本発明は、すき鋏に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般的なすき鋏は、刃縁を形成した刃板と櫛刃を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板とを、両刃板の交叉部で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃の先端縁で毛髪を支承保持し、この支承保持した毛髪を刃板の刃縁によって切断し、前記櫛刃間に入った毛髪は、刃板の刃縁によって切断し得ないように構成されているものである。

この従来のすき鋏においては、前記櫛刃の先端縁が何ら凹凸のない平坦縁であると、毛髪を確実に支承保持できず良好に切断できないだけでなく、切断できなかった毛髪に枝毛の原因となる折れ目が付いてしまうため、この平坦縁の中央部に毛髪を確実に支承保持するためのU字状やV字状の凹状保持縁を形成することで、この凹状保持縁において支承保持される毛髪を折れ目を付けることなく良好に切断している。

ところが、前記凹状保持縁においては毛髪が確実に支承保持されるため毛髪の切断を良好に行うことができるが、この中央部に形成された凹状保持縁の左右両側にわずかでも平坦縁があると、この平坦縁において毛髪を良好に切断できずに折れ目を付けてしまうことがある。

そこで、前記平坦縁がなくなるように前記櫛刃の先端縁全体を前記凹状保持縁に設定した場合には、櫛刃の先端縁全体で良好に毛髪の切断を行うことができ、折れ目が付くことを阻止できるが、この凹状保持縁に支承保持される毛髪が多くなり過ぎて一度に切断する毛髪の量が多くなり、切断時の抵抗が大きくなって前記刃板と櫛状刃板の開閉動作が重くなることで、軽快なカッティングを行うことができず、カッティングを行う理容帥や美容師の負担が大きくなってしまうという問題点がある。

この際、切断する毛髪を少なくするために凹状保持縁を浅く形成しても、この凹状保持縁に支承保持される毛髪の量は僅かしか減らすことができず、また、この凹状保持縁を非常に浅く形成すると支承保持作用を良好に発揮できず、平坦縁と同様に毛髪を良好に切断できなくなってしまう。

本発明は、上述のような現状に鑑み、櫛刃の先端縁に傾斜長辺部とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部とから成る偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁を形成し、この偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部は、毛髪を前記傾斜短辺部側に案内する傾斜案内縁となるように形成し、前記傾斜短辺部は、前記傾斜案内縁としての傾斜長辺部により案内された毛髪が、櫛刃間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁となるように形成して、この傾斜短辺部と傾斜長辺部の低位部とにより、前記櫛刃の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹縁部を前記凹状保持縁とすることで、前記凹縁部において支承保持された毛髪だけを確実に切断できるだけでなく、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪は前記阻止縁を越えて櫛刃間に排出されるから、この凹縁部に入り切らなかった毛髪にも折れ目を付けることなくカッティングを行うことができ、しかも、前記傾斜案内部に設定された傾斜長辺部に載った毛髪を前記凹縁部に集めることができると共に、この凹縁部に集まった毛髪が多い場合には毛髪が前記阻止縁を容易に越えて前記櫛刃間に入るから、常に適切な量の毛髪をカットできることになり、効率良く軽快にカッティングを行うことができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なすき鋏を提供するものである。

刃縁11を形成した刃板1と櫛刃2を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板3とを、両刃板1,3の交叉部で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃2の先端縁に毛髪4を支承保持する凹状保持縁5を形成し、この凹状保持縁5に支承保持される毛髪4を刃板1の刃縁11によって切断し、前記櫛刃2間に入った毛髪4は、刃板1の刃縁11によって切断し得ないように構成したすき鋏であって、前記櫛刃2の先端縁に傾斜長辺部6とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部7とから成る偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁を形成し、この偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部6は、この傾斜長辺部6に載った毛髪4を前記傾斜短辺部7側に案内する傾斜案内縁8となるように前記櫛状刃板3の基端側から先端側に向かって下り傾斜する略直線状の前記傾斜短辺部7より長い傾斜縁に形成し、この傾斜案内縁8としての傾斜長辺部6と対向状態に設けられる前記傾斜長辺部6より短い前記傾斜短辺部7は、この傾斜案内縁8としての傾斜長辺部6の高位基端側から低位先端側へと案内された毛髪4が、櫛刃2間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁9となるように前記櫛状刃板3の先端側から基端側に向かって下り傾斜するように形成し、前記傾斜長辺部6の基端側端の突出端部は前記傾斜短辺部7の先端側端の突出端部よりも前記刃板1側に突出状態となるように形成して、前記傾斜短辺部7とこの傾斜短辺部7と対向する前記傾斜長辺部6の低位部6aとにより前記櫛状刃板3の先端側寄り位置に前記凹状保持縁5を形成し、前記傾斜長辺部6の前記傾斜短辺部7と対向する低位部6aを除く残余部に載った毛髪4が、閉動する前記刃板1により前記残余部の高位基端側から低位先端側に押圧されて押し進められ前記凹状保持縁5へと誘い込まれてこの凹状保持縁5に支承保持されると共に、この刃板1の閉動による押圧によって凹状保持縁5に誘い込まれる毛髪4のうちこの凹状保持縁5に支承保持しきれない毛髪4が、この刃板1の閉動による押圧によって前記傾斜短辺部7の突出端部を越えて押し出されて櫛刃2間にあふれ排出され得るように、前記傾斜長辺部6及び前記傾斜短辺部7の傾斜角度並びに前記傾斜長辺部6及び前記傾斜短辺部7の長さを設定したことを特徴とするすき鋏に係るものである。

好適と考える本発明の実施の形態(発明をどのように実施するか)を、図面に基づいてその作用効果を示して簡単に説明する。

刃板1と櫛状刃板3とにより挾持した毛髪4を切断する。この際、前記櫛状刃板3に多数並設状態に突設した櫛刃2間に入った毛髪4は切断されず、前記櫛刃2の先端縁に形成した凹状保持縁5により支承保持された毛髪4だけが良好に切断されることになり、毛髪4に折れ目が付くことが阻止される。

本実施例は、刃縁11を形成した刃板1と櫛刃2を多数並設状態に突設した櫛状刃板3とを、両刃板1,3の交叉部を支点ネジ10で枢着して開閉自在に構成し、前記櫛刃2の先端縁に毛髪4を支承保持する凹状保持縁5を形成し、この凹状保持縁5に支承保持される毛髪4を刃板1の刃縁11によって切断し、前記櫛刃2間に入った毛髪4は、刃板1の刃縁11によって切断し得ないように構成したすき鋏であって、前記櫛刃2の先端縁を、傾斜長辺部6とこれと対向状態に設ける傾斜短辺部7とから成る偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁に形成すると共に、前記傾斜長辺部6の基端側端の突出端部が前記傾斜短辺部7の先端側端の突出端部よりも前記刃板1側に突出状態となるように形成し、この偏U字状縁若しくは偏V字状縁を形成する傾斜長辺部6は、毛髪4を前記傾斜短辺部7側に案内する傾斜案内縁8となるように形成し、前記傾斜短辺部7は、前記傾斜案内縁8としての傾斜長辺部6により案内された毛髪4が、櫛刃2間に入ることを阻止する阻止縁9となるように形成して、この傾斜短辺部7とこの傾斜短辺部7と対向する前記傾斜長辺部6の低位部6aとにより、前記櫛刃2の先端縁の一側寄りに形成される凹縁部を前記凹状保持縁5としたものである。
