Claims (3)
- 一対の発振用増幅器の入出力間を基板の一主面に設けた高周波伝送路で接続し、前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間と出力間に前記高周波伝送路と電磁結合するスロットラインを前記基板の他主面に設けるとともに前記入力間と出力間の前記高周波伝送路は前記スロットラインを横断して、発振周波数(基本波f0)に対して互いに逆相発振となる2つの発振系を形成し、
前記一対の発振用増幅器の入出力間であって前記スロットラインを横断する前記入力間の高周波伝送路に出力線を接続して前記スロットラインの一端側方向に導出し、前記基本波f0の偶数次倍調波を得る倍調波平面発振器において、
前記入力間と出力間を接続して前記スロットラインを横断する高周波伝送路間となる前記スロットラインの両側の導体間に前記スロットラインの電磁波動場を制御する電子素子としての逆極性接続のバラクタダイオード又は逆極性接続のスイッチングダイオードを配置して前記スロットラインの両側の導体間を接続し、
前記電子素子の逆接続点に前記スロットライン内に設けた第1信号線の一端を接続し、前記基板の一主面に設けた第2信号線に前記第1信号線の他端をビアホールによって接続して、前記第2信号線は前記スロットラインの他端側方向に導出し、前記第2信号線から前記電子素子に制御信号を入力したことを特徴とする高周波発振器機能回路。 - 請求項1において、前記制御信号の入力される電圧可変容量素子は逆極性接続とした一対のバラクタダイオードであって、前記一対のバラクタダイオードの接続点に前記制御信号を入力するとともに、前記制御信号はFSK変調用である高周波発振器機能回路。
- 請求項1において、記制御信号の入力される前記スイッチング素子は逆極性接続とした一対のスイッチングダイオードであって、前記制御信号を前記一対のスイッチングダイオードの接続点に入力するとともに、前記制御信号はASK変調用である高周波発振器機能回路。
