Description
【0001】

[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a transmission according to a first aspect of the present invention is a shift control valve provided in a hydraulic pressure supply circuit that operates by an electrical signal and supplies pressure oil to a primary pulley. It has a ratio control solenoid for controlling, and the rotation radius of the belt wound between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley can be varied by controlling the ratio control solenoid, thereby changing the gear ratio steplessly. In the continuously variable transmission control device, a switching valve capable of switching the pressure oil to the primary pulley to a discharge position is provided between the primary pulley and the shift control valve, and at the discharge position of the switching valve, a discharge circuit for the communication with the primary pulley, provided keeping valve for holding pressure oil discharged from the outlet circuit to a desired pressure stepless It is characterized in the control device of the speed machine.
[0017]
According to the first aspect of the present invention configured as above, a switching valve capable of switching the pressure oil to the primary pulley to the discharge position is provided between the primary pulley and the shift control valve, At the discharge position of the switching valve, a pressure holding valve provided in a discharge circuit communicating with the primary pulley holds the discharged pressure oil at a desired pressure.

Further, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the pressure holding valve is set so as to keep the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit at an intermediate speed ratio when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is not energized. The control device for a continuously variable transmission according to claim 1 is characterized.
[0022]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the pressure holding valve is configured to keep the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit at an intermediate gear ratio when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is not energized. Is set.
[0023]
For this reason, after re-starting, emergency traveling to a maintenance factory or the like is possible.
[0024]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the pressure holding valve is set so as to keep the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit at an intermediate gear ratio when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is in a specific electric signal state. The control device for a continuously variable transmission according to claim 1 is characterized.
[0025]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the pressure maintaining valve is configured so that the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit maintains an intermediate gear ratio when the electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is in a specific electric signal state. Is set to
[0026]
For this reason, for example, even if a disconnection or a short circuit of the electric system occurs, it is possible to restart and run by detecting the specific electric signal state.
[0027]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the pressure maintaining valve reduces the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit, which is generated when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is changed from an energized state to a non-energized state to a predetermined value. The control device for a continuously variable transmission according to claim 1 , wherein the control device is set so as to reduce a change in the transmission gear ratio.
[0028]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention configured as described above, the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit is set to a predetermined value by causing the holding valve to change from an energized state to a non-energized state by an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid. The reduced pressure value.
[0029]
For this reason, when a non-energized state such as a disconnection occurs, a change in the gear ratio is reduced, and a rapid gear ratio fluctuation is prevented.
[0030]
Further, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the ratio control solenoid is not energized, the output pressure from the ratio control solenoid to the switching valve is maximized, and the switching valve is switched to the discharge position. 2. The continuously variable transmission control device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure oil supplied to the primary pulley is reduced.
[0031]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the switching valve capable of switching the pressure oil to the primary pulley to the discharge position is provided between the primary pulley and the speed change control valve. And a pressure holding valve provided in a discharge circuit communicating with the primary pulley holds the discharged pressure oil at a desired pressure at the discharge position of the switching valve.
[0073]
For this reason, since the pressure oil of the primary pulley pinches the belt at a desired pressure, the belt tension is prevented from being lowered, the clamping force is maintained, the belt may slip, or a sudden downshift may occur. There is no.
[0074]
Moreover, even before Symbol switching valve is switched to the discharge position, the pressure holding valve, pressure oil of the primary pulley is maintained at a desired pressure.
[0075]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the pressure holding valve is set so as to keep the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit at an intermediate speed ratio when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is not energized. ing.
[0076]
For this reason, after re-starting, emergency traveling to a maintenance factory or the like is possible.
[0077]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the pressure-holding valve is configured to keep the pressure oil in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit at an intermediate gear ratio when an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid is in a specific electric signal state. Is set.
[0078]
For this reason, for example, even if a disconnection or a short circuit of the electric system occurs, it is possible to restart and run by detecting the specific electric signal state.
[0079]
Further, according to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic pressure supply circuit is set to a predetermined reduced pressure value by the pressure-holding valve being changed from an energized state to a non-energized state by an electric signal to the ratio control solenoid. .
[0080]
For this reason, when a non-energized state such as a disconnection occurs, a change in the gear ratio is reduced, and a rapid gear ratio fluctuation is prevented.
[0081]
In addition, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the ratio control solenoid is not energized, the output pressure from the ratio solenoid to the switching valve is maximized, so that the primary control can be performed even when the ratio control solenoid fails such as disconnection. By securing the supply pressure oil to the pulley, the intermediate speed ratio can be maintained and the vehicle can restart.
[0082]
Further, the switching valve is switched to the discharge position when the ratio control solenoid is not energized, so that the pressure oil supplied to the primary pulley is reduced.
[0083]
For this reason, the pressure oil supplied to the primary pulley becomes a decompressed pressure and pinches the belt. For this reason, the belt tension is prevented from being lowered, and there is a practically beneficial effect that there is no possibility of belt slipping or the like.
