BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shift device used in a projector or the like that modulates light from a light source with liquid crystal or DMD (R) (digital micromirror device) and projects an image on a screen with a projection lens.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent distortion of the image plane caused by tilting the projector due to restrictions on the installation location of the projector, etc., a video projector apparatus having a shift means for moving the projection lens in parallel with the image plane has been proposed. (Patent Document 1). The shift means is provided with a lead screw and a guide rod in parallel on the left and right sides of the projection lens, and a projection lens is moved in one direction by engaging a plate supporting the projection lens with the lead screw and the guide rod. .

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described example of the device described in the latter publication, a strong magnet and a strong spring are required to lock the heavy projection lens at an arbitrary position. For this reason, a strong force exceeding the locking force is required during the shift operation. When it is moved with a strong force, it is difficult to move it to an accurate position. Further, since the lens barrel is held and moved, the lens barrel may be deformed. Further, since the focus ring, the zoom ring, and the like are exposed on the lens barrel, they are rotated during the moving operation, and it is necessary to perform focus adjustment and zooming adjustment again after the moving operation is completed.
[0006]
In the example described later of the device described in the latter publication, the lens barrel is locked at an arbitrary position by tightly fitting the dovetail groove constituting the first mechanism and the rotating plate constituting the second mechanism. This also requires a strong force for the adjustment operation, and is difficult to make fine adjustments.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and can be easily locked so that a heavy lens barrel does not move, and can be easily and precisely adjusted when shifting the lens barrel, and also operated. An object of the present invention is to provide a projection lens shift device devised so as not to deform the lens barrel.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the projection lens shifting device of the present invention includes a main frame and having a plane perpendicular to the reference light axis of the projection lens; slide frame and to hold the projection lens; said slide frame - said arm was sandwiched between the main frame while supported movably along the surface, full les you position the slide frame in the reference optical axis direction - Mukaba and; conjunction with moving the tip up and down and right and left A lever for moving the slide frame along the surface; a lever button provided on the lever so as to be movable between a protruding position protruding from a tip of the lever and a pressing position pushed axially therefrom; One end that engages the lever button, the other end that presses the slide frame toward the main frame, and a spring. The bar button is pressed toward the protruding position, and the one end is interlocked with the lock position that locks the movement of the slide frame by pressing at the other end and the movement toward the pressing position of the lever button. And a locking means that is movably provided between the unlocking position for releasing the pressing at the other end and biased toward the locking position by the spring .

The slide frame to which the projection lens is attached is sandwiched between the main frame and the frame cover so as to be movable in a plane direction perpendicular to the reference optical axis, and the movement is locked by a locking means. The lock means is unlocked by moving the lever button provided at the end of the lever to the pushing position, and the slide frame moves between the main frame and the frame cover by moving the lever in a direction different from the moving direction of the lever button. And the projection lens moves. It is desirable to provide guide means for guiding the movement of the slide frame in two directions intersecting each other in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis.
[0010]
When the projection lens moves, the optical axis moves in parallel with the reference optical axis, and the projection optical axis tilts with respect to the reference optical axis to move the projection image. Here, the projection optical axis is an axis connecting the center of the display surface of the projection image and the lens principal point. The reference optical axis is an optical axis when the projection optical axis is orthogonal to the screen (image plane).
[0011]
As the lever, a tip and an abutting portion that abuts on the slide frame are arranged on an axis of a fulcrum portion attached to the main frame or the frame cover, and the fulcrum portion is centered in conjunction with the movement of the tip. It is desirable that the slide frame is moved along the surface by the abutting portion that moves as the shift operation can be performed while performing the unlocking operation.
[0012]
In addition, as the pushing direction of the lever button, an axial direction of the lever or a direction intersecting the axis of the lever can be considered. When pushing the lever button in the axial direction of the lever, the lever button may be arranged on the tip surface of the lever, or the cap is covered from the tip side of the lever, and the cap is moved in the axial direction with respect to the lever. It may be. Moreover, it is good also as a lever dial which moves a slide frame by rotating centering on the axis | shaft of a lever instead of a lever button.
[0013]
According to this, since the unlocking operation for unlocking the movement of the slide frame and the shift operation for moving the slide frame can be performed with the same member, the operation is simple. Further, since the operation is not performed with the lens barrel that holds the projection lens, there is no possibility of causing inconveniences such as moving the focus ring or deforming the lens barrel.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the projection lens shift device of the present invention, since the lock mechanism is provided, the movement of the projection lens can be reliably prevented. Moreover, since the lever button provided at the tip of the lever is used as an operation unit for unlocking, and the shift operation and the unlock operation are separately operated with the same operation member, the unlocking operation and the shifting operation can be easily performed. It can be carried out. Also, since the lever has a joystick (control lever) structure, the slide frame can be moved using the lever principle. Thereby, it is possible to accurately perform fine adjustment without requiring a strong force. In addition, since the lever is provided, the lens barrel that holds the projection lens is not touched. Therefore, the lens barrel can be prevented from being deformed as compared with the example described in the prior art, and the focus ring is inadvertently turned. It is possible to reliably prevent the focus from going crazy.
