【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、容易且つ迅速に装着することができ、ウエスト廻り及び脚廻りのフィット性に優れ、漏れ防止効果に優れた使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、使い捨ておむつにおいては、脚廻りからの漏れを防止することが一つの課題であり、特公平５−０３３６３０号公報には、吸収体を、人体に適合する幅の中央吸収部と、その外側に設けられた外側吸収部とから形成することにより、股間部の密着性を高め、それにより脚廻りからの漏れ防止効果を向上させた使い捨ておむつが記載されている。
しかし、この従来の使い捨ておむつは、着用者のウエスト廻り及び脚廻りに良好なフィット性を得るために、合計６本ものファスニングテープを腹側部側に止着する必要があり、容易且つ迅速に装着することができないものであった。また、脚廻りに配される部分の長さが不充分であり、しかも背側フラップ部における股下部寄りの部分に吸収体が存在するため、脚廻りのフィット性は必ずしも充分なものとは言えず、また、手際良く装着することができないものであった。
要するに、容易且つ迅速に装着することができ、ウエスト廻り及び脚廻りのフィット性に優れ、漏れ防止効果に優れた使い捨ておむつは、未だ提供されていないのが現状である。

従って、本発明の目的は、容易且つ迅速に装着することができ、ウエスト廻り及び脚廻りのフィット性に優れ、漏れ防止効果、特に脚廻りからの漏れを防止する効果に優れた使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の防漏シート及び液保持性の吸収体を備え、背側部にウエストギャザー形成用のウエスト部弾性部材が配されており、該背側部の左右両側に一対の背側フラップ部を有する、実質的に縦長に形成された使い捨ておむつにおいて、前記吸収体の長手方向中央部における両側縁の外方に、それぞれ該両側縁から所定の間隔を置いてクッション材が配設されており、前記クッション材を含む該クッション材と前記吸収体の前記両側縁との間に、おむつの長手方向に沿ってレッグ部弾性部材が配設されており、且つ前記背側フラップにおけるおむつ股下部側の縁部と、おむつの長手方向の中央線とのなす角度最大θが４５〜９０度であることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつを提供することにより、上記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその好ましい実施形態に基づいて説明する。
本発明の第１実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１〜３に示すように、実質的に縦長に形成されており、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の防漏シート３、及び前記液保持性の吸収体としての中央吸収体４を備え、着用時に着用者の背側に配される背側部Ａに、ウエストギャザー形成用のウエスト部弾性部材５が配されており、該背側部Ａの左右両側に一対の背側フラップ部６，６を有している。

表面シート２及び防漏シート３は、それぞれ使い捨ておむつ１の外形に等しい形状を有している。中央吸収体４は、使い捨ておむつ１の幅方向中央部における表面シート２及び防漏シート３間に介在されており、長手方向の中央部分が括れた砂時計状をなしている。ウエスト部弾性部材５は、帯状をなしており、背側ウエスト縁部（着用時に着用者の背中側に配され、着用時に形成されるウエスト開口部の背中側の開口縁部を形成する部分）１１に沿うように、使い捨ておむつ１の幅方向に亘って配設されている。ウエスト部弾性部材５は、表面シート２及び防漏シート３間に挟持固定されている。背側フラップ部６は、おむつ１の幅方向外方に向けて突出する部分であり、その突出方向の先端部に向ってその幅（おむつの長手方向に沿う幅）が減少している。各背側フラップ部６の先端部には、単一のファスニングテープ９のみが設けられている。尚、本実施形態における背側フラップ部６，６には、吸収体が配されていない。

而して、中央吸収体４の長手方向中央部における両側縁４１，４１の外方には、それぞれ該両側縁４１，４１から所定の間隔を置いて、前記クッション材としての第２の吸収体（以下、第２吸収体という）７，７が配設されている。各第２吸収体７は、帯状をなしており、おむつ１の長手方向に沿うように配設されている。より具体的には、第２吸収体７は、その幅が長手方向の全長に亘ってほぼ等しくなされており、おむつ１の長手方向の中央線Ｐと平行に配設されている。また、各第２吸収体７は、背側部Ａ、股下部Ｃ及び腹側部Ｂに亘って配されており、その両端部７１，７２において、中央吸収体４に一体的に連設されている。

ここで、クッション材とは、着用時に着用者の脚廻りに当接される部位に配され、該部位が押圧された場合に厚み方向に圧縮され得るものであり、該部位を脚廻りにフィットさせ得る程度の圧縮回復力を有していることが好ましい。
クッション材としては、脚廻りのフィット性を向上させると共に、おむつの最大吸収量を充分なものとする観点から、本実施形態のように液保持性の吸収体であることが好ましい。尚、その他のクッション材としては、ウレタン等のフォーム材を親水化したもの等を挙げることができる。また、第２吸収体としては、レーヨン、セルロース等の天然素材の親水性繊維の集合体や、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等の合成繊維を表面処理したものの集合体、これらの集合体に吸水性ポリマーを保持させたもの等を用いることができる。

第１実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１においては、第２吸収体７を含む第２吸収体７と中央吸収体４の前記両側縁４１，４１との間に、おむつ１の長手方向に亘って糸状のレッグ部弾性部材８が配設されている。より具体的に説明すると、レッグ部弾性部材８は、第２吸収体７が配された部位に、該第２吸収体７と重なるように複数本配設されており、各レッグ部弾性部材８は、防漏シート３と該防漏シート３上に配設された固定用シート８１との間に伸張状態で挟持固定されている。尚、「第２吸収体７を含む第２吸収体７と中央吸収体４の前記両側縁４１，４１との間」とは、各第２吸収体７の中央吸収体４側の側縁と中央吸収体４の側縁４１との間のみならず、各第２吸収体７の両側縁部間も含まれることを意味する。
レッグ部弾性部材８は、使い捨ておむつ１の所定部位を、着用者の脚廻りに密着させるもので、本実施形態におけるレッグ部弾性部材８は、図３に示すように、第２吸収体７が配されている部位を、着用者Ｍの太股内側に密着させ得るように配設されている。レッグ部弾性部材８は、弾性伸縮性を発現し得る部分の長さが、第２吸収体７の長手方向の長さ（両端部７１，７２間の長さ）の２０〜１２０％、特に２０〜１００％、とりわけ４０〜１００％であることが、脚廻りのフィット性を向上させる観点等から好ましい。尚、本明細書における各部の寸法、比率等は、使い捨ておむつ１を、図１又は４に示すように、平面状に拡げた状態において計測した値である。

本使い捨ておむつ１は、各背側フラップ６におけるおむつ股下部Ｃ側の縁部６１と、おむつ１の長手方向の中央線Ｐとのなす最大角度θが４５〜９０度である。
最大角度θが上記範囲内であると、止着手段としてのファスニングテープ９をおむつ１の幅方向外方に引っ張ったときに、股下部フラップ（股下部Ｃにおける中央吸収体４の両側縁よりも外方に位置する部分）に、おむつ１の長手方向及び幅方向に適度な力が伝達され、股下部Ｃのフィット性及びおむつの装着性が向上する。
股下部Ｃのフィット性及びおむつの装着性を一層向上させる観点から、前記最大角度θは、本実施形態のおむつ１のように縁部６１が直線状の場合、５５〜７５度であることが好ましく、縁部６１が曲線状の場合、５５〜９０度であることが好ましい。
他方、前記最大角度θが４５度未満であると、股下部Ｃの側縁Ｃ１の長さが不充分となるか又は背側フラップ部６の突出量が不充分となり、何れの場合にもおむつの装着が困難となる。また、ファスニングテープ９をおむつ１の幅方向外方に引っ張ったときに、股下部フラップに、おむつ１の幅方向に大きな力が掛かるため、股下部フラップが股下大腿部に引っ掛かり易く装着性が低下する。

ここで、おむつ股下部Ｃとは、背側部Ａと、着用時に着用者の腹側に配される腹側部Ｂとの間に位置する部分であり、背側フラップ部６の股下部Ｃ側の縁部６１とおむつの長手方向の中央線Ｐとのなす最大角度θとは、本実施形態におけるように、背側フラップ部６の股下部Ｃ側の縁部６１が直線状に形成されている場合には、該縁部６１を延長した直線と前記中央線Ｐとのなす角度であり、背側フラップ部６の前記縁部６１が曲線状に形成されている場合には、その曲線の接線と前記中央線Ｐとのなす角度の最大値である。

本実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１においては、該おむつ１を長手方向に四等分するように第１〜第４の四つの領域Ｒ１〜Ｒ４に区分した際に、背側のウエスト縁部１１側から数えて二つ目の領域（第２の領域）Ｒ２における、使い捨ておむつの最小幅Ｗ２の最大幅Ｗ１に対する比（Ｗ２／Ｗ１）が０．５〜１．０、特に０．７５〜１．０、とりわけ０．８５〜１．０であることが、装着時に発生する股下部フラップの股下大腿部での引っ掛かりを防止し、おむつの装着容易性及び脚廻りの充分なフィット性を得る観点から好ましい。図１中、Ｑ１，Ｑ，Ｑ２で示す一点鎖線は、各領域Ｒ１〜Ｒ４間の境界線である。

また、本実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１において、一対の背側フラップ部６，６に設けられた総てのファスニングテープ９，９は、使い捨ておむつ１を長手方向に四等分するように第１〜第４の四つの領域Ｒ１〜Ｒ４に区分した際の最も背側ウエスト縁部１１側に位置する領域（第１の領域）Ｒ１に、設けられている。
より詳細には、一対のファスニングテープ９，９は、それぞれ一端部を第１の領域Ｒ１における背側フラップ部６，６に固定されている。図中、９１は、ファスニングテープ９の端部を背側フラップ部６に固定して形成された固定部を示している。

第２の領域Ｒ２における上記比（Ｗ２／Ｗ１）が０．７５〜１のときに、止着手段の固定部９１のすべてを第１の領域Ｒ１に設けることで、上記効果は顕著となる。

背側フラップ部６を腹側部Ｂ側に止着するための止着手段としては、背側フラップ部６から突出するように設けられた本実施形態のファスニングテープ９のようなものの他、背側フラップ部６，６上に設けられた機械的ファスナーのオス部材や、背側フラップ部６，６上に粘着剤を塗布して形成された粘着部等を挙げることができ、おむつ装着の際に、それ自体が把持部となって直接的に引っ張られるものの他、それが接合された部材やそれに接合された部材が把持部となって間接的に引っ張られるものも含まれる。また、止着手段は、背側フラップ部６，６に間接的に接合されたものであっても良い。

本使い捨ておむつ１の各部材の形成材料について説明すると、表面シート２、防漏シート３、ウエスト部弾性部材５及びファスニングテープ９の形成材料としては、従来、使い捨ておむつに用いられている各種のものを特に制限なく用いることができる。また、中央吸収体４及び第２吸収体７の形成材料としては、それぞれ、従来、使い捨ておむつの吸収体に用いられている各種公知のものを特に制限なく用いることができる。また、レッグ部弾性部材８としては、従来、使い捨ておむつに用いられている各種の弾性部材を特に制限なく用いることができる。尚、ファスニングテープ９は、機械的ファスナーのオス部材からなる止着部を有するもの、又は粘着剤を塗布して形成された止着部を有するものが好ましく用いられる。

第１実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、上述した構成、特に中央吸収体４の長手方向中央部における両側縁４１，４１の外方に、所定の間隔を置いて第２吸収体７，７が配置した構成を有するので、着用時に、図３に示すように、第２吸収体７が配された部分が、着用者Ｍの脚廻りに対して良好にフィットする。これにより、尿等の漏れ、特に脚廻りからの尿等の漏れが防止される。
また、本使い捨ておむつ１においては、各背側フラップ６におけるおむつ股下部Ｃ側の縁部６１と、おむつの長手方向の中央線Ｐとのなす角度θが上記特定の範囲内にあるので、装着に際して、特に背側フラップ部６，６が剛性を有する場合であっても、おむつ１の装着が困難となることがなく、また、一対のファスニングテープ９，９のみを、腹側部Ｂの外表面のランディングゾーン（図示せず）に止着するという極めて簡単な操作だけで、脚廻り及びウエスト廻りに優れたフィット性を得ることができる。

更に、レッグ部弾性部材８が、第２吸収体７と重なる位置に配設されているので、着用時には、図３に示すように、おむつ１の中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間に位置する部分１２，１２が、着用者Ｍの肌に対して角度をなすように起立し、漏れ防止用の立体障壁として機能する。そのため、漏れ防止効果、特に脚廻りからの漏れ防止効果に一層優れたものとなっている。また、中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間に位置する部分１２，１２が起立することにより、使い捨ておむつ１の内表面上に、補助吸収具２０を安定的に保持し得る凹状のポケットＳが形成され、これにより、補助吸収具２０を内表面上に配して併用する場合における、補助吸収具２０のズレを防止することができ、また、補助吸収具２０の配置又は交換を極めて容易且つ迅速に行うことができる。

第１実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、このように、内表面上に、補助吸収具２０が配されて、該補助吸収具２０と共に装着される使い捨ておむつとして特に有用である。尚、図３に示す補助吸収具２０は、液透過性の表面シート２２、液不透過性の防漏シート２３及び両シート２２，２３間に介在された液保持性の吸収体２４を具備する、実質的に縦長に形成された吸収パッドであり、その長手方向を、使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向に一致させるようにして、前記ポケットＳ内に配置されている。

上述した諸効果を顕著に発現させる観点から、第１実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１における中央吸収体４の幅（最小幅部分の幅）Ｌ１は５〜２５ｃｍであることが好ましく、中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間の間隔（間隔最大部分の間隔）Ｌ２は０．５〜１０ｃｍであることが好ましく、第２吸収体７の幅（最大幅部分の幅）Ｌ３が１〜１０ｃｍであることが好ましい。また、同様の観点から、使い捨ておむつ１の最小幅Ｌに対する中央吸収体４の前記幅Ｌ１の比（Ｌ１／Ｌ）は０．１〜０．８であることが好ましく、使い捨ておむつ１の最小幅Ｌに対する中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間の前記間隔Ｌ２の比（Ｌ２／Ｌ）は０．０１〜０．３であることが好ましく、使い捨ておむつ１の最小幅Ｌに対する第２吸収体７の前記幅Ｌ３の比（Ｌ３／Ｌ）は０．０２〜０．３であることが好ましい。

即ち、中央吸収体４の幅（最小幅部分の幅）Ｌ１は５〜２５ｃｍであることが好ましく、中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間の間隔（間隔最大部分の間隔）Ｌ２は１．５〜１０ｃｍであることが好ましく、第２吸収体７の幅（最大幅部分の幅）Ｌ３が１〜１０ｃｍであることが好ましい。また、使い捨ておむつ１’の最小幅Ｌに対する中央吸収体４の前記幅Ｌ１の比（Ｌ１／Ｌ）は０．１〜０．８であることが好ましく、使い捨ておむつ１’の最小幅Ｌに対する中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７との間の前記間隔Ｌ２の比（Ｌ２／Ｌ）は０．０３〜０．３であることが好ましく、使い捨ておむつ１’の最小幅Ｌに対する第２吸収体７の前記幅Ｌ３の比（Ｌ３／Ｌ）は０．０２〜０．３であることが好ましい。

本発明は、上述した第１，第２実施形態に制限されず、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内において適宜に変更可能である。例えば、複数本のレッグ部弾性部材８の内の一部の弾性部材を、第２吸収体７が配設された部位に配設し、他の弾性部材を第２吸収体７と中央吸収体４の両側縁４１との間に配設しても良い。また、各背側フラップ部６に、近接させて二本以上のファスニングテープ９を設けても良い。また、中央吸収体４と第２吸収体７とは、一体的に連設されていなくても良い。また、ウエスト部弾性部材は、糸状でも良く、レッグ部弾性部材は帯状でも良い。更に、使い捨ておむつの各部の形状、寸法、形成材料等は、適宜に変更することができる。尚、本発明の使い捨ておむつは、成人用のおむつとした場合に、上述した諸効果が一層顕著に発現される。
