【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、負荷となる複数の機器、電力を生成する発電手段及び商用電源と通電可能に接続され、負荷となる複数の機器の電力消費量に応じて前記発電手段からの電力を売電すると共に商用電源からの電力を買電する電力分岐装置に設けられる過電流警報装置及び系統連係システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、二酸化炭素による地球温暖化の防止対策の一つとして、住宅に自家発電機として太陽電池、風力発電機等を配設し、自家発電機の出力の電力変換を行い商用電源と系統連係システムを構成することが考えられている。以下の説明においては、自家発電機が太陽電池である場合について説明する。

上述の系統連係システムは、太陽電池より出力される直流電力をインバータ等の直流交流変換回路を用いて交流電力に電力変換する自家発電電源を設け、この自家発電電源(以下、分散電源という)と商用電源との送電系統を分電盤において連結して系統連係を行うものである(特許文献1参照)。

このような系統連係システムの分電盤に流れる電流が所定の閾値を超えているか否かを判定し、閾値を超えている場合には過電流状態であることを表示する過電流警報装置が提案されている(特許文献2参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の系統連係システムの過電流警報装置は、分散電源からの電力を売電する場合にも、商用電源からの電力を買電する場合にも、分電盤に流れる電流が所定の閾値を超えている際には過電流状態であると判定され警報が出力されていたため、需要家は、売電状態であっても電力の使いすぎであると誤認し、負荷の使用を制限し、警報が出力され続けるという問題があった。

本発明は上記の課題に鑑みてなされたもので、買電状態にある場合にのみ、過電流警報を出力する系統連係システムの過電流警報装置及び系統連係システムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載の過電流警報装置は、負荷となる複数の機器、電力を生成する発電手段及び商用電源と通電可能に接続され、負荷となる複数の機器の電力消費量に応じて前記発電手段からの電力を売電すると共に商用電源からの電力を買電する電力分岐装置に設けられる過電流警報装置であって、前記電力分岐装置が売電状態にあるか買電状態にあるかを判別する売買判別手段と、売電又は買電する電流値を検出する第1電流検出手段と、外部に対して警報を出力する警報出力手段とを備え、前記警報出力手段は、前記売買判別手段によって買電状態にあると判別され、且つ、前記第1電流検出手段によって検出された電流値が所定の値以上である場合に警報を出力し、前記売買判別手段によって売電状態にあると判別された場合には前記警報を出力しないすることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明の過電流警報装置が適用される系統連係システムの全体構成図の一例である。系統連係システム1は、太陽光発電を行う太陽電池11(発電手段に相当する)と、太陽電池11によって生成された直流電力を交流電力に変換するパワーコンディショナ12(電力変換手段に相当する)と、パワーコンディショナ12からの出力が異常となった場合にこの出力を遮断する連係ブレーカ13と、後述する電力分岐装置31に商用電源からの電力を供給する分岐ブレーカ14と、分岐ブレーカ14に商用電源からの電力を供給する主幹ブレーカ15と、商用電源からの電力を主幹ブレーカ15に供給する電流制限器16と、商用電源から主幹ブレーカ15に供給される電流値を検出する第1電流検出器21(第1電流検出手段に相当する)と、パワーコンディショナ12から連係ブレーカ13に供給される電流値を検出する第2電流検出器22(第2電流検出手段に相当する)と、商用電源及びパワーコンディショナ12から後述する電力分岐装置31に供給される電圧値を検出する電圧検出器23(電圧検出手段に相当する)と、負荷となる複数の機器41と、負荷となる複数の機器41、連係ブレーカ13及び分岐ブレーカ14と通電可能に接続され、負荷となる複数の機器41の電力消費量に応じて太陽電池11からの電力を売電すると共に商用電源からの電力を買電する電力分岐装置31(過電流警報装置の一部に相当する)と、電力分岐装置31の後述する売買判別部311aによって買電状態にあると判別され、且つ、第1電流検出器21によって検出された電流値が所定の値(例えば、10アンペア)以上である場合に警報を出力する過電流警報器32(警報出力手段に相当し、過電流警報装置の一部に相当する)とを備えている。
