Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a juice or mineral water container shaped by a blow molding method or the like, and particularly to a container that can be reduced in length (reduced volume) when drunk.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Sales of synthetic resin bottles have become enormous in recent years. However, when the juice or mineral water in the container body is drunk and the container body is discarded, it is the shape of the bottle before it is drunk. When discarding this in a so-called trash box, it is as if the air was thrown into the trash box. The situation is full, and the biggest disadvantage is that it is abandoned on the street and worsens the living environment. In addition, the cost of collecting the drunk containers and the labor costs for cleaning are a major burden on public works. It has become.
[0003]
In addition, this kind of plastic bottle can be manufactured by simple means such as blow molding, but it is still not strong enough for transportation means such as automobiles with intense vibrations, and displays at the store to be stacked. There was a thing.
[0004]
Furthermore, this means that when transporting from a container manufacturer to a company that encloses juice or mineral water, the container body is bulky and it costs as much as it is transporting air. The proportion was considerable.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the inventor of the present application first dries up the juice or mineral water in the container body, and when the container body is discarded, the volume of the container body can be reduced and the conventionally empty container body is trashed. Compared to the fact that it could not be fully accommodated, it provided a container with an increased number of accommodated items and received great popularity.
[0006]
The present invention further improves this, and the object is to devise an empty container in which the contents are drunk up so that it can be lightly crushed by hand. Even though it was a little less, it was able to keep the crushed state without closing again.
[0007]
As a result, it is possible to throw away empty containers in a trash can in a larger amount than in the past, and it can also be carried in large quantities at the same time for recycling and other purposes. The labor cost can be reduced.
[0008]
Moreover, when transporting from a container manufacturer to a company that encloses juice or mineral water, the transport amount at one time is significantly increased in comparison with the conventional amount.
[0009]
Further, the object of the present invention is to reduce the volume of the drunk container when it is discarded or transported as described above, but its state is restored to the container body. This means that the reduced shape is maintained for a long time, for a long period of time, or until a work such as pulverization or dissolution for reuse without applying force.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Thus, the present invention is characterized in that the entire length in the longitudinal direction or a part of the container body excluding the mouthpiece portion is a horizontal bellows-like shape, and the bellows-like portion directly below the mouthpiece portion is formed. The shape of the diameter is smaller than the diameter of the other, and the diameter of the ridges of each stage is sequentially expanded as it goes downward, so that the diameter of each ridge is equivalent to the diameter of the container body. It is an almost wide abacus-shaped sphere, the shape of the upper surface protrudes outward including its inner surface, the shape of the lower surface is a straight line including its inner surface, and the heel is shaped like an abacus-shaped sphere. As a result, the cross-section is divided into two parts vertically, and the upper half has a higher height than the lower half.
[0011]
Suppose now that the mineral water in the container body has been drunk. And when the mouth part is pushed down, the shape of the bellows-like part immediately below the mouth part becomes larger as the diameter of the corrugated part goes downward. Thus, they are superposed in an upwardly inclined shape.
[0012]
In addition, by making the ridges into abacus-shaped spheres, the cross-section is divided into two halves, and the upper half of the upper half is higher than the lower half. The end face is compressed.
[0013]
At this time, this trough valley corresponds to the fact that the trough of the trough is pushed toward the apex side of the crest (diameter) of the trough. At this time, the compression component force on the gentle slope side of the top surface of the trough is inclined. Because it is less than the pressure component on the steep slope side of the lower surface, the steep slope valley has moved to the top of the peak.
[0014]
More importantly, there are two major changes in the container body at this time. That is, the first is that the inner diameter of the crest (diameter) constituting the ridge increases with the expansion pressure or the inner diameter of the trough decreases with the compression pressure, and the second is the linear steep slope of the lower surface constituting the ridge. The surface is bent.
[0015]
Subsequently, the steeply inclined side passes directly under the peak, and further enters the inside of the gently inclined side where the upper surface of the ridge protrudes, and the height of the container body is moved to a shortened state. At this time, the bottom surface of the bag is in a stable state trying to restore the bent state by the above operation, so it is not necessary to apply compressive force at all times. At the same time, the container body of the present invention was able to maintain this shortened state.
[0016]
Therefore, the shortened container body can be kept in a crushed state without re-crowning the cap, and its height (volume) is reduced to 1 /. It could be 3 to 1/4 or less, and even if it was abandoned in a trash can, the space could be remarkably reduced.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, (1) is a container main body, and the outer periphery and inner periphery of the height (length) direction become a bellows shape (2).
[0018]
[Example 1]
3 and 4 show a state in which the mineral water is enclosed in the container body (1), and the bottle is swallowed and crushed from one or both in the height (length) direction. In other words, the present invention has an excellent structure to bring such a container body (1) into a crushed state and keep the crushed state, and exhibits an excellent action.
[0019]
As an example, in the figure, (3) is a drinking mouth of the container main body (1), and immediately below it is a split ball (4), which is a first bellows shape (5) (that is, the bellows shape (2) above). The outer diameter (d1) of the uppermost stage is smaller than the outer diameter (d) of the container body (1). Subsequently, the outer diameter (d2) of the second step bellows shape (6) is larger than the outer diameter (d1) of the first step bellows shape (5) with respect to the first step bellows shape (5). It is smaller than the outer diameter (d) of (1).
[0020]
Further, the outer diameter (d3) of the third step bellows (7) is larger than the outer diameter (d2) of the second step bellows (6) and smaller than the outer diameter of the container body (1). However, this is not limited to the three steps (5), (6), and (7) as described above, but may be an appropriate plurality of steps, but in the embodiment of FIG. There were four stages.
[0021]
Specifically, the container of FIG. 1 is in a container main body (1) having a height of 195 mm × a maximum diameter of 71.5 mm and a capacity of 500 ml, and has a shape having 12-stage ridges.
[0022]
In this case, however, the outer diameter (d1) of the first stage bellows (5) is 60.5 mm, and the outer diameter (d2) of the second stage bellows (6) is 67.9 mm. The inner diameter between the bellows shape (5) and the second bellows shape (6) was 47 mm.
[0023]
Similarly, the outer diameter (d3) of the third stage bellows (7) is 69.7 mm, and the inner diameter between the second stage bellows (6) and the third stage bellows (7) is It was set to 51.1 mm. Further, in the figure, (8) is a fourth step bellows shape, and the outer diameter (d) of the fourth step bellows shape (8) is 71.5 mm in diameter which is the maximum outer diameter of the container body (1). The inner diameter between the third step bellows (7) and the fourth step bellows (8) was 54.5 mm. In addition, the outer diameter (d) of the following fifth-stage bellows-shaped to twelfth-stage bellows-shaped ridges is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the fourth-stage bellows-shaped collar (8), and the inner diameter between them is also the same. It is substantially the same as the fourth stage bellows shape (8).
[0024]
In this case, each of the above-mentioned diameters has a shape like a wide abacus, and is thus divided into two parts in the horizontal direction. At this time, in FIG. 1, the height of the upper (h1) and lower (h2) of the first stage ridge is 6.5 mm: 5.5 mm, that of the second stage ridge is 7 mm: 5 mm, and that of the third stage ridge is 8.5 mm: 6.5 mm.
[0025]
More specifically, the cross-sectional shape of these ridges is shown in FIG. This is an example of the dimensions of the fourth step bellows-shaped (8) to twelve-step bellows-shaped ridges, (hx) and (hy), but the shape is common to each step.
[0026]
That is, in the figure, (20) is the upper surface including the inner surface of the wide abacus sphere shape, and (21) is the lower surface including the inner surface of the wide abacus sphere shape, but the shape of the upper surface (20) is outward. In this projecting example, the shape is a bay shape (9) of 20 mmR, whereas the shape of the lower surface (21) is linear (11) through a projecting arc shape (10) of 0.8 mmR. This is an important point.
[0027]
Describing this configuration of the present embodiment together with its operation, the container body (1) in the state of FIG. 1 is generally composed of a trunk portion (14) including a central portion (12) and a lower portion (13), and an upper shoulder. The part (15) is divided into two parts, and the respective parts (14) and (15) are composed of two diameters, a large diameter and a small diameter. I keep it.
[0028]
In other words, the body (14) including the central portion (12) and the lower portion (13) is formed with the same inner and outer diameters, and the shoulder portion (15) is convexly convex in the direction of the drinking mouth (3). In particular, the shoulder (15) gradually decreases the inner diameter of the valley (18) forming the ridge between the central portion (12) and the drinking mouth (3), and the inclination angle thereof. Since the difference is larger than that of the body (14), the inner diameter and the inclined surface of the peaks (17) and valleys (18) forming the ridges are made of the material when the central portion (12) is extended. It is possible to maintain the stretched and stretched state with its strength and elasticity. In addition, it is natural that the so-called sitting is improved by making the bottom surface (16) have a steeply concave shape.
[0029]
Now, a commercially available container body (1) is covered with a cap (19).
Therefore, when the cap (19) is removed, the contents are dried and the drinking mouth (3) is pushed down, the shoulder (15) and the trunk (14) are compressed and contracted as shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 7, the collar of the shoulder (15) is pressed, and the end face of the trough (18) is compressed in the trough end face located next to it in the vertical relationship. At this point, the state seen from the top of the mountain (17) corresponds to the fact that the valleys (18) on both sides are pushed toward the top of the mountain (17) as shown in FIGS. The upper surface (20) of the kite has a lower slope (18) than the lower surface (21), so the compression component force on the gentle slope side is less so that the pressure component force on the steep slope side of the lower surface (21) is larger. ) Has moved to the top of the mountain (17).
[0030]
At this time, two major changes occur in the container body (1). That is, the first is that the inner diameter of the crest (17) constituting the ridge increases with the expansion pressure or the inner diameter of the trough (18) decreases with the compression pressure, and the second is the lower surface (21 ) Steeply inclined surfaces are bent.
[0031]
Subsequently, the steeply inclined side passes directly under the mountain (17), and further sinks inside the gently inclined side of the upper surface (20) as seen in FIGS. 7 and 8, so that the height of the container body (1) is increased. When it is moved to the shortened state, the force that restores the inner diameter of the peak (17) and the inner diameter of the valley (18) works, or the lower surface (21) that has been bent by the above operation is restored to the extended state. In a stable state. Therefore, even if the compression force is not always applied, this shortened state can be maintained.
[0032]
In this embodiment, as described above, the diameter of the ridge of the shoulder (15) of the container body (1) is increased as it goes downward. As a result, each of the crushed folds has an outer periphery on the inner periphery. On the other hand, they are superimposed in an upwardly inclined shape.
[0033]
After that, when the upper surface of the drinking mouth (3) and the split ball (4) of the shoulder are pressed, the pressing force is the pressing force (f4) on the outer periphery of each bag as shown in FIGS. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the heel of the trunk portion (14) including the central portion (12) and the lower portion (13) is different from the shoulder portion (15) whose outer periphery is below the inner periphery. Overlapping in the reverse direction.
[0034]
Thus, in the crushed container body (1), the split ball (4) and the bay shape (9) forming the inclined portion above the collar of the shoulder portion (15), and the trunk portion (14) The so-called “balanced” sloped portion of the lower part of the heel can keep the container body (1) in a crushed state without having to cap the cap (19) again.
[0035]
As a result, the container body (1) has a height (volume) of 1/3 to 1/4 or less in repeated experiments, and even if it is abandoned in a trash can, the space can be remarkably reduced. It is.
