【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、支持具付抽出バッグ及びその製造用シート複合体に関するものである。更に詳しく述べるならば、本発明は、抽出バッグを、抽出容器上に安定して載置し、簡単な操作で抽出バッグを開口し、安全に抽出を行うことができる支持具付抽出バッグ、及びこの支持具付抽出バッグを、容易にかつ効率よく製造することができる支持具付抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
実公昭60−7623号及び特開平8−33572号には、フィルター製袋体と、厚紙製ホルダーとを一体化し、ホルダーを折り曲げて支持具を組み立て、袋体内の被抽出物に抽出を施すことが可能な抽出用具が開示されている。

また、特開平11−285443号には、厚質シートの中心線中央部に中心孔を設け、この中央部の中心孔の外側に、この中心線を上方に折曲げることを可能にする押罫線を設け、中心孔の両外側部に、中心線と直交し、前記押罫線を介して、下方向に折り曲げ可能な1対の支持片を設け、前記中心孔の全周縁裏側に、濾紙からなる袋体の上縁部を接着して形成したコーヒー等飲料の簡易抽出用具が開示されている。

しかしながら従来の支持具付抽出バッグの製造には、先ず袋体を製造し、これを支持具に組み合わせて固着し、この袋体に被抽出材料を充填し、充填口を封止するという別々の3工程を必要としていた。そこで、上記3工程を単一工程において連続的に実施して製造できる新しい支持具付抽出バッグの出現が強く望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はコーヒーなどの被抽出材料を収容した抽出バッグを、抽出容器中又は上に安定して支持することができ、簡単な操作で抽出バッグを開口することができ、かつ抽出操作を安全に実施することができる支持具付抽出バッグ、並びにこの支持具付抽出バッグを、簡単な工程で、容易に、かつ高い効率をもって製造することができる支持具付抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(1)は、透水濾過性のシート材料により形成され、被抽出材料を収容している袋本体と、耐水性シート材料により形成され、前記袋本体の支持具を形成する支持部材とを有し、
前記袋本体は、前記透水濾過性シートをその中心線に沿って半折して形成された正・背面両部を有し、この正・背両面部は、その一端縁において、互いに連続しており、かつその他の端縁においてそれぞれ接合封止されており、かつ
前記支持部材は、その中心線に沿って半折されていて、かつ前記袋本体の正・背両面部の外側に重ね合わされた正・背両面部を有し、この支持部材正・背両面部は、その上端縁において互いに連続しており、かつ互いに対称形をなしていて、前記支持部材の連続上端縁は、前記袋本体の連続上端縁上に重ね合わされている抽出バッグであって、
(1)前記支持部材の正・背面部は、それぞれ前記連続上端縁を介して互いに連続している連続頭部と、それに連続している脚部とからなり、前記支持体正・背面部の頭部の中央部分と、それに重ね合わされている前記袋本体の正・背面部の上部の中央部分とは、この中央部分に形成された四辺形状の連続又は不連続接着線域において互に接着されており、
(2)前記支持部材の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側に、支持部材正・背面拡開部が設けられていて、この支持部材正・背面拡開部には、前記連続上端縁にほぼ平行に伸びる正・背面横手切り込み線と、この正・背面横手切り込み線の左右両端から、切断可能な連続部を介して、又は直接に、前記連続上端縁に向って伸びる正・背面長手左右切り込み線と、前記支持部材連続上端縁のほぼ中点において互に連続し、かつ、前記正・背面横手切り込み線のほぼ中央部分の間に伸びる正・背面長手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部とが形成されていて、
(3)前記支持部材正・背面長手左右切り込み線の、前記連続上端縁に対向している両末端点の中間区間は、切断されることなく連続していて、正・背面左右連続部を形成しており、
(4)前記袋本体の正・背面連続上部の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側には、それに重ね合わされた支持部材正・背面拡開部の前記横手切り込み線、長手左右切り込み線、及び長手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部(ミシン目又は不連続切り込み線を含む)に重なり合う各部分に、この部分を切り裂き可能にする1本以上の切り裂き用ミシン目又は不連続切り込み線が形成されており、
(5)前記支持部材の正・背面拡開部の、前記連続上端縁と前記中央切り込み線により区画される四部分の各々が、それに重なり合う前記袋本体の正・背面部に、それぞれ少なくとも1個の接着域において接着されており、
(6)前記支持部材の正・背面脚部のそれぞれの下端の中央部分に、下方に向って伸び出ている少なくとも1個の中央係合突起部が形成されていることを特徴とし、
それによって、前記支持体正・背面脚部下端を、その中央係合突起部を抽出容器の開口上縁部の内側に差し込みながらこの抽出容器開口上縁部上に載置し、前記支持部材正・背面拡開部に対し、その正・背面左右連続部を拡開軸として、前記長手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部の左右両側部分を内側に押し込んで、前記支持部材及び袋本体の拡開部を同時に拡開・開口し、かつ、袋本体の開口状態を、前記拡開口された支持部材拡開部により保持することができるものである。
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(1)において、前記支持部材正・背両面部の各々の脚部の下端の左右両端部に、下方に伸び出た左右係合突起部がさらに形成されていることが好ましい。
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(1)において、前記袋本体の幅の最大値が前記支持体の幅の最大値より大きいことが好ましい。
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ製造用複合体(1)は、透水濾過性シート部材と、このシート部材上に、互いに平行に配置された複数個の支持部材とを有し、
これらの支持部材は、その横手中心線と、前記シート部材の長手中心線とが、合致するように前記シート材料上に配置されており、かつ、
前記支持部材の各々は、その横手中心線の両側において対称形をなす2半部からなり、この2半部は前記横手中心線において互に連続しており、
前記シート部材上の各支持部材を、その横手中心線を水平方向においてみたとき、
(1)前記支持部材は、前記横手中心線において互に連続する頭部と、それに連続してその上下端から上・下方向に伸びる上下両脚部とを有し、
(2)前記支持体頭部の中央部分は、四辺形状の連続又は不連続接着線域において前記シート部材に接着されており、
(3)前記支持体の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側に、拡開部が形成されていて、この支持体拡開部が、横手支持体中心線にほゞ平行に、互に離間して伸びる2本の横方向切り込み線と、この横方向切り込み線の左右両端から、前記横手中心線に向って伸びる2本の縦方向左右切り込み線と、前記横手中心線を横切って、前記2本の横方向切り込み線のほゞ中央部分の間に伸びる長手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部とを有し、
(4)前記長手左右切り込み線の前記横手中心線を介して互に対向する両末端点は、互に離間していて、その中間区間に連続部が形成されており、
(5)前記シート材料の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側の、前記支持部材の拡開部の、前記支持部材横手切り込み線、長手左右切り込み線及び、前記横手切り込み線に連続する長手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部に重なり合う各部分に、前記シート材料を切り裂き可能にする1本以上の切り裂き用ミシン目又は不連続切り込み線が形成されており、
(6)前記支持部材の拡開部の、前記横手中心線と長手中心線により4分される各区画部分と、それに重なる前記シート材料部分とが少なくとも1個の、接着域によって接着されており、
(7)前記支持部材の両脚部のそれぞれの中央部分に、外側に伸び出ている少なくとも1個の中央係合突起が形成されている、

(5)前記支持部材の正・背面拡開部の、前記連続上端縁と前記中央切り込み線により区画される四部分の各々が、それに重なり合う前記袋本体の正・背面部に、それぞれ少なくとも1個の接着域において接着されており、

本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(2)において、前記支持部材正・背両面部の各々の脚部の下端の左右両端部に、下方に伸び出た左右係合突起部がさらに形成されていることが好ましい。
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(2)において、前記袋本体の幅の最大値が前記支持部材の幅の最大値より大きいことが好ましい。
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ製造用シート複合体(2)は、透水濾過性シート部材と、このシート部材上に、互いに平行に配置された複数個の支持部材とを有し、
これらの支持部材は、その横手中心線と、前記シート部材の長手中心線とが、合致するように前記シート材料上に配置されており、かつ、
前記支持部材の各々は、その横手中心線の両側において対称形をなす2半部からなり、この2半部は前記横手中心線において互に連続しており、
前記シート部材上の各支持部材を、その横手中心線を水平方向においてみたとき、
(1)前記支持部材は、前記横手中心線において互に連続する頭部と、それに連続してその上下端から上・下方向に伸びる上下両脚部とを有し、
(2)前記支持体頭部の中央部分は、四辺形状の連続又は不連続接着線域において前記シート部材に接着されており、
(3)前記支持体の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側に、拡開部が形成されていて、この支持体拡開部が、横手支持体中心線にほゞ直角をなす方向に、それと交差しかつ互に離間して伸びる2本の長手方向切り込み線と、この長手方向切り込み線の上下両端から、前記横手中心線にほゞ平行に、かつ互に対向して伸びる4本の横手切り込み線と、前記長手方向切り込み線のほゞ中央部の間に前記横手中心線にほゞ平行に、伸びる横手方向中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部とを有し、
(4)前記横手切り込み線の前記長手中心線を介して互に対向する両末端点は、互に離間していて、その中間区間に連続部が形成されており、
(5)前記シート材料の四辺形状連続又は不連続接着線域の内側の、前記支持部材の拡開部の、前記支持部材長手切り込み線、横手切り込み線及び前記長手切り込み線に連続する中央連続又は不連続切り込み線或は中央切り欠き部に重なり合う部分に、前記シート材料を切り裂き可能にする1本以上の切り裂き用ミシン目又は不連続切り込み線が形成されており、
(6)前記支持部材の拡開部の、前記長手中心線と横手中心線により4分される各区画部分と、それに重なる前記シート材料部分とが少なくとも1個の、接着域によって接着されており、
(7)前記支持部材の両脚部のそれぞれの中央部分に、外側に伸び出ている少なくとも1個の中央係合突起が形成されている、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の支持具付抽出バッグ(1)の支持具を形成する支持部材の構成は下記の通りである。
図1は支持部材付抽出バッグを、支持部材の横手中心軸の両側に展開したときの平面形状を示すものであって、支持部材1は、その横手中心線2の両側(図1においては上下両側)において、対称形をなす2半部1a,1bからなり、この2半部1a,1bは、横手中心線2において互いに連続している。

図2−(C)に示されている支持部材拡開部10においては、長手方向中央切り欠き部13Bが、図2−(B)の長手方向中央切り欠き部13Aよりも広い幅をもって形成されており、図2−(D)に示されている支持部拡開部10において、長手方向中央切り欠き部13Cは中央部において狭く、横手切り込み線11a,11bに近づくにつれて広くなる形状、例えばX字状輪郭を有しており、図2−(E)に示されている支持部拡開部10において、長手方向中央切り欠き部13Dは、中央部において広く、横手切り込み線11a,11bに連続する部分において狭い形状例えば壺状輪郭を有している。本発明の抽出バッグ(1)において、支持部材拡開部10の長手方向中央切り欠き部は、支持部材拡開部の作用効果を達成し得る限り、上記図2−(B)〜(E)に示した例に拘らず、他の適宜の形状に形成することができる。

図3には、図1において、支持部材1と重ね合わされた袋本体を展開したとき、シート材料5に形成される引き裂き用ミシン目又は不連続切り込み線(以下切り裂き用ミシン目と記す)の一例が示されている。この切り裂き用ミシン目は、図3に示されているように、横手中心線2に平行な、互に離間した横手ミシン目21a,21bと、その左右両端から横手中心線に向って伸びている長手左右ミシン目22a−1,22a−2,22b−1,22b−2と、横手ミシン目21a,21bのほゞ中点を結ぶ中央ミシン目23とからなり、これらは互いに連続しており、長手左右ミシン目の、横手中心線2を介して対向している末端の間の区間は、切り裂き用ミシン目を施されることなく左右連続部24−1,24−2が形成されている。これらの切り裂き用ミシン目は一列に形成されていてもよく、或は2列以上に形成されていてもよく、2列以上のミシン目は互に平行であることが好ましいが、互に交差していてもよい。ミシン目が2列以上に形成されていると、抽出バッグを拡開、開口するとき、袋本体の切り裂き開口が容易になり、かつ確実になる。シート材料5は、その切り裂き用ミシン目の外側に形成された四辺形状接着線域(図3には図示されていない)において、支持部材に接着されており、また、シート材料5の横手ミシン目、長手左右ミシン目及び左右連続部により区画される部分の横手中心線2及び長手中心線6により区画される4個の区画部は(図3に示されていない)、それに重ね合わされる支持部材1の拡開部の4区画部に、それぞれ1個以上の接着域(図示されていない)において接着される。

さらに図4に示されているように、支持部材拡開部の左右外側に折り込み線20−1,20−2が形成されていると、支持部材を拡開するときに、この折り込み線に沿って、その外側部分を内側に折り込むことにより、支持部材の拡開状態を確実に維持することができる。

図5に示された支持具は抽出バッグにおいて、その支持部材正・背面部の各々の脚部の中央係合突起部には、その中央に中央凹部49a,49bが形成されていて、その左右両側に、1対の中央部左右係合突起部50a−1,50a−2,50b−1,50b−2が形成され、この中央部左右係合突起部とその外側の左右係合突起部46a−1,46a−2,46b−1,46b−2との間に、左右係合凹部47a−1,47a−2,47b−1,47b−2が形成される。このような中央部左右係合突起部は、それを抽出容器開口部上縁端の内側に差し込れたとき、抽出容器の内壁面に沿って容易に屈曲してこれに密着し、支持部材の載置状態を安定化することができる。
また図5において、左右係合突起体46a−1と46a−2、46b−1と46b−2はそれぞれ、係合連結部48a,48bにより連結されておりそれによって支持部材の載置状態をさらに安定化することができる。

図7においてシート複合体51を、その長手中心線55に沿って半折し、かつその重ね合わされた側縁部を、接着機61により接合しながら、製袋機(図示されていない)に供給する。半折されたシート複合体51の1個の支持部材53を含む部分51Aが製袋機の製袋、被抽出材料充填作業位置に来たとき、このシート複合体部分51Aと、その下流に隣り合うシート複合体部分51Bの間の部分(間隔部)において、重ね合わされたシート部材間隔部をベルト状に接着し、このベルト状接着部を切断する。このとき、図7に示されているような接着切断機62を用いてベルト状接着部のシート部材端縁に近い部分を直線状に接着し、これを接着部中央部において切断する。接着部の形状はY字状であってもよく、このときは接着部をY字状に切断し、その分岐する2辺の間の三角形部分を、切断クズとして、除去(例えば吸引除去)してもよい。この接着切断機62は、シート部材が溶融接着可能な合成繊維を含有している場合、図7に示されているような、超音波ホーン(加熱部材)64と、それに対向し、直線状接着・切断面を有するアンビル65とを有するものであってもよい。

図8において、抽出容器(カップ)67の上端縁部68上に、支持具付抽出カップ(1)69が載置されている。この載置に当り、支持具付抽出バッグ(1)69の支持体33の1対の正・背面脚部45a,45bを開き、この脚部の中央係合突起部41a(41b)を容器67の内側に差し入れ、脚部の左右端部が容器上端縁上に位置するように載置する。脚部に左右係合突起部46a,46b及び左右係合凹部47a,47bが形成されているときは、脚部の中央係合突起部41a,41bを、容器(カップ)67の上端縁への内側に差し入れ、左右両係合突起部46a,46bを容器の外側に位置するようにして、係合凹部47a,47bに容器上端縁部68が差し込まれるようにすれば、支持部材は、抽出容器上端縁部に係合して安定に保持される。また、図4に示されているように中央係合突起体にはその中央部に中央凹部が形成されている場合は、その外側の中央部左右係合突起部を抽出容器の内側に差し入れ、またその外側の左右係合突起部が係合連結部により連結されている場合は、これを抽出容器の外側に位置させて、中央係合突起部との間に抽出容器開口部上縁端を挟むようにする。
