Description
【0001】

<1−1.構成>
【0033】
<1−2.動作>
【0063】

【0064】
<2−2.動作>

【0093】
<変形例>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drain pump control apparatus and method and a drainage system for discharging a liquid inside a sewage tank to the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A drainage system for relaying sewage is installed in the sewage transport system that pumps sewage. The drainage system generally includes a sewage tank and a drainage pump that discharges sewage. The upper limit water level and the lower limit water level are set in advance in the sewage tank, and the operation of the drainage pump is controlled so that the sewage water level falls within this range. That is, the drain pump is controlled so that the drain pump starts operation when the water level exceeds the upper limit water level, and the drain pump stops operating when the water level falls below the lower limit water level.
[0003]
On the other hand, in the case of a sewage tank provided with a dropping recess for removing sludge at the bottom, it is difficult to attach a water level sensor near the bottom. For this reason, the above-mentioned lower limit water level is often set slightly above the bottom. In this case, in the above-described drainage pump operation control, sewage that is not discharged is retained near the bottom. The accumulated sewage is a source of foul odors and scum and tends to cause sewage tank contamination.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to prevent such septic tank contamination, various drainage pump control techniques have been studied so far.
[0005]
For example, Japanese Patent No. 3268488 discloses a technique for detecting a decrease in current consumption of a drainage pump when the drainage pump finishes discharging sewage and becomes idle, and stops the drainage pump. According to this technique, sewage can be discharged almost completely, but there is a problem in that the drain pump may not operate normally at the next startup due to suction of air.
[0006]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-45984 discloses a technique for continuing the operation of a drain pump for a certain period of time after the sewage level has dropped to the lower limit level. In the present technology, the amount of decrease in the water level per unit time during pump operation is calculated from the time from the upper limit water level to the lower limit water level, and the time for continuing the operation of the drainage pump is determined based on this calculation result. According to this technique, if the amount of inflow of sewage during operation of the pump is constant, the sewage at the bottom can be completely discharged and it is possible to prevent the pump from being idle. However, since the upper limit water level and the lower limit water level are far apart, the time until the water level falls between them is relatively long. For this reason, only a relatively long time average is considered for the sewage inflow, and if the sewage inflow changes, the water level does not drop sufficiently when the pump is stopped, or the pump is empty after the end of drainage. There is a possibility of continuing operation.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage pump control device and method, and a drainage system that can accurately control the water level and are less likely to cause malodor and scum. To do.

[0066]
Step S201 corresponds to step S101 in FIG. Similarly, in the second embodiment, the water level WiThe branching process is performed depending on whether the water level data number j when the water level is below the lower limit water level L is 102 or more. If j ≧ 102, the process proceeds to step S202. If j ≦ 101, the process proceeds to step S203.

The calculated extended operation time T is output from the extended operation
[0070]
In step S203, the extended operation time T is calculated when the water level measurement is not performed 10 seconds before the water level measurement immediately before the water level falls below the lower limit water level L. In this case, the oldest water level W held as water level data in the current drainage routine.iAnd water level W just before the lower limit water level Lj-1The extended operation time T is determined using the difference between the two. That is, in the case of the first embodiment, the water level data is used for a fixed time of “10 seconds before” from the time when the water level drops to near the lower limit water level L, but in this second embodiment, A time value going back to the past (hereinafter also referred to as “back time”) is a variable value according to the water level change situation up to the vicinity of the lower limit water level L. Only the method of calculating the extended operation time T is different from that of the first embodiment, and this point will be described below, and redundant description of the remaining operations will be omitted.
[0076]
FIG. 8 is a flowchart of a subroutine for calculating the extended operation time T. This flowchart corresponds to the flowchart of FIG. 5 of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, a method of calculating the extended operation time T will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0077]
In the first embodiment, the extended operation time T is calculated from two water level data. However, the third embodiment is different in that the extended operation time T is calculated from three or more water level data.
[0078]
Step S301 corresponds to step S101 in FIG. As in the second embodiment, the water level WiThe branching process is performed depending on whether the water level data number j when the water level is below the lower limit water level L is 102 or more. When j ≧ 102, the process proceeds to step S302. If j ≦ 101, the process proceeds to step S305.
[0079]
In step S302, the water level data W is calculated using a predetermined integer n of 3 to 101.j-1, Wj-2, Wj-3, ..., Wjn(The water level data {Wj} (Abbreviated as}), a function f (t) (t is time) that approximately describes the time change of the water level is determined. More specifically, a function form f (t) including parameters is determined in advance, and the function f (t) is converted to the water level data {Wj} Is determined by the method of least squares to best approximate. Here, a case where a quadratic function relating to time is used as the function form f (t) will be described.
[0080]
In this embodiment, a function of Formula 6 including parameters α, β, and γ is adopted as f (t).
[0081]
[Formula 6]
[0082]
Water level data {Wj} Is the time when t is measuredj-1, Tj-2, Tj-3, ..., tjnThen, after the parameters α, β, and γ are determined as values that minimize the evaluation value I of Equation 7, the process proceeds to the next step S303.
[0083]
[Expression 7]
[0084]
This calculation is executed by a calculation program provided in a part of the program 505a. Although a quadratic function is used as f (t), other function forms may be used, or a spline function may be used.
[0085]
In step S303, the extended operation time T is calculated using the determined function f (t). Here, time tjIt is assumed that the subsequent water level changes according to the determined function f (t), and the extended operation time T is calculated. However, in consideration of the fact that the horizontal cross-sectional area of the sewage tank is changing below the lower limit water level L, the extended operation time T is determined as shown in Equation 8 or Equation 9. This is equivalent to extrapolating to a water level lower than the lower limit water level L using a temporal chain of three or more water level data.
[0086]
[Equation 8]
[0087]
[Equation 9]
[0088]
In step S304, the extended operation time TP in the past operation is rewritten by the calculated extended operation time T, and this subroutine is finished.
[0089]
In step S305, with reference to the past
[0090]
In step S306, the extended operation time TP in the past operation is read out, and this subroutine ends as the extended operation time T in the current operation.
[0091]
In step S306, the predetermined extended operation time TD is read out, and this subroutine ends as the extended operation time T during the current operation.
