Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to a structure of a heat transfer fin of a heat exchanger for air conditioning.
[Prior art]
[0003]
For example23As shown in Fig. 2, a heat transfer
[0004]
The water droplets are scattered by condensing drain water condensed at the
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0005]
However, even if an attempt is made to improve the heat transfer coefficient by changing the fin pattern, the increase in ventilation resistance increases, so it is difficult to improve the performance within the range applicable to the air conditioner. Further, if the number of heat transfer fins is increased to increase the heat transfer area, the performance can be improved relatively easily, but the weight and cost increase, and an increase in ventilation resistance is unavoidable.
[0006]
On the other hand, regarding the prevention of water droplet splashing, the heat exchanger generally adopts a configuration in which the heat exchanger is curved and arranged inside the indoor unit, and therefore, a portion having a large inclination (for example, 90 ° or less) is partially generated. In particular, since drain water staying in a water droplet state easily falls due to gravity, it is not possible to take measures only by the conventional hydrophilic treatment on the fin surface. In addition, the hydrophilic effect is lowered due to adhesion of chemical substances by using a hair spray or the like and deterioration of the surface treatment agent by using for a long period of time, and the condensed drain water is easily formed into water droplets and scattered. Under such circumstances, the layout of the heat exchanger and the wind speed at the time of air blowing are eventually limited.
[0007]
The present invention was made to solve such a conventional problem, and improves the heat transfer rate without increasing the ventilation resistance by increasing the heat transfer performance of the heat transfer fin itself, An object of the present invention is to provide a heat transfer fin structure of a heat exchanger for air conditioning that can prevent the drain water condensed on the fin surface from scattering to the outside even when the hydrophilic function of the heat transfer fin surface is lowered. It is what.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0008]
In order to achieve the above object, each invention of the present application includes the following problem solving means.
[0009]
(1) Invention of
The heat transfer fins of the heat exchanger for air conditioning according to the present invention extend in the vertical direction, are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and are arranged in parallel in a plurality of rows and a plurality of heat transfer
[0010]
In general, the heat transfer fin has a high heat transfer coefficient on the upstream side of the air flow and a large temperature difference between the air and the fin surface, so that the effect of increasing the heat transfer area is great. On the other hand, the heat transfer coefficient is low on the downstream side of the air flow, and the temperature difference between the air and the fin surface is small, so the effect of increasing the heat transfer area is small.
[0011]
Therefore, if the heat transfer area to be increased is not evenly distributed from the upstream side to the downstream side of the air flow, but the fin width on the upstream side of the air flow is preferentially increased, an effective heat transfer performance improving effect is obtained. be able to.
[0012]
Further, in the heat transfer performance promotion method by increasing the heat transfer area, the method of widening the fin width on the upstream side of the air flow can suppress the increase in ventilation resistance smaller than the method of increasing the number of fins.
[0013]
On the other hand, the splashing of water droplets in the conventional heat exchanger for air conditioning is caused by the drain water condensed in the leeward heat transfer
[0014]
Accordingly, in the configuration of the present invention, first, as described above, the width of the leading

[0036]
In general, the heat transfer fin has a high heat transfer coefficient on the upstream side of the air flow and a large temperature difference between the air and the fin surface, so that the effect of increasing the heat transfer area is great. On the other hand, the heat transfer coefficient is low on the downstream side of the air flow, and the temperature difference between the air and the fin surface is small, so the effect of increasing the heat transfer area is small.
[0037]
Therefore, if the heat transfer area to be increased is not evenly distributed from the upstream side to the downstream side of the air flow, but the fin width on the upstream side of the air flow is preferentially increased, an effective heat transfer performance improving effect is obtained. be able to.
[0038]
Further, in the heat transfer performance promotion method by increasing the heat transfer area, the method of widening the fin width on the upstream side of the air flow can suppress the increase in ventilation resistance smaller than the method of increasing the number of fins.
[0039]
On the other hand, the splashing of water droplets in the conventional air conditioner heat exchanger is caused by the condensation of drain water condensed at the rear edge portion of the heat transfer fin on the downstream side of the air flow by the air flow passing through the inside of the heat exchanger. It was a big cause to stay in between.
