Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel injection valve mounted on an internal combustion engine for controlling a fuel supply amount.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The fuel injection valve includes a fuel injection hole, a valve seat disposed in the vicinity thereof, a valve body that is slidably supported in an axial direction at a position facing the valve seat, and a spring. The spring generates a force that presses the valve body toward the valve seat.
[0003]
In the state where the valve seat and the valve element are in contact with each other by the spring force, that is, in the closed state, the fuel passage is closed, so that fuel is not injected from the fuel injection hole.
[0004]
When the valve body slides in the axial direction by the driving means using electromagnetic force or fuel pressure and is away from the valve seat, that is, when the valve is opened, the fuel passage is opened. Is injected.
[0005]
In the fuel injection valve, the fuel supply amount is controlled by adjusting the time during which the valve is opened.
[0006]
In order to precisely control the fuel supply amount to the internal combustion engine, it is necessary to reduce the minimum injection amount that is the minimum value of the controllable fuel supply amount.
[0007]
In order to reduce the minimum injection amount, it is important to shorten the time for shifting from the valve open state to the valve close state. The following

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described prior art relates to the current waveform for driving the fuel injection valve, and does not consider the characteristics of the force acting on the valve body of the fuel injection valve body. Therefore, since no improvement has been made to the force for closing the valve body such as spring force, there has been a limit to reducing the minimum injection amount.
[0010]
The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, improve the characteristics of the force acting on the valve body of the fuel injection valve body, shorten the transition time from the valve opening state to the valve closing state, and reduce the fuel with a small minimum injection amount. To get an injection valve.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, a fuel injection hole, a valve seat disposed in the vicinity of the fuel injection hole, a valve body that opens and closes a fuel passage by contact with and separation from the valve seat, and the valve body is connected to the valve seat. A fuel injection valve comprising: a spring pressed against the valve body; an interlocking member separate from the valve body provided between the valve body and the spring; and a leaf spring disposed at a lower end of the interlocking member The displacement restricting portion for restricting the displacement of the interlocking member is provided at a position facing the upper end of the interlocking member.

If the injection command pulse is shortened, the injection amount is also reduced. The fuel supply amount to the internal combustion engine can be controlled in a region where the relationship between the injection command pulse width and the injection amount is substantially a straight line. That is, the minimum controllable injection amount is represented by a point of 100 or 101. This minimum injection amount roughly corresponds to the amount of fuel injected during the valve closing delay time. In the fuel injection valve of the present invention, since the valve closing delay time is short, the minimum injection amount can be reduced from 100 to 101.

A configuration that increases the valve closing direction force in the vicinity of the valve opening position by adding another coil spring can be considered, but it is difficult to adopt it for fuel injection valves that require a reduction in overall length and outer diameter. It is. In the present embodiment, since the leaf spring is used, it is possible to provide the second spring in a narrow space, and the valve closing direction force in the vicinity of the valve opening position is increased even for a fuel injection valve having a small overall length dimension or external dimension. Can be made.
[0058]
Further, since the leaf spring can have a larger spring constant than the coil spring, a strong valve closing direction force can be obtained.
[0059]
Further, the valve closing direction force can be accurately managed by the plate thickness, shape and protrusion amount of the leaf spring.
[0060]
Here, the leaf spring is preferably a disc spring, but is not limited thereto. As long as the valve closing direction force can be increased, the effect of the present invention can be obtained regardless of the shape of the leaf spring.

Further, it is preferable that the lower end portion of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the valve closing direction force can be increased in the vicinity of the valve open state of the valve body, the valve closing delay that is the time from when the injection command pulse is turned off until the valve closing state is reached. The time can be shortened, and a fuel injection valve with a small controllable minimum injection amount can be obtained.
