Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rice sharpener that is polished with anhydrous water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, rice is washed to cook rice, but in a commercial grain washing device, the rice washing process is important in the equipment that removes rice bran and separates rice grains and rice bran. It is a complicated process and a very time-consuming process. Therefore, there are many devices that automate this rice washing process and save labor.
[0003]
However, those that stir water and rice by mechanical force are likely to damage the rice, and the water mixed with rice bran cannot be quickly separated from the rice, and the rice has absorbed the smelly water and cooked rice Will become rice with a bad smell, and the fatty acid contained in the rice cake will be oxidized to increase the warming odor. Also, there are some that rub the rice together with the water pressure in running water, but it requires a large amount of water and also causes sewerage pollution.
[0004]
In addition, there is wash-free rice that is sold with the koji removed, but wash-free rice that uses water is inferior in taste because it is dried and distributed after using water, and wash-free rice that uses sticky koji is a system However, the use of rice bran is very large and difficult to handle as general household and business equipment, and the system using only non-washed rice is relatively simple, but there is a problem with the taste performance of the non-washed rice itself. was there.
[0005]
Conventionally, rice sharpeners that polish rice with anhydrous water have been constructed as shown in FIG. Hereinafter, the configuration will be described. FIG. 9 shows the structure of the sharpening part 51 of the rice sharpener. The outer periphery of this sharpening part is a cylindrical shape that is open up and down, so that rice cannot pass through it, and rice cake, rice flour, and other dust pass through it. A separation part (not shown) having a hole of a size that is separated by a gap through which about one or two grains of rice can pass and an outer hopper is formed so as to form a cylindrical donut-shaped closed space on the outer periphery of the separation part (Not shown).
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 9, the rotating disk 53 covers the bottom surface of the polished rice hover, and a cylindrical body 54 having an outer periphery formed in a brush shape with a gap above the rotating disk 53 is installed. A cylindrical shape 58 is provided on the upper surface of the rotating disk 53 from the center side to the outer peripheral side so as to rotate together with the rotating disk 53. The rotating shaft 52 is connected to the cylindrical body 54 via connecting members 56 and 57, and the rotating shaft 52 and the rotating disk 53 are connected by a pedestal 55 (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0007]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When rice grains of polished rice for the purpose of washing the rice are put into the polished portion and the rotating disk 53 and the cylindrical body 54 are rotated, the rotation of the rotating disk 53 and the cylindrical body 54 is rotated. As a result, the rice at the bottom of the polished portion is given centrifugal force and presses the rice grains against the side surface of the cylindrical body 54, so that it rises along the side surface in order and rises between the side wall of the separating portion and the cylindrical body 54. Accelerate the rubbing of rice grains by centrifugal force and scrape the rice cake or rice surface powder. The separated rice cake is discharged into the closed space of the outer hopper through the hole of the separation part, and the rice cake and rice are separated, and the rice is washed with anhydrous water.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-224577
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional configuration, the rice is polished by the cylindrical body 54 whose outer periphery is formed in a brush shape. However, since the surface hardness of the rice is high, the hair formed on the cylindrical body 54 must be made of hard material. Therefore, the hair is easily worn, has a short life, and becomes a part that is frequently replaced. However, a brush is formed on the cylindrical body 54, and the rotating shaft 52 and the rotating disk 53 connected to the cylindrical body 54 are connected by the pedestal 55. Therefore, the pedestal 55 is replaced, which goes against resource saving. It was. Furthermore, there has been a problem that it must be replaced in a short time.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described conventional problems, and it is possible to wash rice without using water and to make it possible to easily replace a brush constituted by raising or flocking.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a polishing unit for polishing and separating rice grains and the like, and a number of holes for separating and separating the divided portions arranged on the outer periphery of the rice polishing unit. A cylindrical separation portion disposed; an outer hopper that forms a cylindrical donut-shaped space on the outer periphery of the separation portion; and a paddle discharge portion provided in the outer hopper. A substantially cylindrical rice-washing drum that is rotatable and has a brush that is formed by bending both ends inwardly into an L-shape and abutting and joining the L-shaped portions, and in the longitudinal groove of the rice-washing drum, The protrusion inside the brush is detachably inserted.
[0012]
Thereby, it is possible to wash the rice without using water, and it is possible to easily replace the brush constituted by raising or flocking.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a polished rice portion for grinding and separating rice grains and the like, and a number of holes for separating the separated rice balls arranged on the outer periphery of the polished rice portion. a cylindrical separation unit were provided with an outer hopper to form a cylindrical donut-shaped space to the outer periphery of the separation unit, and a bran discharge portion provided in the outer hopper, the Lab rice section, longitudinal grooves and rice washing drum substantially cylindrical freely rotate with having, bending into an L shape at both ends on the inside, having a brush constructed by combining against the L-shaped section, the longitudinal groove of the rice washing drum, The protruding part inside the brush is detachably fitted, can be washed without using water, and the brush constituted by raising or flocking can be easily replaced.
[0014]
Also, by inserting the L-shaped part that is sewn by matching both ends of the brush into the vertical groove of the rice washing drum, the brush is fitted into the cylindrical rice washing drum, so that the brush and the rice washing drum can be prevented from slipping. The performance can be improved.
[0015]
A second aspect of the present invention is the invention according to the first aspect, wherein the resin plate is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the brush, and the brush is obtained by cutting the hair on the surface of the fabric to make the brush flexible. The brush made of woven fabric can sag in the circumferential direction due to the pressure of rice, but this elongation can be prevented by the resin plate integrally fixed to the brush. The variation in polishing performance due to this slack can be eliminated.

The rice at the bottom of the polished rice section 4 is given a centrifugal force by the rotation of the rice washing drum 12, and the rice grains are pressed against the side surface of the rice washing drum 12, so that they are raised along the side surface in order.
[0031]
Since the rice is continuously pushed up to the set height, the rice grains that have risen higher than the tip of the polished portion 4 lose their force and fall free or collide with the upper plate 33 of the polished portion 4. Return to the bottom. The rice grains move again to the side by centrifugal force, and the same operation is repeated. That is, the rice at the bottom of the polished rice unit 4 is given centrifugal force, and the rice grains are pressed against the side surface of the rice washing drum 12 and circulated.
[0032]
On the other hand, the circulation described above promotes the friction between the rice grains by centrifugal force while rising between the side wall of the separating portion 14 and the brush 13, and the tip of the brush 13 enters the surface groove of the rice, and the rice cake or rice Scrape the powder on the surface. The separated soot and the like are discharged into the closed space 16 of the outer hopper 15 from the hole of the separating portion 14. After that, the suction motor 40 sucks the cyclone 6 so that the soot is collected in the soot collection container 35, the soot and the rice are separated, and the rice is washed with anhydrous water.
[0033]
Here, when the brush 13 is worn during the polishing, the brush 13 is detachably fitted to the outer periphery of the rice washing drum 12, so that the brush 13 can be easily replaced.

[0035]
In addition, since the resin plate 13c is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the brush 13, when the hair of the flexible fabric is used for polishing rice in order to prolong the life, the brush 13 composed of the fabric is pressed by the pressure of the rice. Although it is possible to sag in the circumferential direction, this elongation can be prevented by the resin plate 13c integrally fixed to the brush 13, and variations in the polishing performance due to this sag can be eliminated.
[0036]
(Example 1 )
As shown in FIG. 6, the brush 13 f is configured in a cylindrical shape by bending the short sides on both sides of the rectangle into an L shape at 90 degrees, sewing the short sides together. At this time, the L-shaped portions 41 and 42 are disposed inside. The L-shaped portions 41 and 42 are fitted into the vertical grooves 43 of the rice washing drum 12f so as to be detachable. Other configurations are the same as those in Reference Example 1 described above.
[0037]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. Since the brush 13f has a short side on both sides of the rectangle bent into an L-shape, the L-shaped portions are butted and sewn, and the inner L-shaped portions 41 and 42 are fitted into the vertical grooves 43 of the rice washing drum 12a. Therefore, the brush 13f and the rice washing drum 12f can be prevented from slipping, and the rice polishing performance can be improved.
[0038]
Also, as shown in FIG. 7, the short sides on both sides of the brush 13g made of a rectangular material are bent into an L shape at 90 degrees, the short sides are butted together and sewn into a cylindrical shape, and at this time, the L-shaped portion 44 May be configured such that the angle A is 90 degrees or less, and the slanted vertical grooves 45 of the rice washing drum 12g are also set to the angle A so as to be freely inserted and detached, and similar effects can be obtained.
[0039]
In this embodiment, the brush 13f is formed by bending the short sides on both sides of the rectangle into an L shape at 90 degrees and butting the short sides together, but it may be welded, bonded, etc. Can be obtained.
[0040]
(Example 2 )
As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of recesses 46 are provided on the surface of the rice washing drum 12 h, and springs 47 that press the inner surface of the brush 13 are disposed in the recesses 46 and fixed by screws 48. Other configurations are the same as those in Reference Example 1 described above.
[0041]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. When the brush 13 is inserted into the outer periphery of the rice washing drum 12h as in the above Reference Example 1, a gap is generated between the brush 13 and the rice washing drum 12h due to variation in the dimensions of the brush 13 and the rice washing drum 12h. By pressing the inner surface of the brush 13 with the spring 47, wrinkles of the brush 13 can be prevented, the distance between the tip of the hair of the brush 13 and the separating portion becomes substantially constant, and the tip of the brush 13 Combined with flexibility, the rice polishing performance can be stabilized, and the rice polishing performance can be prevented from varying depending on the size, brand, etc. of the rice.
