Description
【0001】
【0043】
対地リーク電流i=Vm1・jωC1=Vr・jωCs
Vm1・C1=Vr1・Cs
C1=Vr1・Cs/Vm1

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a ground insulation failure detection circuit for detecting a ground insulation failure in a motor drive circuit system having a plurality of inverter control motors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, by grounding an AC power supply via a coupling capacitor between a predetermined point in a circuit that is kept floating in the ground (hereinafter also referred to as a ground insulation circuit) and the ground, the ground insulation circuit can be prevented from leaking. Detection techniques have been proposed. In the above leakage detection method in which an AC voltage is applied through a coupling capacitor, the leakage detection circuit can be separated from the ground insulation circuit in a DC manner, so that the signal voltage detected by this detection circuit is operated with a normal ground power supply voltage. It can be processed by the control circuit, and the circuit configuration can be simplified, and it is possible to detect leakage even if the ground insulation circuit is a DC circuit unlike the normal CT leakage detection. There is an advantage.
[0003]
[0004]
In addition, automobiles that are under development in recent years and currently have a large number of inverter control motors including an AC motor and an inverter that performs PWM control of the AC motor, and the inverter is supplied with power from a common battery. A circuit system equipped with a large number of inverter control motors of this type is widely required in ships, plants, building air conditioners, robots, airplanes and the like in addition to automobiles.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a circuit system having a plurality of inverter control motors described above (referred to as a motor circuit system in this specification), in order to improve the reliability and safety of the circuit system, it is preferable to install a leakage detection circuit (ground insulation failure detection circuit). Furthermore, if it is possible to identify an inverter control motor in which a ground insulation failure has occurred or is about to occur, it is possible to determine the urgency of the response according to its importance, and work required for repair and replacement, etc. Since time can also be shortened, it is more suitable.
[0006]
However, in the above-described conventional leakage detection circuit, since it is impossible to identify a part where ground insulation failure has occurred or where ground insulation failure is occurring, it is important even if ground insulation failure is detected. It cannot be determined whether it is caused by the inverter control motor or by the auxiliary inverter control motor.
[0007]
Of course, if a ground insulation failure detection circuit is separately provided for each inverter control motor, a ground insulation failure can be detected for each inverter control motor. For example, if the zero-phase current of the inverter output current of each inverter control motor is detected by CT (current transformer), a ground insulation failure can be detected for each inverter control motor depending on the magnitude, but the circuit configuration is In applications that are greatly complicated and particularly restricted in terms of weight, space, and cost, it has been difficult to realize.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a ground insulation failure detection circuit capable of specifying an inverter control motor that has caused ground insulation failure while suppressing an increase in cost and space. It is said.

A detection circuit section for detecting information on ground leakage current leaking from the inverters driven to different PWM carrier frequencies to the ground, and a frequency discriminating section for separating AC components of the PWM carrier frequencies from the detected information. And a determination unit for identifying the inverter control motor having poor insulation from information corresponding to the amplitude of the AC component of each PWM carrier frequency discriminated from each frequency.
[0010]
According to the present invention, it is possible to realize a ground insulation failure detection circuit that can identify an inverter control motor that has caused ground insulation failure while suppressing an increase in cost and space.
[0011]
That is, in the present invention, by changing the PWM carrier frequency of each inverter control motor, it is examined which PWM carrier frequency the frequency component of the ground leakage current that leaks due to the insulation failure of the motor circuit system includes. Inverter control motors with poor insulation can be identified easily and reliably, and there is no need to provide a CT for each inverter control motor as in the prior art. Can be realized.
[0012]
In the present invention, the determination unit further includes an average value of amplitudes of AC components other than the AC component having the largest amplitude among the AC components of the PWM carrier frequencies, and the AC component having the largest amplitude. The identification is performed based on the ratio with the amplitude. Thereby, for example, even if the stray capacitance of the DC power supply line fluctuates due to rain or the like, it is possible to identify the inverter control motor that has caused the insulation failure (the motor stray capacitance has increased) with little influence.
[0013]
In a preferred embodiment, the detection circuit unit includes a power supply side detection resistor element r having one end grounded and the other end connected to a predetermined point on the DC power supply side through a coupling capacitor Cc. As a result, the ground leakage current can be detected safely in a direct current manner.
[0016]
In a preferred embodiment, insulation failure detection circuit of the above liver over capacitor circuit system is mounted on a vehicle, and detects an insulation failure of the in-vehicle has been said respective AC motors, to suppress an increase in installation space and mounted by weight However, the insulation failure detection circuit of the motor drive circuit system can be mounted on the vehicle.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The ground insulation failure detection circuit of the motor circuit system of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the embodiments. This ground insulation failure detection circuit is mounted on a vehicle and detects a ground insulation failure of an in-vehicle inverter control motor.

The apparatus of Example 1 will be described with reference to the block circuit diagram shown in FIG.
(Circuit configuration)
1 is a detection circuit unit (ground insulation failure detection circuit), 2 is a grounded motor circuit system, 3 is a high voltage (for example, about 300V) battery, and the high level terminals are the high level DC power supply line LH and the low level DC power source. As an example, a case where the ground insulation at a predetermined point of the stator coil of the three-phase brushless DC motor M1 is lowered and the ground floating capacitance C1 at the predetermined point is greatly increased will be described below.
[0022]
In this case, since the inverter IN1 can be regarded as an AC power source that generates the AC voltage V1, the circuit shown in FIG. 1 is rewritten with respect to the AC power source corresponding to the inverter IN1, as shown in FIG. As apparent from FIG. 2, when the stray capacitance C1 of the

(Modification)
In the above embodiment, if the stray capacitance Cs fluctuates due to changes in weather or the like, the voltage drop Vr of the detection resistance element r may fluctuate, leading to an erroneous determination. However, it can be considered that the fluctuation of the voltage drop Vr due to the fluctuation of the stray capacitance Cs acts substantially equally on the AC voltages V1 to V3 output from the AC power sources composed of the
[0027]
Therefore, the stray capacitances C1, C2, and C3 are calculated for each of the AC voltages V1 to V3 individually based on the circuit of FIG. 2, and the average value of the remaining stray capacitances excluding the largest stray capacitance among them is calculated. A predetermined multiple (for example, 10 times) of this average value is used as a threshold, and the largest stray capacitance is compared with this threshold (10 times the average value of the remaining stray capacitance) to determine which is greater On the basis of this determination result, if it is determined that the largest stray capacitance is larger than the threshold value, the inverter control motor having the largest stray capacitance may be determined to have poor ground insulation. Good. The determination operation performed by the

Although the detection resistance element r is used in the above embodiment, it is a matter of course that any element may be used as long as the element has a large AC impedance with respect to the coupling capacitor Cc.
[0030]
In the above embodiment, a tuned filter is used to discriminate each PWM carrier frequency. However, it is a matter of course that a band pass filter may be used.
In the circuit of the above embodiment, the insulation failure detection of the

In this circuit, although the illustration of the inverter control motor 23 (that is, the inverter IN3 and the three-phase brushless DC motor M3) is omitted for simplification in the circuit of the first embodiment shown in FIG. Further, it is obvious that in addition to the

[0038]
In this embodiment, the pass frequencies of the narrow-band bandpass filters 111 and 101 are set around the center frequency of about 10 kHz, and the pass frequencies of the narrow-band bandpass filters 112 and 102 are about 5 kHz as the center frequency. It is set in the vicinity.
[0039]
The AC impedance, that is, the resistance value of the detection resistor element Rz is set to be significantly larger than the AC impedance of the coupling capacitor Cz. Accordingly, it can be considered that the detection resistance element Rz on the AC output lines 204 to 206 side of the inverter IN2 is equivalently connected in parallel with the ground stray capacitance C2 of the stator coil 8 of the three-phase brushless DC motor M2.

(Operation)
The ground insulation failure detection operation in this embodiment will be described below. As an example, a case where the ground insulation at a predetermined point of the stator coil of the three-phase brushless DC motor M1 is lowered and the ground floating capacitance C1 at the predetermined point is greatly increased will be described below.
[0042]
The processing of the voltage drop Vr of the detection resistance element r is the same as in the first embodiment. In FIG. 6, if the coupling capacitor Cc is negligibly small compared to the AC impedance of the detection resistance element r, and the AC impedance of the stray capacitance Cs is much smaller than that of the detection resistance element r, The voltage drop of the stray capacitance Cs is Vr1, and the voltage drop of the stray capacitance C1 is Vm1, and the following equation is established.
[0043]
Ground leakage current i = Vm1 · jωC1 = Vr · jωCs

C1 = Vr1 ・ Cs / Vm1

(Modification)
In this embodiment, the stray capacitances C1 and C2 fluctuate in conjunction with the fluctuation of the stray capacitance Cs. However, as in the first embodiment, since it is unlikely that a plurality of motors will cause ground insulation failure at the same time, the ratio C1 / C2 of the stray capacitances C1, C2 and C2 / C1 are calculated to calculate the stray capacitance Cs. If the ratios C1 / C2 and C2 / C1 are within the predetermined range, the

In addition, the stray capacitance Cs may be equivalently increased by connecting a capacitor to the high-order DC power supply line LH or the low-order DC power supply line LL and the ground to reduce the influence of the actual fluctuation of the stray capacitance Cs. .
