[0008]
In these floor structures, a base panel such as particle board or base plywood is attached to a joist with insulation against vibration between the walls with nails or screws, and a finishing material such as flooring, carpet, or cushion floor is provided on it. It is being constructed. The floor structures in these examples are effective in eliminating the transmission of sound from the wall and reducing the transmission of sound to a concrete base such as concrete.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The method of fixing joists to the walls with concrete nails causes the sound to be transmitted from the walls to the downstairs, and the floor impact sound level performance deteriorates. Moreover, since the joist is used as a bundle, sound is transmitted directly from the base of the frame such as concrete to the downstairs.
[0010]
In the construction method considering soundproofing, it takes time to adjust the level of the joist with the anti-vibration rubber so that it does not touch the wall according to the reference line drawn on the wall. It is practically impossible to align the height of the support legs with anti-vibration rubber like this, and when the base panel is placed on the joist, the joist may be unstable and fall down, and the workability is poor, Extremely dangerous.
[0011]
Also, in places where the ground surface of the ground such as concrete is intense, the joists are tilted and it is difficult to attach the base panel or base plywood, and nailing and screwing with a gap between the joists and the base panel or base plywood is made. Doing so may cause flooring.
[0012]
In the construction method that does not bond the frame base of concrete or the like to the rubber support leg of the thick joist, sound is easily transmitted from the baseboard to the downstairs through the wall due to the floor floor jumping up against the heavy floor impact sound. Since the joist rubber support leg is not bonded, it is unstable and the workability is deteriorated.
[0013]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems in the construction of the floor structure, and to obtain a stable floor structure without problems such as ringing of the floor by a method with excellent workability.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a frame base, a wall, a joist disposed on the case base at the time of the wall, and a flooring on the joist, and the joist has a support leg whose level can be adjusted. In the floor-side structure, a rubber joist pad is fixed to the wall, and the joists are placed by placing the joist material on the joist pad and contacting the support leg to the frame base. The present invention relates to a floor structure that is supported on the frame base, a joist pad used in the floor structure, and a construction method of the floor structure.
[0015]
The present invention is to place a joist with a support leg whose level can be adjusted on a rubber joist pad, and with the temporarily fixed state, the support leg is extended to the chassis base so that the joist is supported by the chassis base. Therefore, it is based on the knowledge that the joist can be positioned stably regardless of the unevenness of the frame base.
[0016]
In the present invention, the joists are not positioned by the support legs, but the joists are positioned by the rubber joists pad. The support of the joist lumber by the support legs is significantly affected by the unevenness of the joist base, and there is virtually no variation in the height of the joists depending on the support legs such as three or more. Stable positioning of joists is impossible.
[0017]
By positioning the joist with the rubber joist pad, the variation in the height of the joist when the joist is supported by the support leg is within the predetermined buffering action by the joist pad, and the joist is stable. Positioning is possible.
[0018]
In the present invention, the positioning of the joists using the rubber joists pad eliminates the gap between the joists and the flooring on the joists, and a stable floor structure without problems such as flooring is obtained.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described.
(1) Near-floor structure The near-floor structure comprises a frame base, a wall, a joist on the base, a floor on the joist, and a rubber joist pad fixed to the wall. The joist material is supported by the placement on the joist pad and the contact of the support leg to the chassis base, and the joist material can be positioned.
[0020]
(2) Although it is made of joist pad rubber, it can be fixed to the wall, there are no restrictions on the material, shape, etc., and various types can be used. In particular, the joist pad can include a horizontal portion that can be placed so as to temporarily fix the joist material.
[0021]
(2-1) Shape of joist pad The joist pad is formed between the joist and the wall so that vibration transmission between the joist and the wall is suppressed without directly contacting the wall. It can have an intervening vertical section.
[0022]
Preferably, the joist pad has a substantially U-shaped cross section. Such joist pad has two vertical portions and a horizontal portion between the vertical portions, and one vertical portion is fixed to the wall, and the joist can be placed on the inner bottom surface of the horizontal portion. . Also, preferably, such joist pad sandwiches joist material between two vertical portions.
[0023]
Preferably, the joist pad has a substantially U-shaped cross section. The joist pad has one vertical portion and two horizontal portions, the vertical portion is fixed to the wall, and the joist material is placed on the lower horizontal portion. Preferably, the joist pad also sandwiches joist material between the two horizontal portions.
[0024]
The joist pad can be pre-marked at the position where the upper face of the joist material comes when the joist product is placed. Such a mark indicates the upper surface position of the joist member when the joist pad is to be fixed at a predetermined position on the wall, and allows the joist member to be accurately positioned.
[0025]
Various kinds of marks can be used without any particular limitation, but as simple ones, shapes such as lines, cuts, cutouts, and steps can be used.
[0026]
(2-2) Placement of joist pads It is preferable to use a plurality of joist pads and fix each joist pad to the wall in a state of being separated from each other. If the space between each joist pad is made to communicate between the underfloor space and the indoor space or the like, it is possible to prevent the resonance phenomenon (the Tyco phenomenon) of the floor impact sound that occurs in the underfloor space.
[0027]
(2-3) Material of joist pad The rubber hardness of the joist pad is preferably in the range of 70 or less in durometer A. The joist pad having such hardness has an anti-vibration performance effective in preventing floor impact sound from being transmitted from the floor finish surface to the wall and transmitted downstairs.
[0028]
(3) It is arranged on the frame base in the case of the joist wall. The joist has support legs that can be adjusted in level, and is supported on the frame base by the support legs. The case where the joist is arranged on the wall is particularly referred to as an extra joist or an extra joist.
[0029]
There are no particular restrictions on the material, shape, and the like of the joists, and various materials can be used. In general, the joist is a wooden timber and sometimes laminated timber.
[0030]
(3-1) It is attached to the support leg joists and adjusts the distance between the joists and the frame base. Various materials and shapes can be used.
[0031]
Preferably, the support leg includes a rod-like support member and a rubber member at one end of the support member, and the other end of the support member is fixed to the joist. The rubber member of the support leg contacts the frame base and insulates the joist from the frame base, and the support member supports the joist on the frame base in a state where the distance between the joist and the frame base is adjustable. .
[0032]
(3-2) Support leg height adjusting means Various means can be used. Preferably, a bolt and a nut fixed to the joist are used as the support member.
[0033]
(3-3) Materials of Support Member and Rubber Member Bolts as support members and bolts and nuts as height adjusting means are preferably made of steel or hard resin. Further, the rubber member can be a vibration-proof rubber, and the rubber hardness of such a rubber member is in the range of 40 to 80 with a durometer A according to a measurement method according to the JIS standard of rubber.
[0034]
(3-4) Adhesion between Support Leg and Housing Base Preferably, the support leg is fixed to the housing base with an adhesive. By fixing the joist material to the frame base, the joist structure becomes more stable. With respect to heavy floor impact sound, the floor around the room does not jump up and no sound is generated between the support leg and the frame base.
[0035]
When the support leg has a rubber member, an adhesive can be poured between the rubber member and the chassis base in a state where the support leg is in contact with the chassis base to bond the support leg and the chassis base. As such an adhesive, when used in combination with a low-viscosity adhesive used for nuts and bolts attached to the joists, the workability is good, even in the state where the rubber member and the casing base are in contact with each other. Adhesives flow in between and good adhesion.
[0036]
(4) The casing base is made of various materials and can have various structures. Generally, it is a concrete floor foundation such as a floor slab that may be used in a dry double floor. Even if the unevenness of the foundation of the frame made of concrete has a variation that cannot be overlooked in the height of the joist that is adjusted only by the support legs, there is no problem as long as the joist is positioned by the joist pad.
[0037]
(5) The wall is made of various materials and can have various structures. A double wall having an indoor wall on the frame wall is also included. Preferably, the wall forms a gap between the joists. Such a gap can prevent a resonance phenomenon that occurs in a closed space under the floor.
[0038]
(6) It is supported on the flooring joists. A floor material such as a normal plate is used, and includes a floor base material such as a normal particle board and a floor finishing material such as a flooring material. In a double floor, a base panel is generally used as a floor base material, and as the base panel, particle board, plywood, laminated material, etc. having a thickness of 20 to 30 mm can be used.
[0039]
The flooring is supported by the joist at the part near the wall, but the central part of the flooring can be supported by ordinary double floor rubber legs. Such a double floor rubber leg is not particularly limited, and can have various shapes and materials, and includes a floor support member for supporting the floor and a rubber member in contact with the casing base.
[0040]
(7) A baseboard can be used when the baseboard floor and the wall are close to each other, that is, at the floor. The baseboard is not particularly limited, and various materials, shapes, and the like can be used.
[0041]
As the baseboard to be attached around the wall, a soft resin soft baseboard, or in the case of a wooden baseboard, one having a soft resin of about 5 mm attached under the wooden baseboard can be used. If a wooden baseboard without soft resin attached is attached in contact with a finishing material such as flooring, sound is transmitted from the baseboard to the downstairs through the wall, and the floor impact sound level performance deteriorates. For heavy floor impact sound, if the joist is fixed to the frame base with an adhesive, the floor around the room will not jump up and the sound transmitted from the baseboard to the downstairs will be reduced.
[0042]
(8) Construction of the floor-side structure The floor-side structure is not particularly limited and can be constructed by various methods. Preferably, the construction method of the floor structure is (i) preparing a rubber joist pad, and the joist pad has a horizontal part capable of temporarily fixing the joist material, and (ii) fixing the joist pad to the wall. (Iii) placing the joist having the support legs on the horizontal portion of the joist pad, and (iv) bringing the support legs into contact with the housing base.
[0043]
A rubber joist pad on which joist can be placed is fixed to a predetermined position on the wall with a screw or the like so that the upper surface of the joist is aligned with a predetermined height such as a reference line drawn on the wall. Then, after placing the joist timber, which has level-adjustable support legs attached at regular intervals, on the joist pad, simply extend the support leg until the joists support leg touches the chassis base. Leveling can be done.
[0044]
The joist is not positioned by the level-adjustable support legs, but a rubber joist pad is fixed to the wall according to a predetermined reference line of the wall, and the joist is placed on the joist pad. Positioned. At the time of placing the joist on the joist pad, the reference line drawn with ink and the upper face of the joist can be placed at the same height position, and there is no need to adjust the level of joist using the support leg. It is only necessary to extend until it comes into contact with the chassis substrate.
[0045]
The number of rubber joist pads attached to the wall may be the minimum number on which one joist with the rubber support legs attached at regular intervals can be placed. About two joist pads can be used for one joist having a length of about 1 m.
[0046]
By using a joist pad with a U-shaped cross section or a U-shaped cross section and a support leg with anti-vibration rubber, the dry double floor joist does not directly contact the wall, and the level of the joists Adjustment can be easily performed, and a floor-side structure having excellent soundproofing performance can be obtained.
[0047]
By sandwiching in the joist pad, the upper face of the joist can be made horizontal and at right angles to the wall. When installing floor materials such as plywood and base, there is no gap and floor noise does not occur.
[0048]
In addition, by putting the joistwood into the joist pad and holding it, there is no risk of the joisting material falling down when placing a flooring material such as a base panel on the joistwood, so that construction of a double floor can be performed safely and easily. it can.
[0049]
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the positioning of the joists by the rubber joists pad eliminates the gap between the joists and the flooring on the joists, and a stable floor-to-floor structure without problems such as ringing of the floor is obtained. It is done.
[0067]
In addition, according to the present invention, by positioning the joist material into a rubber joist pad attached to the wall, the joist material can be accurately positioned and the upper surface of the joist material can be obtained even in a place where the ground surface of the frame is poor. It can be kept horizontal, and when a joist is fixed to a base material such as a base panel or a base plywood, a gap is not formed between them, and floor noise can be prevented.
[0068]
In particular, according to the present invention, by applying a joist with a support leg that can be level-adjusted using a rubber joist pad, the joist can be constructed in a short time, and the foundation of the frame is not damaged. Since the top surface of the joists can be kept horizontal even in places with poor land, the joists of the joists can be prevented from falling down during construction, and the safety of the work can be significantly improved. Variation is reduced.
[0069]
Further, according to the present invention, by preventing the wall and the joist from directly contacting with the joist pad, it is possible to prevent the floor impact sound from being transmitted to the wall from the joist pad and the rubber member of the support leg. Also, the transmission of sound to and from the chassis base can be reduced. Furthermore, by fixing the support leg and the chassis base with an adhesive, the workability is not significantly sacrificed, and a significant improvement effect on the heavy floor impact sound can be obtained.
