BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a widening method of an existing tunnel, and can be safely constructed when performing a work for widening the cross section of an existing tunnel as a live line work, and using a lining member made of precast concrete for lining a new tunnel The present invention relates to a widening method for an existing tunnel that can efficiently construct a secondary lining for a new tunnel by continuous construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, cross-section widening of existing tunnels has been carried out in various places to cope with the renovation of aging mountain tunnels or the increase in cross-section and lanes associated with increased traffic. These widening works are often carried out in the existing tunnels in a live line work that takes into account the traffic volume (the work is carried out in parallel while enabling vehicle traffic). In this live line construction, it is necessary to provide a protective work so that ordinary vehicles can safely pass through the existing tunnel and the new tunnel under construction. Conventionally, in many similar types of construction, a stationary general vehicle protection structure (hereinafter referred to as a protector) that covers the construction area by moving in accordance with the progress of the widening construction or the stationary construction covering the entire length of the tunnel is used. Yes.
[0003]
Conventional ordinary protectors were assembled by covering the roof and side surfaces of a steel-type frame with a predetermined strength with an internal section set to ensure the vehicle limit or building limit of an existing tunnel with steel plates. It is a steel structure, and ordinary vehicles run in a protector installed in a construction area from a part of an existing tunnel to a new tunnel under construction. In addition, construction vehicles such as excavation excavation dump trucks, concrete transport vehicles for secondary lining concrete construction and formwork centles, follow the progress of construction (progress of face) in the widened new tunnel, Drive across the upper part of the protector from the existing tunnel.
[0004]
By the way, the applicant relates to a continuous construction method of a tunnel, and a lateral bearing method that enables rational continuous laying of a precast concrete product such as a box culvert using a bearing ball as a friction reducing means (see Patent Document 1). Is developing. In addition, using this as a basic technology, a continuous construction method for tunnels in which a large number of unit-width precast concrete members are connected in the extending direction has also been proposed (see Patent Document 2). By these inventions, it was realized that the tunnel structure was continuously constructed by pulling the arch member quickly while stabilizing the stress state of the arch member made of precast concrete installed in the tunnel.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-described hot-wire construction, it is possible to design, for example, to adopt an arch-shaped member made of precast concrete as a lining member as a secondary lining of the tunnel, It is also possible to carry it in and install it. However, in the existing tunnel widening work, various improvements are necessary in order to make the construction proceed quickly without hindering general traffic. For example, when the ground to be widened in a new tunnel is poor, the side wall advanced tunneling method is adopted to ensure the support of the upper half arch during upper excavation (eg steel support + shotcrete). It is necessary to construct a foundation abutment in the shaft and install a leg support for the upper half arch on it. Moreover, it is necessary to install the lining member in such a structure that the flow of the load from the upper half arch can be transmitted to the foundation abutment in the advanced guiding shaft and the invert for closing the tunnel ring. At this time, in order to continuously construct the lining member, it is desirable to take a measure for introducing the lateral pulling means using the bearing ball as the friction reducing means on the basic abutment as described above.
[0007]
In addition, as a protector installed in a construction area from a part of an existing tunnel to a new tunnel under construction, a protector manufactured to a specified unit length according to the progress of construction is carried on a special carriage. Or a rail that has been laid in advance in an existing tunnel, and a protector equipped with a wheel travel device on the leg is moved to cover the construction area as the construction progresses. . However, with the type that uses a special carriage to carry the protector into the tunnel, there is a problem that it takes time and labor to load the protector, which is a heavy object assembled outside the mine, or to load and unload it inside the tunnel. is there. In addition, the protector is designed to be sturdy and heavy because various construction machines work on the roof. For this reason, a large traveling device is required to enable rail traveling.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to ensure smooth and stable travel of the protector in the tunnel and to quickly construct the secondary lining of the new tunnel, thereby improving the work efficiency of each construction process of tunnel excavation and lining work. It is to provide a widening method of an existing tunnel that can greatly improve the above.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention allows a part of an existing tunnel and a construction area connected to the existing tunnel to pass through by supporting a leg portion of an arch support on a foundation abut constructed in an advanced guide shaft. In the widening method of the existing tunnel that constructs a new tunnel by widening the cross section of the existing tunnel while protecting the general vehicle with a protector, a recess that can accommodate a spherical body in a part of the top end surface of the concrete block of the foundation abutment Is installed continuously in the tunnel extension direction, and a plurality of spherical bodies are distributed in the recesses of the rail, and the secondary cover is installed inside the primary lining of the existing construction at the tunnel wellhead position. Assembling the lining member to be a part of the work, moving the lining member to the installation position in the back of the tunnel using rolling of the spherical body in the rail, In addition to connecting the leg portions of the lining members to the inverted corner invert at the attachment position, the back surface of the lining members and the leg space are filled with a backfill material to complete the secondary lining. .
[0010]
The rail has a substantially L-shaped cross section with a bottom surface and an elevation wall, and a spherical body is accommodated in a step formed on the surface of the elevation wall, and a lower end of the outer surface of the lining member abuts on the spherical body. It is preferable to prevent movement of the leg portion of the lining member in the outward direction.
[0011]
As another invention, a leg of an arch support is supported on a foundation abut built in an advanced guide shaft, and a part of an existing tunnel and a general vehicle passing through a construction area connected to the existing tunnel are protected. In the widening method of the existing tunnel, in which the cross section of the existing tunnel is widened while protecting it with a rail, the rail roadbed concrete is placed on the paved surface of the existing tunnel in the tunnel extension direction, and the rail roadbed concrete is A rail having a recess capable of accommodating a spherical body is continuously installed in a part of the top end surface in the tunnel extending direction, and a plurality of spherical bodies are dispersed and disposed in the recess in the rail, on the spherical body The legs of the protector are placed, and the legs of the protector are moved to the back of the tunnel in accordance with the progress of excavation of the tunnel by using the rolling of the spherical body in the rail. To.

【The invention's effect】
As mentioned above, when constructing a new tunnel by widening the cross section of an existing tunnel as a live-line construction, the protector carrying the construction machine can be moved smoothly as the tunnel face advances. The arch member made of precast concrete for the new tunnel can be assembled and transported and installed in the new tunnel as a secondary lining lining member in a structurally stable state, thus improving safety and construction efficiency. There is an effect that the widening work of the tunnel becomes possible.
