Description
【0001】

The present invention relates to a pipe laying method performed in a non-cutting manner, and more particularly to a pipe laying method for laying a laid pipe at the same time as drilling a laying hole.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For laying various pipe materials on the ground such as gas pipes, water pipes, well pipes for purifying soil contamination, and injection pipes for injecting various chemicals, it is excellent for shortening the construction period and reducing human and cost burdens. Pipe laying method by excavation is often used. The flow molding method is known as a non-cutting type pipe laying method. In this method, when the propelling machine for propelling the drilling rod is installed on the ground and propelled with the drilling rod rotated, drilling is performed linearly, and the rotation of the drilling rod is stopped. When propelled, it can be propelled in any direction in response to earth pressure. The drilling rod has a built-in transmitter so that the excavation end position of the drilling rod in the ground can be detected. Therefore, in this flow molding method, the current position is checked by a transmitter and propulsion is performed linearly or curvedly by combining rotation and rotation stop of the drilling rod, for example, directly under an existing building or directly under a river. It can be very effective in laying pipe materials in places where excavation work is difficult.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, about laying various pipe materials on the ground by such a flow molding method, a drilling rod is dug from the penetration pit to form a pilot hole reaching the reaching mine. Then, the pilot hole is expanded by attaching a back reamer to the drilling rod at the exit side of the pilot hole, i.e., the reaching hole, and performing the pull-in propulsion in the return direction, thereby forming a laying hole having a hole diameter corresponding to the laying pipe. While laying pipes are laid.
[0004]
However, if it is necessary to carry out retraction with a back reamer in this way, it is essential to reciprocate between the pilot hole drilling and the laying hole drilling with the back reamer as the forward path. There was a limit that could not be overcome. In addition, this method requires a space for drilling or work on the arrival mine side, and there is a problem that the construction site is limited. Furthermore, for perforated pipes, such as ground pipes for groundwater purification and pumping and condensing groundwater, and injection pipes for injecting various chemicals, the end of the pipe is connected to the end of the mine like a gas pipe. In some cases, it is not necessary to connect the existing pipes to the existing pipes, and even if considering the functional aspects of those perforated pipes, there are many cases where it can be laid on the ground. Therefore, when laying pipes of this kind, it is very beneficial to reduce the burden on humans and costs if it is possible to abolish the access pit and dig only from the penetration pit and lay pipes.
[0005]
The present invention has been made against the background of such a conventional technique, and its object is to improve the laying efficiency of the laying pipe and to greatly reduce the human and cost burden of the laying work.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This object is realized by the following pipe laying method of the present invention.
[0007]
That is, in the pipe laying method of the present invention, the drilling rod for excavating the ground is inserted into the pipe of the laying pipe and the tip thereof is protruded from the digging tooth provided at the digging side end of the laying pipe. In this state, both the drilling rod and the laying pipe are propelled so that the pilot hole is formed by advance drilling of the drilling rod, while the drilling tooth provided on the laying pipe is moved further outward by the follow-up drilling. A laying hole is formed, and the laying pipe is laid on the ground.
[0008]
In this pipe laying method, the pilot hole is formed by preceding excavation of the drilling rod, and the ground is formed by excavating the ground outside the pilot hole in the radial direction by the follow-up excavation of the laying pipe. The laying pipe can be laid at the same time as the formation of, greatly improving the laying efficiency. Moreover, since the laying pipe can be laid only by excavating from the penetration mine without excavating the reaching pit, it is not necessary to secure a space or work space for excavating the reaching mine. Accordingly, it is possible to further reduce human and cost burdens, and it is particularly suitable as a construction method for perforated pipes such as well pipes and chemical injection pipes.
[0009]
In the pipe laying method of the present invention, the drilling rod is continuously provided with a constant propulsive force for excavation, and the laid pipe is provided with a constant constant propulsive force with percussion and rotation. It is preferable that the digging is carried out by imparting. That is, by performing excavation with percussion for the digging of the laid pipe, it is possible to crush hard rocks or the like intervening in the excavation path, and the excavation can be further facilitated.
[0010]
In the pipe laying construction method, a laying hole for expanding the pilot hole is formed by the follow-up excavation by the digging teeth of the laying pipe, and at this time, the soil remains in the laying pipe. When it is necessary to process the soil before the laying pipe is operated based on the intended function, the pipe is evacuated by sucking the inside of the laying pipe from the penetration pit side according to the pipe laying method of the present invention. May be removed. According to this, the laying pipe can be cleaned by removing the drainage in the pipe.
[0011]
As for the pipe laying method, it is preferable that the drilling water is ejected from the drilling rod toward the drilling tooth of the pipe to be laid or toward the front of the drilling tooth.
[0012]
According to this, the soil which adheres to a digging tooth by the digging water sprayed toward the digging tooth of a laying pipe can be excluded. Further, the ground facing the drilling teeth is softened by the penetration of the drilling water by the drilling water ejected in front of the drilling teeth. Therefore, the excavation by the excavating teeth can be performed smoothly. Moreover, the in-pipe drainage of the laying pipe is fluidized by the penetration of the drilling water, and the internal pressure of the pipe for allowing the residual soil in the pipe fluidized by the drilling water to flow back in the pipe of the laying pipe can be increased. For this reason, the removal of the soil discharged from the pipe by the suction from the penetration pit described above can be performed very effectively.
[0013]
Regarding the pipe laying method, it is preferable to provide a spacer member between the drilling rod and the inner surface of the laying pipe to hold the drilling rod at a substantially axial position along the longitudinal direction of the laying pipe.
[0014]
In the above-mentioned flow molding method, linear or curved propulsion is possible by the combination of rotation and rotation stop of the drilling rod. However, like the above flow molding method, curved propulsion is performed by the pipe laying method according to the present invention. When performing the above, the drilling rod may come into contact with the inner surface of the laying pipe at the curved portion and be rubbed. However, even in such a case, according to the present invention including the spacer member, since the drilling rod is held in a substantially axial position of the laying pipe, the drilling rod contacts the inner surface of the laying pipe. There is no inconvenience of rubbing. In addition, since the drilling rod does not contact the inner surface of the laying pipe and a soil removal path having a doughnut-shaped cross section is secured, clogging of the circulated soil can be suppressed and the soil can be discharged smoothly.
[0015]
With regard to the pipe laying method, after laying the laying pipe at a predetermined position on the ground, only the drilling rod is retracted and the ground hardening liquid is injected to harden the soil remaining in the hole end area of the laying hole and seal it. Can be configured to stop.
[0016]
In this way, if the ground hardening liquid is injected into the hole end area of the laying hole using a drilling rod and the soil in the hole end area of the laying hole is hardened, the pipe end of the laying pipe is sealed. Therefore, when using a laying pipe as a perforated pipe such as a well pipe or a chemical injection pipe, earth or sand may enter from the pipe end opening, or a large amount of chemical injection may be lost from the pipe end opening. Can be prevented.
[0017]
In the pipe laying method of the present invention as described above, the drilling rod has a built-in transmitter, and guided propulsion is performed by guiding the drilling direction of the drilling rod from the ground based on position information from the transmitter. It can be configured as a construction method. In addition, the drilling rod has a receiving surface portion that receives propulsion earth pressure at its tip, and can be propelled in either a rotating or stopped state, and can be dug linearly during rotation propulsion. At the time of stop, it can also be configured that the inclined surface portion is capable of excavating in a curved shape by receiving earth pressure.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the laying pipe can be laid simultaneously with the formation of the laying hole, and the laying efficiency can be greatly improved. Moreover, since the laying pipe can be laid by only one-pushing propulsion from the penetration side, it is not necessary to secure a space for cutting the reaching mine or a working space. Therefore, it is possible to greatly reduce human and cost burdens for laying perforated pipes such as gas pipes, water pipes, well pipes and chemical liquid injection pipes.
