Description
The present invention relates to a hot water supply system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hot water supply system disposed in a cogeneration system (heat transfer system) or a solar system, and relates to a technique for reducing discomfort given to a user when switching from a heat storage use state to a heat source use state.
A hot water supply system has been developed in which hot water heated by power generation or solar heat is stored in a heat storage tank, and the stored hot water is supplied to a hot water use location. In such a hot water supply system, assuming that the hot water stored in the heat storage tank has been used up, the hot water in the heat storage tank is passed through the heat source unit and then supplied to the hot water use location. If hot water having a temperature lower than the hot water temperature required at the hot water use location is stored, the hot water is heated to adjust the required temperature. Such a hot water supply system has a high overall thermal efficiency and enables energy saving.
In the hot water supply facility of Patent Document 1, the temperature of hot water is controlled by controlling the operation of a mixing means (mixing valve) that mixes hot water and tap water in a heat storage tank and the operation of a heat source machine. In other words, the temperature control of the hot water is performed by controlling the operation of the mixing means when it is in the heat storage use state in which the hot water in the heat storage tank and the tap water are mixed and adjusted to supply hot water without using the heat source device. Has been done. When the hot water in the heat storage tank is heated by a heat source device, and the heat source device is in a state where the temperature is adjusted to supply hot water, the temperature of the hot water is controlled by controlling the operation of the heat source device.
In the hot water supply facility of Patent Document 1, the hot water temperature detecting means is disposed near the end of the hot water supply path, and is separated from the mixing means and the heat source machine. When a decrease in hot water supply temperature is detected in the heat storage utilization state, hot water having a temperature lower than the hot water supply set temperature remains in the pipe between the hot water supply temperature detection means and the mixing means. At this time, even if the mixing means is controlled to increase the temperature of the hot water, the low-temperature hot water remaining in the pipe downstream from the mixing means is heated without being heated, and the hot water temperature is temporarily The temperature drops below the set temperature. Further, when a decrease in hot water supply temperature is detected when the heat source device is in use, hot water having a temperature lower than the hot water supply set temperature remains in the pipe between the hot water supply temperature detection means and the heat source device. At this time, even if the heat source device is controlled to increase the temperature of the hot water, the low temperature hot water remaining in the pipe downstream from the heat source device is supplied without being heated, and the hot water supply temperature is temporarily The temperature drops below the set temperature. With the technology that feedback-controls the operation of the mixing means and the operation of the heat source machine only with the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detection means, it is difficult to follow the temperature change of the hot water, and the hot water supply temperature cannot be stabilized.
An object of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply system that is incorporated in a cogeneration system or a solar system and has a stable hot water supply temperature.
The hot water supply system of the present invention includes a heat storage tank for storing hot water heated by heat generated by operation of an external device (for example, a fuel cell, an engine-type power generation device, or a solar collector), and hot water and tap water in the heat storage tank. A mixing unit for mixing and a heat source device for heating the hot water that has passed through the mixing unit are provided. Hot water from the heat storage tank may pass through the mixing unit and may not be mixed with tap water. The heat source machine may only pass and not heat.
The hot water supply system of the present invention includes a mixed water temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of hot water downstream of the mixing unit, a hot water supply temperature detection means for detecting temperature of hot water downstream of the heat source unit, and a temperature for setting the hot water supply temperature. Setting means and means for calculating an error between the temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detecting means and the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detecting means during non-operation of the heat source machine.
The hot water supply system of the present invention further controls the mixing unit according to the temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detecting means during the non-operation of the heat source device, and controls the temperature so that the hot water temperature matches the set temperature. During operation, the controller has a controller for controlling the temperature so that the hot water supply temperature coincides with the set temperature by controlling the heat source device according to the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detecting means. Then, either the controller controls to match the temperature in consideration of the error temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detecting means during the non-operation of the heat source apparatus is calculated by the error calculating means to a set temperature, or the heat source equipment hot water supply temperature detecting means is controlled so as to match the temperature in consideration of the error temperature was calculated by the error calculation means to set the temperature detected during the operation.
According to the present invention, the temperature control when the heat source device is not in operation, that is, in the heat storage use state, is performed using the temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detection means on the downstream side of the mixing unit. On the other hand, when the heat source device is in operation, that is, when the heat source device is in use, the temperature control is performed using the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detecting means on the downstream side of the heat source device. According to this, even if the temperature drop of the hot water is detected, it can be immediately transmitted to the mixing unit or the heat source device to be controlled, and the temperature change can be dealt with promptly. As a result, a temporary temperature drop can be minimized.
There may be variations in the temperature detected by the mixed water temperature detection means and the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature detection means. In such a case, even if these temperature detection means are arrange | positioned in the same hot water path | route, it will detect a different temperature. If the detected temperatures vary, there will be a difference in the temperature of the hot water that is conditioned between the heat storage utilization state and the heat source utilization state.
In the hot water supply system of the present invention, the error between the detected temperature of the mixed water temperature detecting means and the detected temperature of the hot water temperature detecting means can be calculated when the temperature of the hot water is stable in the heat storage use state. And correcting the set temperature using the error.
Note that the correction has two patterns below.
That is, a heat storage use state, when they are thermostatic controlled by mixed water temperature detecting means, corrects the set temperature. In this case, the set temperature is not corrected in the heat source device utilization state.
Alternatively, a heat source equipment use state, when they are thermostatic controlled by the hot water supply temperature detecting means, corrects the set temperature. In this case, the set temperature is not corrected in the heat storage use state.
By performing these compensation, be switched from the thermal storage use state in the heat source apparatus use state, the same effects as are temperature adjustment control using the same temperature detecting means is obtained, the temperature adjustment of the hot water The temperature stabilizes without changing.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
(Form 1)
The hot water supply system is incorporated into a cogeneration system or a solar system. The hot water flowing out from the lower part of the heat storage tank is heated by the heat generated by the cogeneration system or the solar system and flows from the upper part of the heat storage tank, so that temperature stratification is formed in the heat storage tank.
(Form 2)
When there is a hot water supply request in the hot water use location, hot water is preferentially used by using the heat storage, unless the heat storage in the heat storage tank may be insufficient.
An embodiment embodying a hot water supply system of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings in a form in which the hot water supply system is incorporated in a cogeneration system. FIG. 1 is a system diagram of a cogeneration system in which a hot water supply system according to this embodiment is incorporated.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cogeneration system of the present embodiment includes a

The temperature control process of the hot water in the hot
As shown in FIG. 2, when the water amount x (liter / min) detected by the second
The supply continuation possible time p (minutes) means a time during which hot water having a set temperature or more can be continuously supplied from the
For example, when the amount of water is 10 (liter / min), the feed water temperature is 5 (° C.), the temperature of the heat storage tank is 70 (° C.), and the set temperature is 40 (° C.), the heat storage amount is [4.19 × (70-40 ) × 30 = 3771 (kJ)], and the required heat amount is [4.19 × (40−5) × 10 = 11466.5 (kJ / min)]. Accordingly, the hot water supply continuation possible time p (min) is [3771 / 1466.5≈2.6 (min)]. That is, at this time, it is possible to continue supplying hot water at a set temperature of 40 ° C. or more from the
In step S16, it is determined whether or not the hot water supply continuation possible time p (minutes) is within one minute. If the hot water supply continuation possible time p (min) exceeds 1 minute (NO in step S16), it is considered that the heat storage use state can be continued, and the process A (described later with reference to FIG. 3). Proceed to If the hot water supply continuation possible time p (minute) is within 1 minute (YES in step S16), it is considered that the amount of heat storage is insufficient and it is difficult to continue the heat storage use state, and the process proceeds to step S18.
Immediately before exhausting the heat storage, the temperature drop of the hot water is abrupt and the technology that ignites the heat source after detecting that the temperature of the hot water has dropped below the set temperature cannot follow the temperature drop of the hot water, When switching from the heat source machine usage state to the hot water supply temperature, the hot water supply temperature may be significantly lower than the set temperature.
In the hot
In the present embodiment, the hot water supply temperature is increased when switching from the heat storage use state to the heat source use state in order to start the operation of the
温度d(℃)は、〔d(℃)=最小給湯能力(kJ/h)/x(リットル/min)〕の式で求めることができる。

If it progresses to step S24, after that, it will adjust temperature so that detection temperature f (degreeC) of hot water supply thermistor 65 may become temperature which added correction value h (degreeC) to preset temperature c (degreeC). The correction value h (° C.) will be described later with reference to FIG.
When the amount of water x (liter / min) becomes 2.7 (liter / min) or less in step S26 (when it becomes YES), it is considered that the
According to the processing from step S14 to step S22, the following functions and effects can be obtained. When switching from the heat storage use state to the heat source device use state, when the
蓄熱槽22とミキシングユニット24間の配管容量t(リットル)は、〔t(リットル)=x(リットル/min)×r(分)〕の式で求めることができる。
In step S16 of the process shown in FIG. 2, if the hot water supply continuation possible time p (min) exceeds 1 minute (if NO), it is considered that the heat storage use state can be continued, and the process proceeds to process A. . Processing subsequent to processing A will be further described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, whether or not the temperature f (° C.) detected by the hot water supply thermistor 65 in step S42 is stable in the vicinity of the set temperature c (° C.) during the heat storage utilization operation in step S40. Is determined. When the detected temperature f (° C.) of the hot water supply thermistor 65 is low, or is rising and unstable (when NO in step S42), the process proceeds to step S44, where the detected temperature e of the

誤差h(℃)は、〔誤差h(℃)=e(℃)−f(℃)〕の式で求めることができる。
