Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention , Feeling For cleaning optical materials and diluting processing solutions The water Use Feeling The present invention relates to an optical material processing apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the photosensitive material processing apparatus, while carrying the image-exposed photosensitive material, the photosensitive material is immersed in a processing solution or sprayed with a processing solution on the surface of the photosensitive material. Do.
[0003]
For example, in a PS plate processor which is a photosensitive material processing apparatus for processing a photosensitive lithographic printing plate (hereinafter referred to as “PS plate”) as a photosensitive material, a development process for immersing the PS plate in a developer and processing the PS plate Treatment liquids such as a rinsing process for spraying rinsing water, a desensitizing treatment process for applying a desensitizing treatment liquid such as a gum solution to the surface of the PS plate after the rinsing treatment and performing a desensitizing treatment A plurality of processing steps are used, and the image-exposed PS plate is subjected to development, washing and desensitizing treatment.
[0004]
Further, in such a PS plate processor, the processing solution is replenished by supplying a developing solution and a finisher solution replenishment stock solution and water for diluting the replenishment stock solution to the development vessel and the finisher vessel.
[0005]
In the PS version processor, a water supply tank for receiving water is provided, and water used for washing and diluting the replenishment stock solution is stored in the water supply tank, and pumped out from the water supply tank as necessary. .
[0006]
By the way, when water is left in the washing tank or the water supply tank, mold is generated. For this purpose, a fungicide (hereinafter referred to as “medicine”) is periodically added to the washing tank or water supply tank (for example, 30 ml of the fungicide for 10 liters of water) to prevent the occurrence of mold. ing.
[0007]
However, this drug is highly viscous and difficult to disperse. In addition, when it dissolves in water, it gradually dissolves from the surroundings, so it takes time to mix with water. For this reason, it is necessary to stir the water in the water supply tank manually when the chemical is put into the water supply tank, or to stir the water in the water supply tank by providing a stirring means such as a circulation pump or a stirring fin. There is. For this reason, the work load when using the PS processor increases, and the cost of the apparatus increases.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above facts, and proposes a photosensitive material processing apparatus that promotes the mixing of chemicals with a simple structure when a chemical such as an antifungal agent is introduced into a water supply tank or the like. Objective.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention ,water A photosensitive material processing apparatus for processing a photosensitive material with a processing solution using , Place Inclined at a constant angle Been With the buttocks arranged ,in front From a predetermined position on the storage Drug Let down Medicine From above the agent charging means and the drug charging position of the buttocks The water Let down Salary And water means.
[0010]
According to this invention, the water supply tank Etc. Establish a buttock The Depending on the water supply Tuna By supplying water to the section, this water flows down the buttock and enters the water tank. Such To flow down.
[0011]
Further, the medicine feeding means supplies the medicine to the buttocks so that the medicine flows down the buttocks.
[0012]
Here, when the viscosity of the medicine is high, the speed of flowing down the buttocks is low. When such a medicine is flowing in the middle of the buttock, when water is supplied to the buttock by the water supply means, the water flows down the buttock so as to wash away the medicine in the buttock. Thereby, the water in which the medicine is mixed can be supplied. Moreover, a chemical | medical agent becomes easy to melt | dissolve by mixing in the water which flows down a collar part. Therefore, dissolution of the drug in water can be promoted.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a drug on the surface of the heel portion where the drug flows down. But Diffusion in the width direction of the buttock that intersects the flow direction Be done A diffusion means is formed.
[0014]
According to this invention, the diffusion means for diffusing the drug is provided on the surface of the channel of the heel part. This The drug that flows down the buttock is diffused by the diffusion means Like that. As a result, the drug is supplied to the supplied water. It becomes easy to mix.
[0015]
In addition, as a spreading | diffusion means, arbitrary structures, such as providing the inclination (convex part) along the width direction in a collar part and forming a processus | protrusion on the surface of a flow path, can be used, for example.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 3 is provided at a lower end of the flange portion. The medicine and water flow down from the periphery. Saucer Is provided With features Do .
[0017]
According to the present invention, the water that has flowed down the collar is allowed to overflow from the peripheral edge of the tray. Flow Make it fall . This allows for drugs as well as Water containing chemicals in the water supply tank Such Can be diffused in water.
[0018]
Thereby, a chemical | medical agent can be uniformly mixed in the water in a water supply tank, without using a circulation pump, a stirring fin, etc.
