Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes at least a bed having a feed guide surface, a feed base that is movably assembled to the bed along the feed guide surface, and a third structure separate from the bed and the feed base. The present invention relates to a method for assembling a machine tool provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are various types of machine tools such as a lathe, a milling machine, a machining center, and a grinding machine. As a common basic structure, these machines have a bed having at least one feed guide surface, and along this feed guide surface. And at least one delivery base that is movably assembled to the bed.
[0003]
For example, the machining center includes, in addition to the basic structure described above, a spindle head that rotatably holds the spindle, a column and a table that supports the spindle head, and a lathe includes a spindle head that rotatably holds the spindle, A turret provided on the feed table is provided.
[0004]
By the way, recently, when developing a new machine tool, a structure designed using three-dimensional CAD (3D-CAD) is theoretically analyzed for behavior and rigidity such as deformation using a structural analysis method such as CAE. After the analysis and confirmation, a method of performing detailed design of each component member is adopted, and the development efficiency is improved by such a method.
[0005]
Then, on the basis of the design drawing created as described above, the respective components such as the bed, the support base, the feed base, the spindle head, the headstock and the spindle are each machined, and each component after the machining is performed. Are assembled together and assembled as a machine tool.
[0006]
Needless to say, such machine tools are structures that directly affect the machining accuracy such as the feed linearity of the feed base and spindle head, the right angle between the feed axes, the flatness and levelness of the table as the final product after assembly. Overall accuracy is required. The accuracy as the final product is the accumulated processing accuracy of each component. Therefore, in order to ensure that the accuracy as the final product is within the allowable range, each component itself is required accuracy. Need to be processed.
[0007]
On the other hand, each component such as the bed, support base, feed base, spindle head, headstock and spindle constituting the machine tool has a considerable weight due to its rigidity requirements in order to realize stable machining. Therefore, when each constituent member is assembled, a phenomenon occurs in which they are deformed by the weight of each constituent member or the connecting force (binding force) acting between the constituent members. For this reason, the feed guide surface formed on the bed or the like is deformed, which is a factor in which the feed linearity and the right angle are impaired.
[0008]
Therefore, conventionally, when machining the feed guide surface, the processing accuracy such as flatness, parallelism with respect to the reference surface, and perpendicularity is finished with high accuracy, and then the deformation after assembly is taken into consideration. In order to cancel the deformation, that is, the shape of the feed guide surface is corrected by manual work such as scoring based on empirical rules so that the feed linearity and right angle after assembly meet predetermined standards. ing.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described shape correction is based on the rule of thumb of the worker, is not objective, and in the case of a newly developed machine tool, correct correction is not always performed once. It was. For this reason, conventionally, when the assembled machine tool does not satisfy the predetermined accuracy, the assembled machine tool must be disassembled, corrected again, and reassembled. When the reassembled machine tool does not satisfy the predetermined accuracy, the above-described disassembly and correction operations must be repeated until the accuracy is satisfied. As described above, the conventional assembly work is not necessarily efficient.
[0010]
In the past, the processing accuracy of each of the component members and the accuracy of the final product obtained by assembling them were measured, but no accuracy was measured at each assembly stage in which the component members were sequentially assembled. caused by. As described above, each component member has a considerable weight, and the assembly structure is deformed each time the component members are sequentially assembled by the weight of the component member and the connecting force acting between the component members. To do. Therefore, if the accuracy at each assembly stage is not measured, it is impossible to objectively grasp at which stage the accuracy has deteriorated, and as a result, as described above, it is not possible to rely on the empirical knowledge of the worker. It is not obtained.
[0011]
On the other hand, if the corrected shape can be accurately analyzed by the above-described CAE analysis, it is possible to omit the inefficient decomposition and correction work. However, the CAE analysis is based on the finite element method, and is divided into models. The analysis results depend on various conditions such as constraint conditions, load conditions, and material constants. Therefore, at the development stage, the machine tools (actual machines) manufactured as designed do not always match the analysis results. And the analysis result are compared, and the above-mentioned conditions are corrected so as to fill the error, thereby improving the analysis accuracy.
[0012]
However, in the past, although the processing accuracy of each component and the accuracy of the final product assembled with each component have been measured, the accuracy at each assembly stage has not been measured, so the CAE accuracy analysis results at each assembly stage And the actual situation could not be compared, and the CAE analysis accuracy could not be sufficiently increased. For this reason, it has fallen into a vicious circle in which the above-described disassembling and correcting work with low efficiency cannot be changed.
[0013]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a machine tool assembling method capable of efficiently assembling even a newly developed prototype.
[0014]
[Means for solving the problems and effects thereof]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a bed having a feed guide surface, a feed base that is assembled to the bed so as to be movable along the feed guide surface, and the bed and the feed base are separate from each other. A machine tool comprising at least a third structure of
The machined bed is arranged in a measurement area of a three-dimensional measuring device, and at least the three-dimensional shape of the feed guide surface is measured by the three-dimensional measuring device,
Next, in the state where the bed after measurement is arranged in the measurement area as it is, the feed base and the third structure are sequentially assembled on the bed, and the three-dimensional shape of the assembly is assembled at each assembly stage. Is measured by the three-dimensional measuring device, and at least the static feeding accuracy of the fed table is measured by the three-dimensional measuring device when the fed table is assembled to a bed. The present invention relates to a method for assembling a machine tool.
[0015]
According to this invention, the machined bed is first arranged in the measurement region of the three-dimensional measuring device, and at least the three-dimensional shape of the feed guide surface is measured. Next, the substrate to be fed and the third structure are sequentially assembled in a state where the bed after measurement is arranged in the measurement region as it is. The assembly order is not particularly limited, and these are assembled in appropriate order. Then, at each assembly stage, the three-dimensional shape of the assembly is measured. In addition to the three-dimensional shape, the static feeding accuracy is also measured when the platform is assembled to the bed.
[0016]
As described above, the structural members such as the bed and the feed base constituting the machine tool have a considerable weight, and the structural members are sequentially arranged by the weight of the structural members and the coupling force acting between the structural members. Each time the assembly is performed, the assembly structure is deformed.
[0017]
In the present invention, as described above, at each assembly stage, the three-dimensional shape of the assembly is measured, and when the feed base is assembled to the bed, in addition to the three-dimensional shape, static feeding is performed. Since the accuracy is measured, it is possible to objectively grasp whether or not the accuracy set as the target is satisfied at each assembly stage. If the accuracy is not satisfied, it is immediately related. The component member can be corrected. Thereby, after assembling as a final product, the work efficiency can be improved as compared with the conventional case where this is disassembled and corrected.
[0018]
Also, by measuring the accuracy at each assembly stage, empirical knowledge can be obtained, and when CAE analysis is performed at the development stage, by comparing the measurement accuracy and analysis results at each assembly stage The CAE analysis accuracy can be increased, and thus the CAE analysis accuracy can be increased, so that the above-described corrected shape can be accurately analyzed, and the above-described inefficient disassembly and correction work can be performed from the prototype stage. It can be omitted.
[0019]
Further, by increasing the accuracy of CAE analysis, the lead time for a series of developments such as design-prototype-product completion can be shortened, and speedy product provision becomes possible.
[0020]
The third structure in the present invention corresponds to, for example, a spindle head that rotatably supports the spindle, a column or a table that supports the spindle head, and the like when the machine tool is a machining center. In the case of a lathe, a spindle stand that rotatably holds the spindle, a tool post provided on a receiving table, and the like are applicable.

In each of the above assembly steps, if the measurement results are not within the preset accuracy, the assembled components are removed each time, the related components are corrected, and then reassembled and measured. After that, this is repeated until the set accuracy is satisfied.
[0037]
As described above in detail, in the assembly method according to the present embodiment, the three-dimensional shape of the assembly is measured for each assembly stage, so the accuracy set as a target in each assembly stage. It is possible to objectively grasp whether or not the above is satisfied, and when the accuracy is not satisfied, the related component member can be immediately corrected. Thereby, after assembling as a final product, the work efficiency can be improved as compared with the conventional case where this is disassembled and corrected.
[0038]
Also, by measuring the accuracy at each assembly stage, empirical knowledge can be obtained, and when CAE analysis is performed at the development stage, by comparing the measurement accuracy and analysis results at each assembly stage The CAE analysis accuracy can be increased, and thus the CAE analysis accuracy can be increased, so that the above-described corrected shape can be accurately analyzed, and the above-described inefficient disassembly and correction work can be performed from the prototype stage. It can be omitted.
[0039]
Further, by increasing the accuracy of CAE analysis, the lead time for a series of developments such as design-prototype-product completion can be shortened, and speedy product provision becomes possible.
