BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a blast nozzle and a blasting apparatus, and more particularly to a blast nozzle and a blasting apparatus that can obtain a sufficient peeling effect without damaging a base.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The blasting process is a process in which solid particles are jetted onto a workpiece at a high speed to grind the surface of the workpiece or peel off the surface layer. The solid particles used at this time are called blast media (abrasives).
[0003]
Conventionally, sand is usually used as this blasting medium, but dedicated equipment for collecting the sand is required, and sand is scattered to the surroundings and sand to the sliding part of the machine. Use has been limited due to problems such as contamination.
In addition, since sand has a high Mohs altitude, it was easy to scratch metal materials.
[0004]
On the other hand, in order to solve these problems, sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate), which is a water-soluble blast medium, has been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-69668 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-55451).
[0005]
This uses a baking soda crystal and has an average particle size of 0.5 mm or less, and is mainly used for removing paint and removing dirt from metal surfaces and structures of aircraft and stainless steel equipment. When a water-soluble blast medium is used, there is an advantage that the blast medium after use can be dissolved and removed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional blasting treatment using sodium bicarbonate is merely used as a paint remover that replaces methylene chloride because of the ease of waste disposal.
[0007]
Therefore, this blasting treatment using sodium hydrogencarbonate is applied to the removal of white lines for pedestrian crossings in the form of lining plates with asphalt pavement, which conventionally used sandblasting or shot blasting with steel balls, Sand blasting cannot be used because the base material is an aluminum alloy, but when applied to the cleaning of airport lighting equipment that is heavily soiled, the stripping ability was not sufficient and the work took time. .
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a blast nozzle and a blasting device that can obtain a sufficient peeling effect without damaging the substrate.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, the present invention (Claim 1) is provided with a conduit into which a blast medium pressurized by a gas is introduced, a throttle portion that is throttled as the diameter of the pipeline goes to the tip, and a continuous portion to the throttle portion. A long nozzle having a rectangular parallelepiped passage formed therein, the opening diameter of the tip of the throttle portion being 2 to 20 times the average particle diameter of the blast medium, the long nozzle The passage height of the long nozzle is 2 to 10 times the average particle diameter of the blast medium, the passage width of the long nozzle is 3 to 10 times the height of the passage of the long nozzle, and the passage length of the long nozzle Is 10 to 50 times the opening diameter of the tip of the throttle part.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention (Claim 2), a pipe line into which a blast medium pressurized by a gas is introduced, a throttle part that is throttled as the diameter of the pipe line goes to the tip, and a continuous part to the throttle part are provided. A blast nozzle including a long nozzle in which a rectangular parallelepiped- shaped passage is formed, wherein an opening diameter at a tip of the throttle portion is 1 mm to 20 mm, and a height of the long nozzle passage is 2 mm to 10 mm. The width of the long nozzle passage is 3 to 10 times the height of the long nozzle passage, and the passage length of the long nozzle is 10 to 50 times the opening diameter of the tip of the throttle portion. Features.
[0011]
By comprising in this way, clogging of a blasting medium can be prevented, maintaining the flow by the pressurized gas optimally. And the peeling capability by a blasting medium can be improved and the amount of media consumption can be suppressed.
[0012]
Furthermore, the present invention (Claim 3) is provided with a rotating means for allowing the long nozzle to rotate with respect to the pipe line.
[0013]
The hose that pressurizes the pressurized gas and blasting media is usually thick, so adjusting the rotation direction around the flow direction of the nozzle connected to this requires physical force. Thereby, the direction of a long nozzle can be adjusted freely.
[0014]
Further, according to the present invention (Claim 4), a spray-like water film is formed around the blast medium mixed with the gas discharged from the end of the long nozzle passage to prevent the blast medium from scattering. A water guide tube is provided, and the tip of the water guide tube protrudes slightly ahead of the tip of the long nozzle.
[0015]
As described above, it is possible to prevent the blast media from being scattered without degrading the peeling ability by not making the flow paths of the water for preventing scattering and the blast media the same inside the nozzle.
[0016]
Furthermore, the present invention (invention 5) is characterized in that the blast media is composed of sodium hydrogen carbonate, and the average particle size of the blast media is 0.5 mm to 5 mm.
[0017]
Furthermore, the present invention (Claim 6) is a blasting apparatus including a pressurizing container for supplying a blasting medium pressurized by a gas to the blast nozzle according to any one of Claims 1 to 5. The pressurized container is provided with an insertion port into which the blast medium is introduced, a gas inlet nozzle that is disposed upward from the bottom and into which pressurized gas is introduced from the outside, and the gas inlet It is configured to include an internal pipe that faces the tip of the nozzle at a predetermined distance, introduces the gas and the blast medium mixed with the gas, and sends the gas toward the blast nozzle.
[0018]
By the above, mixing with the blasting medium by the pressurized gas is performed optimally, and peeling ability can be improved.
[0019]
Furthermore, the present invention (Claim 7) is characterized in that the object to be treated to be blasted by the blast nozzle is an epoxy resin adhesive and dirt adhered to an aluminum alloy that is soft and easily damaged by sandblasting. .
[0020]
As described above, the adhered epoxy resin adhesive and dirt can be easily removed without damaging the aluminum alloy.
[0021]
