Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel injection valve, and more particularly to a structure of a fuel injection valve that promotes atomization of fuel injection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of fuel injection valve, for example, a fuel injection valve that is provided in an intake pipe of an internal combustion engine and injects fuel is known (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-277773). According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-277773, a flow path is formed in cooperation with the inner peripheral wall of the nozzle body in the direction of a measuring member (a so-called nozzle hole plate, hereinafter referred to as the tip of the nozzle body). The extension line of the outer periphery of the tip of the nozzle needle is arranged outside the circumscribed circle of the inlet side openings of the plurality of nozzle holes provided at the tip of the nozzle body, and fuel is supplied to the tip of the nozzle body. After hitting, a flow toward the center along the tip of the nozzle body is formed, and the fuel is discharged from the nozzle hole arranged on the way to the center.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional structure as described above, in the case where it is desired to increase the number of holes by increasing the number of injection holes, consideration for improving the degree of freedom of the arrangement position of the injection holes provided at the tip of the nozzle body is not sufficient.
[0004]
In recent years, in order to improve the performance of internal combustion engines and to reduce emissions of exhaust gas, there has been a demand for improved fuel vaporization rate and reduced adhesion of injected fuel into the intake pipe (so-called intake pipe inner wall wet). In addition, a spray that can be atomized with high atomization is desired.
[0005]
In order to form a fuel spray that the injected fuel does not become a liquid column and can prevent a wet state of the inner wall of the intake pipe, when arranged with multiple injection holes at the tip of the nozzle body, depending on the arrangement position of the injection holes, When the flow of fuel introduced into each nozzle hole or the flow velocity is different, the atomization degree between the nozzle holes is different and the atomization is nonuniform. In addition, when the flow rate is slow, there may be a problem that atomization deteriorates.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances. Therefore, the first object is to improve the fuel flow rate so as to flow into the nozzle hole inlet, thereby enabling the atomization of the spray. To provide a valve.
[0007]
A second object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve capable of stabilizing the fuel flow while increasing the flow rate of the fuel flowing into the nozzle hole inlet.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first and second aspects, the guide hole, the plurality of nozzle holes formed at the tip of the hole, the nozzle body having the valve seat portion on the upstream side of the nozzle hole, and the guide hole are slid. In a fuel injection valve having a movable fitting portion and a nozzle needle having a contact portion that can be separated and contacted with a valve seat portion, a plurality of injection nozzles disposed at the tip end portion of the guide hole of the nozzle body The axis of the hole is deviated with respect to the axial direction of the fuel injection valve, and the same direction as the swirl direction of the fuel flow formed by the fitting portion with respect to the tangential direction in contact with the circumferential circle of the fuel injection valve In addition, the angle of the fuel injection valve in the direction opposite to the axial center of the fuel injection valve is deviated at the injection hole inlet side and annularly arranged on the circle, so that the flow of fuel flowing into the injection hole inlet is changed to the deviated injection hole. As a result, it is possible to rectify in the circumferential direction around the axis of the fuel injection valve. For this reason, by rectifying the flow of the fuel flowing into the nozzle hole inlet, it is possible to prevent fluid loss that occurs when fuel having different flow directions flows into the nozzle hole inlet.

In addition, when a plurality of nozzle holes are arranged in a polycyclic shape at the tip, if the adjacent nozzle holes are arranged so that the circumferential azimuths are different, the respective circumferential flows flowing into the adjacent nozzle holes are It is desirable because it can prevent interference.
[0010]
According to
[0011]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the corner portion of the flow path formed by the flow path for changing the fuel flow direction, in particular, the guide hole, the tip portion, and the valve seat portion connecting the hole and the tip portion is an obtuse angle. It is desirable. As a result, the flow of the fuel can reduce the fluid loss along the guide hole and the inner wall of the valve seat portion. Therefore, the fuel flow rate toward the nozzle hole inlet is increased without being reduced by the fluid loss. It becomes possible.
