[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a pipeline blocking bag used for sealing a fluid in a pipeline, and more particularly to a gas blocking bag for blocking gas flowing through a pipeline.
[0002]
[Prior art]
City gas produced from a gas production plant is supplied to customers via a large-diameter high-pressure line, a medium-diameter medium-pressure line, a small-diameter low-pressure line, and a supply pipe.
In recent years, pipeline maintenance for each line has been carried out in preparation for disasters such as major earthquakes. When such pipeline maintenance is performed, the gas in the maintenance target area is normally shut off, and the pipeline is replaced or rehabilitated.
When shutting off the gas, shut off the shutoff valve provided in the pipe in advance, or introduce an air bag (balloon) into the pipe and inflate it in the pipe to shut off the gas flowing in the pipe The construction method is used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when maintaining the above-mentioned high-pressure line, there is usually a shutoff valve in the high-pressure line, and this valve is closed. However, since a very high-pressure gas flows in the pipe, it cannot be completely shut off and some leakage occurs. There is. Therefore, when performing maintenance on the high-pressure line, this leakage gas must be completely shut off.
However, it is difficult to open a hole for introducing the air bag into the high-pressure line in order to block the leaked gas. Therefore, it is conceivable to introduce a bag from the opening of the diffusion valve that communicates with the high-pressure line. It was difficult to introduce a bag of a size that could block the pipeline.
In addition, when a bag is used, the contact area with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe cannot be increased and adhesion cannot be secured unless a high pressure is used when the bag is inflated. There has been a problem that the size of the device at the time of blocking is increased and the reliability of blocking cannot be obtained.
[0004]
The present invention has been proposed in order to cope with such a situation, and does not require large-scale equipment, and can be surely obtained in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe. An object of the present invention is to provide a conduit blocking bag that can completely block the flow of fluid.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 1 is a pipe-blocking system introduced and used from a small-diameter communication hole formed in the pipe to seal the fluid in the pipe. The bag has a bag main body made of an elastic bag that can be expanded and contracted by gas in and out, and the bag main body is a size that can be inserted through the communication hole when folded. In addition, when expanded, the cross-sectional shape having a long side in a direction perpendicular to the laying direction of the pipe is substantially rectangular. In addition, each side surface perpendicular to the laying direction of the pipe line is stretched in a polygonal shape and integrated with the corresponding side surface, and the suspending band stretched between the side surfaces in the laying direction of the pipe line The above-mentioned cross-sectional shape is held in a substantially rectangular shape with a specified expansion amount. It is characterized by that.
[0006]
The invention according to claim 2 is the conduit blocking bag according to claim 1, wherein the bag body is perpendicular to the laying direction of the conduit. the above side Is integrated into a pipe having a space that can communicate with the interior of the bag body, and when the pipe is used as a flagpole, the bag body is configured in a flag shape corresponding to a flag and can be folded. It is characterized by that.

[Action]
Claim 1 According to the present invention, when the bag body is inflated, the bag body is configured to have a rectangular cross section, so that expansion in the laying direction of the pipeline is suppressed and contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline becomes unstable. Since contact can be prevented, the contact | adherence area to a pipe inner peripheral surface can be expanded. Also book In the invention, the suspension band that restricts the expansion in the laying direction of the pipe line is provided, so that the pressure acting in the laying direction of the pipe line can be surely applied to the peripheral surface side. Moreover, unlike the balloon-like inflating, the working pressure in the direction of laying the pipeline can be applied to the inside of the peripheral surface, so it is used to inflate Ru Even if the amount of fluid is small, adhesion to the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline is ensured.

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the claims 1 According to the present invention, when the bag is inflated, the bag body is configured to have a rectangular cross section, so that expansion in the laying direction of the pipeline is suppressed and contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline becomes unstable. Since point contact can be prevented, the contact | adherence area to a pipe inner peripheral surface can be expanded.
[0040]
Claim 2 Thru 4 According to the described invention, since the bag body is configured in a flag shape together with the pipe and can be folded, it can be inserted into a narrow insertion portion. Moreover, the fluid pressure in the pipe line acting on the bag body is reduced by the fluid in the pipe flowing into the recess formed in the central part of the bag body and immediately being discharged to the outside through the pipe. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the adhesion between the bag body and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe line due to the displacement of the bag body.
