through the receiving portion can be collected without passing through by colliding with the baffle body. After the lubricating oil collected by the first oil gutter in this way flows in the front-rear direction in the bowl- shaped main body, it can flow out from the opening for discharge to the second oil gutter , and from the second oil gutter to the multi-plate The multi-plate brake device can be cooled by flowing (supplying) on the brake device.
[0027]
In this way, the multi-plate brake device can be efficiently cooled by the circulating lubricating oil, so that the heat generated in the multi-plate brake device portion is diffused to suppress the temperature rise in the multi-plate brake device portion. Can do. As a result, in the multi-plate brake device, it is possible to always expect a suitable braking ability and to suppress deterioration of the brake disc. In addition, the flow of the lubricating oil can be automatically performed by utilizing the intended forward and reverse rotation of the ring gear, so that the axle device can be constructed simply and inexpensively without increasing the size of the whole. it can. Further, the first oil gutter can be disposed so as to be opposed to the ring gear at a desired height by fixing the cover body to the differential body side after being positioned in the differential body through the opening. The oil gutter can be fixed to the differential body side after being positioned in the differential body through the opening.
