Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an LED illumination device using an LED (hereinafter also referred to as a “light emitting diode”) as a light emitting element, and more particularly to an LED illumination device capable of arbitrarily adjusting the directivity of light.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional lighting device uses a point light source (hereinafter also referred to as a “point light source”) that has almost no directivity of light, such as an incandescent bulb or a high-intensity discharge lamp, and reflects light from the point light source around the light source. A configuration including a reflector (hereinafter also referred to as “reflector”) is employed. Actually, as a means of adjusting the light from the point light source in an arbitrary direction, that is, adjusting the directivity of the light, adjusting the positional relationship between the point light source and the reflector, It was used as a strong spot shape or a flat shape with low directivity.
[0003]
In other words, by setting the point light source and the reflector in a specific positional relationship, the directivity of light that is essentially absent from the point light source is converted to an arbitrary directivity. As described above, lighting devices using point light sources and reflectors are widely used in various fields such as photographing lighting, stage lighting, and decorative lighting.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, at the present time when LEDs capable of high-luminance light emission have been developed, it cannot be said that conventional illumination devices are sufficient. That is, it is because using LED as a light source is significantly superior in many respects, such as lifetime, power consumption, and maintenance, rather than an incandescent bulb, a high-intensity discharge lamp, and the like.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the conventional lighting device, the light source is a point light source, that is, a point light source, and the point light source itself has almost no directivity of light. Therefore, a reflector is used to obtain a desired directivity. However, at present, when one light source used for illumination is compared with one LED, the LED tends to be inferior in terms of luminance. Therefore, it is conceivable to form a light source for illumination using a plurality of LEDs. However, when a plurality of LEDs are used, a shape close to a planar surface light source is obtained instead of a point-like point light source. Thus, if the point light source is changed to a surface light source, that is, the shape of the light source itself is increased, the reflector must be increased in proportion to it, which causes a serious drawback at the time of manufacture and use.
[0006]
Some LEDs have a convex lens, for example. The directivity of the LED of this shape is ensured by the convex lens, but if the light source having directivity is used for the above reason, the reflector itself becomes unnecessary. However, the directivity of light cannot be arbitrarily adjusted on the user side simply by arranging directional LEDs on the same plane without using a reflector.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an LED illumination device that uses an LED as a light source and can arbitrarily adjust the directivity of light on the user side. .
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an LED lighting device including a plurality of LEDs. In particular, LED lighting device of the present invention includes a plurality of frames LED is arranged, constitutes a frame group by the plurality of frames among the ends of the adjacent frames are connected to the movable Rukoto, the frame unit includes a first support portion coupled to the movable, said first plurality of said frame groups from the periphery of the support portion is characterized that you have stretched. Thereby, the directivity of light can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the positional relationship between the first support portion and the frame group.
[0009]
Moreover, it is preferable that the frame group which concerns on this invention is connected so that the said 1st support part may be arrange | positioned in the approximate center seeing from the light emission surface side of the said LED illuminating device.
[0010]
Moreover, it is preferable that a 1st support part is equipped with LED in a predetermined position. Thereby, while being able to ensure the light emission brightness as a whole LED lighting apparatus, the light emission unevenness of LED can be reduced as seen from the light emitting surface side. Further, the LED lighting apparatus of the present invention further has a second support. Part and a third support part. Here, the second support part is movably connected to the end frame located at the end of all the frame groups connected to the first support part, and the third support part is all the second support parts. Are movably connected on the side of the frame group not connected to the end frame. That is, the inclination of the frame group with respect to the first support portion can be automatically adjusted by fixing the third support portion and arbitrarily controlling the position of the first support portion.
[0011]
In addition, the first support part can include an extension part extending on the side opposite to the light emitting surface side. By adopting a configuration in which the first support portion includes the extending portion, the distance between the first supporting portion and the third supporting portion can be adjusted by the extending portion to adjust the light directivity. That is, without directly touching the first support portion, the frame group, or the second support portion, the third support portion is fixed and the extending portion of the first support portion is perpendicular to the first support portion. By moving the frame, the inclination of the frame group with respect to the first support portion can be arbitrarily adjusted.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiment described below exemplifies an LED lighting device for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and the present invention does not limit the LED lighting device to the following. Further, the size and positional relationship of the members shown in the drawings are exaggerated for clarity of explanation.

[0019]
In the present embodiment, an example using a bullet-type LED 1 having a convex lens (hereinafter also referred to as a “bullet-type LED”) will be described. As an LED that can be used in the present invention, In addition to the bullet-type LED, various types of LEDs such as a chip-type LED having a planar lens (hereinafter also referred to as “chip-type LED”) and an LED chip in which semiconductors are simply stacked can be used. .
[0020]
However, the LED illumination device of the present invention is particularly effective for an LED having a strong light directivity, such as a bullet-type LED. This is because the light directivity of the LED lighting device as a whole can be adjusted on the user side only when the LED itself has a certain degree of light directivity. That is, since the bullet-type LED has a convex lens, as shown in FIG. 5, it has a high light directivity and a light emission characteristic with a small half-value angle, which is suitable for the LED lighting device of the present invention. Here, the bullet-type LED is exemplified as the LED having strong directivity, but the LED that can be used in the present invention is not limited to this, and any type of LED having a certain degree of directivity is used. Can do. Furthermore, as described above, a plurality of types of LEDs having different light directivities, that is, different half-value angles, can be used in the same LED lighting device.
[0021]
Moreover, as LED which can be used for this invention, LED of all forms, such as LED which can emit monochromatic light, LED which can light-emit in multiple colors, the combination of these LED, can be used, for example. Specifically, an LED capable of emitting white light, an LED provided with at least three types of LED chips capable of emitting RGB (red, green, and blue) in one LED can be used. In addition, the LED itself can contain a phosphor to emit light of a desired color. Further, in the present embodiment, each
