Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spray lubrication apparatus mainly having a monitoring function of the atomization capability itself, and more specifically, useful for determining whether the atomization performance in the atomization mechanism section is good or bad (the stability of the discharged oil amount). It exists in spray lubrication equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as such a spray lubrication device, for example, a pressurized oil tank managed by an up / down level switch is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the pressurized oil tank of the conventional spray lubrication device described above, it is only for automatic oil supply control, and it is used to judge the quality of the atomization performance in the atomization mechanism (the stability of the discharge oil amount). It was not provided.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and also performs a monitoring function of the atomization ability itself, such as being used for determining whether the atomization performance is good (the stability of the discharge oil amount). An object of the present invention is to provide a useful spray lubrication device that can be used.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the conventional problems as described above and achieve the intended purpose, the structure of the present invention is a spray lubrication apparatus having two tanks, a pressurized oil tank and a supplementary oil tank in spray lubrication,
The interval for replenishing a quantitative amount of oil than the replenishment oil tank to the pressurized oil bath kept constant, when the oil consumption due to a problem occurrence of something is increased, sprayed lowering the oil level in the pressurized oil tank with oil surface position P 1 an increase signal of the oil quantity sent, when the consumption of the oil drops has a oil quantity signal transmitting means for transmitting the oil level rise in the pressurized oil in the tank as a decrease signals spray oil amount in the oil surface position P 2 A spray lubrication device.
[0010]
When the spray lubrication device of the present invention configured as described above has a small amount of oil to be supplied to the pressurized oil tank and the positions of the oil surface positions P 1 and P 2 are close to each other, the atomization function is normal. The oil level position immediately after a small amount of constant supply is the middle of these oil level positions P 1 and P 2 , and if the consumption increases, the oil level position falls below the oil level position P 1 and sends a signal, if the fluid consumption is reduced, since the oil surface position originates a signal rises above the oil level position P 2, it will have a monitoring function of the atomization capability itself.
[0011]
Furthermore, even for purposes other than spray lubrication, it can be diverted as a system for managing the amount of liquid consumed, and it is possible to monitor how much the equipment is used per unit time and whether the amount used is increased or decreased. It becomes.
[0012]
Hereinafter, an example of implementation of the spray lubrication apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In A the figure, a spray lubrication device according to the present invention, the spray lubrication system A includes a pressurized oil tank 1 and the replenishment oil tank 2 in the spray lubrication, the oil level position P 1 and / or oil level position P 2 Oil level detecting means 3 and 3 for detecting, quantitative oil replenishing means 4 for replenishing a pressurized oil tank to the pressurized oil tank from the replenishing oil tank 2, and a decrease signal transmitting means (not shown) for transmitting a decrease signal of the spray oil quantity. and not), and a fluid amount increase transmission means for transmitting the increased signal spray oil amount (not shown), an oil quantity signal transmitter (not shown).
[0013]
The pressurized oil tank 1 includes, for example, a site dome 1a for monitoring oil dripping disposed at a higher level, and a venturi mechanism 1b provided in the site dome 1a.
[0014]
As the oil level detection means 3 and 3, a level switch is exemplified. For example, level switches such as float type and electrostatic capacity type (electrode bar type) can be mentioned. When the level switch reaches or falls below a preset level (oil level position), the electrical contact is opened and closed. It serves to send electrical signals to the control circuit.
[0015]
Furthermore, quantitative oil supply means 4, for example, a lubrication pump, when supplying the quantitative amount of oil than the replenishment oil tank 2 to the pressurized oil tank 1, when switched due to reduced oil surface level switch in the oil surface position P 1 Supply a fixed amount of oil.
[0016]
The lowering signal transmitting means (not shown) monitors the ON / OFF operation of the level switch, and the ON operation or OFF operation is repeated within a specified time 0.9 to 10 times the original atomization consumption time. together be confirmed that, if not checked, which transmits the reduced signal spray oil quantity, as shown in FIG. 2, operation a level switch in the oil surface position P 1, the B, that point a , B is controlled to be the starting point of a new specified time.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the oil amount increase transmitting means (not shown) is configured so that the oil of the level switch at the oil level position P 1 within a specified time t less than 0.9 times the original atomization consumption time. when changeover signal caused by the surface reduction is activated (D point), which transmits the increased signal spray oil amount, to that point as a starting point of a new specified time by actuation of the level switch in the oil surface position P 1 It is controlled accordingly.
[0018]
The oil quantity signal originating hands stage, the quantitative amount of oil than the replenishment oil tank 2 and supplied to the pressurized oil tank 1, when the consumption of the oil is increased by defect occurrence of something, the oil level of the pressurized oil tank 1 reduced outgoing increase signal spray oil amount in the oil surface position P 1, when the consumption of the oil is decreased, lowering the signal spray oil amount of oil level rise in the oil level position P 2 of the pressurized oil tank 1 It is programmed to send as.
[0019]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, within the specified time t, when the changeover signal by lowering the oil level of the level switch in the oil surface position P 1 is actuated (D point), the abnormal signal of the multi dissipated in the point D It will be the origin of the specified time when it is sent and replenishment is started at point D and re-authorized. Incidentally, what is refueling at a defined time minus limit t within 1 is determined to be normal, abnormal signal of small consumer is originated by the specified time plus limit t 2 time.
[0020]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the fixed amount of oil includes an oil amount changing means (not shown) that can change the amount of the fixed amount of oil according to the request of the lubrication target.
[0021]
In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes an air- or oil-driven pump that intermittently feeds lubricating oil into the lubricator 1. In other words, the pump 5 is composed of, for example, an injection pump communicated with the pressurized oil tank 1, and the fog pump is operated by increasing / decreasing the operation frequency of the injection pump by signal processing from a signal detection means (not shown). It is also possible to increase or decrease the production amount of the oil, and the necessity of the pump 5 is determined depending on the type of the oil mist generator.
[0022]
The spray lubrication device of this embodiment configured as described above makes the amount of oil supplied to the pressurized oil tank 1 a small amount constant, brings the oil surface positions P 1 and P 2 closer, and the atomization function is normal. In some cases, the oil level position immediately after a small amount of constant supply is set to the middle of these oil level positions P 1 and P 2 , and if the consumption increases, the oil level falls below the oil level position P 1 and a signal is transmitted. if oil consumption is reduced, in which oil level transmits a signal rises above the oil level position P 2, resulting in the addition of monitoring the atomization capability.
[0023]
Further, even if the amount of atomized oil increases or decreases by about 10% per unit time, there is almost no problem in lubrication, and the same is true even when the amount is 20%. Furthermore, in order to solve the problem (cause of stoppage) caused by bringing the oil level positions P 1 and P 2 closer, (1) the unit time is lengthened slightly, or (2) the oil level positions P 1 and P 2 are It is necessary to take measures such as widening the positional relationship.
[0024]
The spray lubrication device of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and can be freely modified within the scope of the object of the present invention, and the present invention encompasses all of them. .
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and the amount of oil supplied to the pressurized oil tank is made constant by a small amount and the positions of the oil surface positions P 1 and P 2 are brought close to each other. If the oil level immediately after supply is in the middle of these oil level positions P 1 and P 2 , and the consumption increases, the oil level falls below the oil level P 1 and a signal is transmitted to reduce the oil consumption. if, because the oil level transmits a signal rises above the oil level position P 2, are those capable of providing a spray lubrication device having the monitoring function of the atomizing capacity itself, also a purpose other than spray lubricating In addition, it can be used as a system for managing the amount of liquid consumed, and has excellent effects such as monitoring of how much the device is used per unit time and whether the amount of use is increased or decreased.
[0026]
As described above, the spray lubrication apparatus of the present invention can have an atomizing ability monitoring function, and can be provided to consumers as being suitable for mass production and having a low price because of its simple configuration. Implementing the invention is of great practical value.
