【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above conventional example, since the maximum pressure of the tilt cylinder and the maximum pressure of the attachment cylinder are controlled by one
[0018]
Here, if a pilot relief valve dedicated to the attachment cylinder is provided in the inlet section d, the maximum pressure of the attachment cylinder can be set separately from the tilt cylinder.
However, when the pilot relief valve dedicated to the attachment cylinder is incorporated in the inlet section d, there is a problem that the inlet section d is enlarged accordingly.
Further, in order to connect the pilot relief valve provided in the inlet section d to the third load pressure line 17 provided in the valve section c, another load pressure line is also formed in the valve sections a and b therebetween. There must be. Therefore, there is also a problem that the processing cost becomes high.
[0019]
If a pilot relief valve can be incorporated in the valve sections a to c, problems such as an increase in the size of the inlet section d can be prevented. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Eventually, the pilot relief valve could not be incorporated into the inlet section d and the valve sections a to c, and the maximum pressure of the actuator could not be set individually.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control device capable of individually setting the maximum pressure acting on an actuator without increasing the size of the inlet section and the valve section.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention incorporates a pump, a plurality of switching valves connected in parallel to the pump, a valve section incorporating the switching valves, an inlet section provided upstream of the valve section, and the inlet section. Connected to the compensator valve that discharges excess flow from the pump to the tank, the switching valve, a load pressure line that guides the load pressure of the actuator to the compensator valve, and these load pressure lines, and the highest load pressure The compensator valve is premised on a hydraulic control device that exhibits a load sensing function for an actuator in which the highest load pressure is generated.
[0021]
Based on the above equipment, the valve section controls the valve body, a spool that is slidably incorporated in the valve body, a pilot chamber that faces both ends of the spool, and a pilot pressure that leads to the pilot chamber. A pair of proportional electromagnetic pressure reducing valves, an actuator port that connects the actuator, a load pressure line that guides the load pressure of the actuator, a tank port that communicates with the tank, and a flow path that connects the load pressure line and the tank port The proportional electromagnetic pressure reducing valve has an axis intersecting the spool axis, and a pilot relief valve is provided between the proportional electromagnetic pressure reducing valves. According to the second embodiment, when only the lift cylinder is operated and a high pressure higher than the allowable pressure is applied to the lift cylinder, the third pilot relief valve 111 is thereby opened. When the third pilot relief valve 111 is thus opened, the pressure guided to the pilot chamber 60 b of the
Accordingly, the pressure supplied from the pump P to the lift cylinder is maintained at a magnitude obtained by adding the pressure corresponding to the spring force of the spring 60c to the set pressure of the third pilot relief valve 111. That is, the maximum pressure acting on the lift cylinder is controlled by the third pilot relief valve 111.
[0049]
According to the second embodiment, the function of the main relief valve can be obtained by the third pilot relief valve 111 incorporated in the valve section a.
Therefore, the main relief valve of the inlet section d can be omitted, and the inlet section d can be reduced in size accordingly.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, since the pilot relief valve is incorporated in the valve section, the maximum pressure acting on the actuator can be set for each actuator without increasing the size of the inlet section.
In addition, since the pilot relief valve is provided in the dead space generated between the pair of proportional electromagnetic pressure reducing valves, an increase in the size of the valve section can be prevented.
