Description
【0001】

[0008]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and prevents the upper channel from being unlocked by preventing the slide lever from rotating upward even when an impact load is applied to the slide lever. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seat slide device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is configured such that a pair of left and right upper channels attached to a seat is fitted to a pair of left and right lower channels attached to a floor, and the seat is supported slidably in the front-rear direction. On the other hand, a lock plate is pivotally attached to each upper channel, and the front part of each lock plate is connected by a slide lever for manual operation. In the seat slide device in which the lock to the lower channel is released by being rotated, and the rear part of each lock plate is rotated by the downward movement operation and is locked to the lower channel.
In the vicinity of the connecting portion of the slide lever to the front part of each lock plate, the seated passenger's foot moves backward and kicks the slide lever, so that the impact load in the upward operation direction above the predetermined value is applied to the slide lever. The shock absorbing parts that absorb the impact load in the upward movement direction are formed by buckling deformation when the actuates, and the upper channel lock is not released by the buckling deformation of these shock absorbing parts. The present invention provides a sheet sliding device.
[0010]
According to the present invention, when a rear impact impact is applied to the vehicle, the seated occupant's foot moves rearward and kicks the slide lever, so that the impact load in the upward operation direction exceeds a predetermined value on the slide lever. When this occurs, the shock absorbing part formed near the connecting part of the slide lever to the front part of each lock plate will buckle and absorb the shock load in the upward movement direction. Since it is not moved, unlocking of the upper channel can be prevented beforehand.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, when the slide lever is formed of a pipe and the shock absorbing portion is formed by crushing the pipe into a flat shape, the shock absorbing portion can be simply simplified by crushing the pipe into a flat shape. And it becomes possible to form at low cost.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, when a rear impact impact is applied to the vehicle, the present invention allows the seated occupant's foot to move backward and kick the slide lever so that the slide lever has a predetermined value or more. When an impact load in the upward movement operation direction is applied, the impact absorbing portion formed in the vicinity of the connecting portion of the slide lever with respect to the front portion of each lock plate buckles and deforms so as to absorb the impact load in the upward movement operation direction. Therefore, the slide lever is not turned upward, so that the unlocking of the upper channel can be prevented beforehand.
[0026]
In addition, if the slide lever is made of a pipe and the impact absorbing portion is formed by flattening the pipe (Claim 2), the shock absorbing portion can be easily and cost-effective by simply flattening the pipe. It becomes possible to form.
